This study provides empirical evidence for the role of IT professional's expertise in hospital IT service encounters. It is posited here that IT professional's technological expertise and business expertise are associated with relationship quality(trust, satisfaction, commitment). Partial least square analyses are conducted, using data collected from 216 hospital workers. The results confirm that technological expertise strongly impacts on commitment and business expertise maintain a strong impact on satisfaction and trust. This study uses a cross-sectional survey as a research method. Longitudinal study seems necessary to further explore how expertise perception is actually formed between IT professionals and users in hospital service environments. The analysis also reveals that it takes time to grow relationship quality. Implications are discussed, and further studies are suggested.

지속가능한 경영과 직무전문성을 확보하는 것이 현대 조직의 지상과제가 되고 있다. 이런 전문성 연구는 전문가의 구성 요소에 중점을 두는 것이 대다수인 반면, 지속가능경영을 목표로 구체적으로 수치화하여 측정하고 가야 할 목표를 제시할 수 있는 전문성 진단 측정요인과 방법에 대한 연구는 극히 부족한 편이다. 이에 따라, 이 연구는 객관적이고 신뢰성이 높은 전문성 진단 측정 요인 발굴과 측정요인들 간의 관련성을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 전문가 및 전문성 정의, 전문성 구성 요소의 재정립, 전문성 구성요소의 기준 정보와 측정요인들의 가중치 결정 방법 등을 통해 전문성 진단 측정 방법을 제시하였다. 이 진단방법에 의해 나타난 결과는 기존 역량평가 및 진단도구와 상당한 상관성이 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 내용타당성을 충족하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과와 함께 사회적 전문성 구성 체계를 국가차원에서 수립할 것을 시사점으로 제언하고자 한다.

This study suggests ways to strengthen the expertise by analyzing the problems caused by the lack of expertise of the qualification management body managing the Korean qualifications in the realm of firefighting from the perspective of external signal dependency of capture theory. As a method to prevent the dependency of external signals in capture theory, it is suggested to strengthen the expertise of regulators and strengthening roles and functions of regulator institutions by supplementing education and professional manpower. On this basis, analyzing the problems of qualifications management to the external signal dependency tendency, the researchers in qualification management at the Human Resources Development Service of Korea have a variety of different majors, so understanding and application can be limited if they are working in an unfamiliar area of work. Therefore, in making decisions regarding topics such as policies and roles, suitable alternatives should be found based on external signals. In order to improve this, it is necessary to select firefighting majors in the Korean qualification management of the firefighting realm, to reorganize the job scope to a similar job field of the researcher in charge. It is also necessary to strengthen the expertise of the researcher through various programs, such as mandatory periodic maintenance education in order to understand the work of the researcher.

This study aims to empirically verify the impacts of career learning on employability and the mediating effect of job expertise in a public corporation. For the empirical analysis, I surveyed 958 employees(valid respondents) working in a public corporation. And the structural equation modeling(SEM) was used to statistically analize and test the research hypotheses. The independent variable is 'career learning', the dependent variable is 'employability' and the mediating variable is 'job expertise'. The results are as follows. The empirical analysis shows that the positive effects of 'career learning ${\rightarrow}$ job expertise', 'job expertise ${\rightarrow}$ employability' and 'career learning ${\rightarrow}$ employability' are all verified. And the mediating effect of job expertise between career learning and employability is also partially verified. So, all the proposed hypotheses are accepted. From this result, I can clearly suggest that the employees can be growing to professionals with high employability when they retire if they are voluntarily and self-motivated to set up their career plan and to enhance their job expertise. In this context, it is expected that the company should support the employees to continue to strengthen their own expertise in their job place through their mid-long term career learning plan.

