This study empirically examined the educational needs according to career orientations of IT service technical engineers. First, this study suggested 5 types of career orientations in IT service technical engineers. Seconds, we considered the individual level's variables(age, academic background) and job characteristics(job type, work experience, organizational size, years of service) as the influential factors of IT service technical engineers' career orientations. Finally, this study examined the educational needs according to 5 types of career orientations of IT service technical engineers. The results, based on the survey 133 IT service technical engineers, showed that both individual and job characteristic variables had significant effects on 5 types of career orientations. And 5 types of career orientations had significant effects on the educational needs.

This study presents the information management item and the business process improvement plan managed all construction technique services of Design, Construction Supervision and Construction Management which is ordered and constracted by the public institution in the field of construction and business steps. In addition, it develped the Management System of Construction Technique Service Performances based on improved processes for the Public Agencies and Construction Service Director to register, review and approve the Service Performance Information. As a result, it would be help transparently managed Technical Engineer's work duplication status of Constuction Company, and checked online without having to submit Company performance data by providing objective and reliable information.

This study is designed to review the current status of the National Technical Qualification(NTQ) system in the field of die & mold, which is focused on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of die & mold professionals including the master craftsman, engineer, industrial engineer and craftsman. And it is also the purpose of this study to suggest improvement strategies for the NTQ system in the field of the die & mold. This study analyze the NTQ system for the die & mold technologies or skills based on the role model which is matched their business demands, and prepares the authority(such as Human Resources Development Service of Korea) for NTQ creation, combination, abolition, setting questions, and standards correction with priority given to die & mold industry and NTQ. It also offers elective options to reshuffle NTQs through focus group interview by experts.

The national 2G-3G roaming is emerging as one of essential and important issues In Korea in connection with the recent granting of 3G licenses. Accustomed to the current seamless coverage and superb quality of 2G networks, many subscribers have very high expectations of an equal or better service provisioning by 3G networks. However, it is very unlikely for 3G operators to successfully build their networks as comprehensive as the current 2G networks in the beginning of network implementation and commercial launch. Therefore,3G operators are seriously considering the national 2G-3G roaming in Korea. In this paper. 1 would like to discuss and present a technical implementation scheme and problems that need to be solved fer successfully realizing the national 2G-3G roaming.

This study was centered on the protested data of the issue of "History of Landscape Architecture" in the handwritten course of landscaping articles of National Qualifications Test. The purpose of this study is to examine the types of social problems in the process of correcting erroneous historical facts. The purpose of this study was to find alternatives for the development of the field of landscape and culture history that can assist in the verification of the historical facts of the landscape sciences examination questions. The main results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the contents of the landscape architects' subject matter, the establishment of concept of landscape style and form and the confirmation of historical facts were investigated as important types to be established for development of landscape landscape history department. It seems that the social consensus of the expert group is needed to supplement the lack of data to refer to landscape architectural theory. Second, the analysis of the problematic narrative contents resulted in a total of five types of questionnaires. The appeared in the Undefined style and form(52.94%), Unproven historical facts(25.13%), Obscurity Era classification(11.77%), Lack of specificity(6.95%), Content scope of obscurity events(3.21%) Third, it is not only the lack of information to learn the theory by comparing and analyzing the contents of the statements in the landscape architect 's question items, but also the difference of contents between books was analyzed as the main cause of the problem. As a result of examining the characteristics and examples of the issues raised in landscape architectural problems, it was related to the social phenomenon, and it was classified into cultural factors and political factors. Fourth, the resolution of problematic issues in landscape architects' landscaping articles, which are national technical qualification tests, shows positive results. The information determined in the process of solving the perceived content can be used directly in landscaping field, and it helps the accuracy of the verification process by identifying the types and characteristics of the issues.

This study was intended to present measures for the improvement of the apartment house landscaping supervision system by examining the adequacy of landscaping supervision, which is aimed at improving the quality of landscape plants and facilities in apartment house landscaping sites. Additionally, this study aims to identify the problems occurring in the process of the performance of landscaping supervision and to provide the evidence for legislative activities and revision of the laws currently being pushed forward for the mandatory deployment of apartment house landscaping supervision personnel. The results of the analysis showed that no landscaping supervision personnel was deployed to apartment complexes with less than 1,500 households and that the landscaping comprised 19% to 46% of the entire construction process. The civil engineering firm performed the landscaping supervision, which made it impracticable to fully focus on the construction quality in the field of landscaping. The quality control in terms of landscape plants revealed differences in quality control, depending on the competence and experience of the civil engineer supervising the personnel, where the landscaping supervision personnel was not deployed. The apartment houses landscaping supervision activity index was analyzed, and the results showed that the supervision activity index for apartment house A was 72.0, B was 70.4, and apartment houses C to G ranged from 38.7 to 46.9, which suggested that the difference in quality control, process control, and technical support affected the construction quality and occurrence of defects.The improvement of landscaping process quality control and process management will be carried out more smoothly and the rate of defects will be drastically reduced if the landscaping supervision personnel placement threshold is lowered from 1,500 households to 300 households in complexes. The results of this study are expected to be useful in promoting and re-establishing the landscaping industry based on the improvement of construction quality in the field of landscaping in connection with the construction of apartment houses.
