국내기업에서 대부분의 정보시스템이 정보시스템 수명주기로 불 때 운영단계로 진입하고 조직의 정보시스템의존도 및 시스템규모가 점점 늘어남에 따라서 정보시스템의 운영과정에서 발생되는 소프트웨어 유지보수에 투입되는 비용도 증가되고 있다. 그러나 소프트웨어유지보수 프로젝트에 소요되는 투입인력 규모예측에 관련된 연구는 소프트웨어개발부문에 비해 적은 것이 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 유지보수프로젝트를 대상 소프트웨어의 규모는 IFPUG에서 개발된 기능점수기법(function point model)을 적용하여 산정하고, 특정 소프트웨어유지보수 프로젝트 생산성에 영향을 미치는 유지보수환경, 프로덕트, 투입인력 등 3개 영역에서 도출된 총 10개 특성을 보정요소로 설정한 후, 유지보수프로젝트의 소요인력 규모를 추정하기 위한 비선형회귀모형을 제시하고 있다. 실제 수행된 26개 유지보수프로젝트로부터 수집한 실적데이터를 이용하여 이 모형을 실증 분석한 결과 유의한 모형임이 밝혀졌다.

IT 관련 프로젝트를 진행 시 프로젝트 진행 도중 예상치 못한 많은 문제에 봉착하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 IT 프로젝트 대부분이 도입, 사용하는 요구사항분석-설계-개발-테스트-배포-유지보수단계 중 개발단계 및 유지보수 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점에 초점을 맞추었다. PMG 란 Project Management Negotiator 의 약자로서 개발 시 고객의 요구사항이 변경되면 고객과 개발자 간의 개발에 소요되는 난이도, 일정, 비용에 따른 관점이 다를 수 있으므로, 이러한 차이점을 서로 이해 할 수 있는 범위 내에서 감소시킬 수 있는 모델을 제시한다. 또한 제시한 모델에 근거한 매핑테이블과 프로세스를 개발하고 실제 pilot 시스템을 구축하여 효용성을 검증한다. 제시한 프로젝트 관리 협상 모델을 통하여 일정에 차질 없는 프로젝트가 수행 가능하며 비용절감 및 고객만족 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 결과적으로 일정, 비용 측면 및 고객 만족 세 가지 측면에서 기존의 프로젝트 개발 방법론보다 더 나은 일정준수, 효율성, 정확성 등의 정량적, 정성적 만족을 확보할 수 있다.

IT기술의 발달과 결부된 소프트웨어분야의 지속적인 기술 개발은 IT기술의 이용효율성을 증대시켜서 컴퓨터의 이용범위 확대와 이용률을 제고 시키고 있다. 컴퓨터의 이용률이 높아지면서 다양한 분야에서의 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 필요성이 제기되었고 소비자들은 원하는 소프트웨어 선택의 폭을 넓히고 있다. IT분야는 소프트웨어가 IT자체의 제품선택에 영향을 미치는 중요한 관건이 되는 시기로 접어들게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 IEC61508을 기반으로 하여 시스템 안전을 위한 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트 개선에 관한 통합적인 접근 방법을 제안한다.

Crowd Sourcing-based Social App Manufacturing environment, a small app development project by a team of anonymous virtual performed without the constraints of time and space, and manage it for the app development process need to be automated method. Virtual teams with anonymity is a feature of the Social App Manufacturing, is an important factor that increases the uncertainty of whether the completion of the project or reduction in visibility of the progress of the project. In this study, as one of how to manage the project of Social App Manufacturing environment, the impact of risk that can be used to quantitatively measure the impact of the risk of delay in development has on the project also proposes a measurement model. Effects of risk and type of the impact of risks associated with delays in the work schedule also define the characteristic function, measurement model that has been proposed, suggest the degree of influence measurement equation of risk of the project in accordance with the progressive. The advantage of this model, the project manager is able to ensure the visibility of the progress of the project. In addition, identify the project risk of work delays, and to take precautions.

Public-Private-Partnership(PPP) is becoming a popular form of projects in construction industry worldwide. Normally, the management team of PPP project consists of various experts from different disciplines such as construction engineer, bank financier, contract manager, investors, etc. The diversity of team members causes difficulties in managing the team efficiently and furthermore for the smooth execution of the project itself. One of the solutions to this issue might be the application of citizenship behavior by the team members. This study conducts an empirical investigation of the effect of project citizenship behavior on the project performance. We have collected data by using a questionnaire from those with PPP project experiences in the domestic construction industry. The results show that project citizenship behavior has full mediating effects between PM's leadership and the project performance. This study has an academic significance in that it is the first attempt to apply the concept and to show the effect of citizenship behavior in project management discipline, particularly in construction industry, in Korea. We also expect that the project management teams for PPP projects would benefit from the findings of this study.