우리나라 사서교사의 전문성 인식 수준을 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 사서교사의 전문성을 신장시키기 위한 효과적인 방안을 모색하였다. 연구결과 우리나라 사서교사는 양성과정에서 정보관리와 관련된 전문성에 대해서 많은 교육을 받지만, 현장에서는 학교도서관 교육 및 경영과 관련된 전문성을 보다 중요하게 평가하였다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 사서교사의 전문성 신장을 위한 효과적인 방법으로 교원자격검정령의 개정, 사서교사 선발제도 개선, 현직연수 강화를 제안하였다.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine how the expertise and interactivity of a physical therapist impact a patient's intention to revisit a hospital based on trust. Methods: We surveyed 274 patients who received physical therapy in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to assess their reliability and revisit intentions based on their expertise and interactivity. SPSS 22.0 was used for frequency analysis and reliability verification, while AMOS 18.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and model verification. Results: Physical therapist interactivity significantly impacted patients' intentions to revisit based on trust. The physical therapist's expertise had a significant effect on trust but did not demonstrate a significant effect on the intention to revisit. Conclusion: The interactivity of physical therapists has an important effect on patients' intentions to revisit a hospital based on trust. Although therapist-centered expertise can generate trust in patients, it positively affects the intention to revisit the hospital. Therefore, it is suggested that physical therapists' patient-centered expertise and interactivity build patients' trust and are important for revisiting intention.

이 연구는 첨단화 융합화 복합화 경향이 특히 강한 정보통신 분야에서의 평가 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서는 평가의 전문성이 획기적으로 제고되어야 한다는 문제의식에서 출발하고 있다. 이를 위해 지식경제 기술혁신사업 중에서 정보통신 분야의 기반구축과 산업 진흥을 담당하는 정보통신산업진흥원의 평가 전문성을 평가자 선정, 평가자 전문성 발휘여건, 평가자의 이력관리라는 전 과정 평가관리의 분석틀을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 정보통신산업진흥원의 평가제도는 다른 기관에 비하여 평가자 선정과 평가자의 이력관리는 양호하나, 평가자의 전문성 발휘 여건은 상대적으로 개선과 보완이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 각 분석요소에서의 평가 전문성 향상을 위한 정책대안을 단기와 장기로 분류하여 총 12가지로 논의하였다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the interrelationship between the characteristics of TikTok live commerce: host expertise, host reliability, sales marketing strategy, product price, logistics speed, refund convenience), purchase intention, and continuous purchase intention. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 470 questionnaires collected from the survey for consumers using TikTok live commerce in China and conducted an empirical analysis using SPSS 24.0 statistical packages for 423 valid questionnaires (90%) excluding unfaithful responses. Findings - First, it was confirmed that the characteristics of TikTok Live (host expertise, host reliability, sales marketing strategy, product price, logistics speed, and refund convenience) had a positive effect on consumers' purchase intention. Second, it was confirmed that the higher the consumer's purchase intention, the higher the continuous purchase intention. Third, it was also confirmed that the characteristics of TikTok Live (host expertise, host reliability, sales marketing strategy, product price, logistics speed, and refund convenience) had a positive effect on consumers' continuous purchase intention. Research implications or Originality - Through the research results of this paper, product prices have the greatest influence on consumers' purchase intentions, followed by sales marketing strategies and host expertise. Therefore, this study aims to present implications for product prices, sales marketing strategies, and host expertise in TikTok live commerce based on empirical analysis and analysis of previous studies.

In this paper will be presented an algorithm for designing of a railway interlocking table which is a document describing the functional specification of the interlocking device. The ability to produce an interlocking table has been handed down in the signalling engineers society. And the signalling engineer makes the most of his expertise to produce an interlocking table. But, the expertise has not yet been organized into technical system, the core of the expertise is a hard nut to crack. Therefore, we analyze into signal engineering expertise, and propose a generalization of interlocking notion. Also, an algorithm is drawn up based on a train route setting principle to solve practical and general problems by computer And the performance of the algorithm is evaluated for test program based on AutoCAD technology. The evaluation result shows that it can be utilized as the effective algorithm for computer control of the signalling system as interlocking device, that it improved in safety