As increasing the emphasis of competence-based learning, Project-base instruction is adopted more with frequency at the educational field. This study focuses on developing the methodology of project-based instructional system. The first one is to manage the project independently not to link with any module. The second one is to link a project to a module. And the third one is to link a project to the more than two major modules. Also It suggests the tool for project based instruction. Before & after class conducting the inspection for increasing satisfaction of instruction by the systematic management and improvement, the project base instruction shows the positive effect to promote the creative personality and problem solving ability. The contentment of the class increases 7% more at the 2nd year than the 1st. As a result, it can derive the evaluation of the pupils' higher achievement rate.

Construction companies want to improve the abilities of field organizations for improving the performance of construction projects. It is possible to improve the performance of construction projects by managing the field organizational culture, due to the field organizational culture is concerned with the abilities of construction field organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of the field organizational culture on the performance of building construction projects. The results of this study showed that field organizational cultural characteristics influence on the performance of construction projects. Best performed projects have the higher characteristics of a consensus culture and rational culture, and worst performed projects have the lower characteristics of a development culture and consensus culture. In addition, the characteristics of rational culture and hierarchy culture effect on the performance in worst performed projects. This study is expected to help to improve the performance management system in construction field organization.

실물옵션은 전통적인 경제성 평가기준의 하나인 순현재가치 분석법이 의사결정 과정에서 경영의 유연성을 무시함으로써 투자 혹은 자산의 가치를 낮게 평가하는 단점을 제거하고 이를 평가에 적절히 포함시킬 수 있다고 여겨지고 있어 새로운 평가방법으로 주목을 받고 있다. 특히, 정보기술(IT) 분야에서는 다음과 같은 이유 때문에 전통적인 현금흐름할인 방법이 효과적이지 못할 수 있다. (1) 우선, 정보통신 분야에서 대부분의 정보기술 기반 투자 프로젝트는 막대한 자본이 소요되기 때문에 기업들은 이를 피하기 위하여 단계적인 투자계획을 세우는 경우가 많다. (2) 또한, 초기 기반에 대한 투자의 주요한 혜택이 대부분 그 이후 단계의 투자에서 구현되기 때문에 성급한 초기투자에 대한 경제성 평가는 이후의 혜택을 무시할 가능성이 많아진다. (3) 마지막으로 초기의 투자 프로젝트에 참여하지 못하면, 이 후의 프로젝트에 참여하기 어렵기 때문에 미래의 혜택을 얻을 수 없게 된다. 이러한 여러 가지 이유로 이를 적절히 평가할 수 있는 실물옵션 평가방법이 선호된다. 본 연구에서는 정보통신 분야의 투자와 같은 대규모 프로젝트의 특징을 평가방법의 입장에서 살펴보고, 실물옵션 개념을 응용하여 이러한 투자 형태의 평가를 위한 모델을 개발하고 적용방법을 생각해본다.

In an early stage, many people think that agile development methodology cannot be applied i large-scale IT projects. Nevertheless, agile development methodology has recently been introduced in variety of successful large-scale IT projects. In this paper, I compare two enterprise agile methodologies and introduce a case of Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) Framework, an enterprise agile development methodology. I compare and quantitatively measure the productivity of the development of two projects using Disciplined Agile Delivery framework and waterfall development methodology with a similar development scope.

Korean construction companies first advanced to the international markets in 1960's and so far have brought more than 4,900 projects which account for 193 billion dollars approximately. With the large increase of national employment and income being followed by the achievement, Korea's construction industry has made an enormous contribution to the improvement of domestic economy for the last 40 years. However, recently the increased risk in international markets as well as the sharpening competition with foreign companies promising in terms of advanced technologies and low labor cost have been driving Korean construction away from the market shares. According to ENR (Engineering News Record, 1994~2003), it is revealed that 15.1% of top 225 global contractors are suffering from loss in international construction markets. This phenomenon is largely due to the highly uncertain characteristics of international projects, which are inherently exposed to various and complicated risky situations. Furthermore, especially for Korean construction companies, it is often the case that the failure in an international construction project cannot be offset by even a sufficient number of successful domestic achievements. Therefore, not only the selective screening among the nominated projects which have strong possibility of collapse but the systematic strategies for controlling potential risk factors are also considered indispensable in international construction portfolio management. The purpose of this study is to first analyze the causal relationships of the profit-influencing variables and the project success, and develop the profitability forecasting model in international construction projects.
