Therefore, in this study, defined the detail competence in construction administration works, and examined the level of competence and degree of impotance detailed competency of construction engineers using AHP analysis & ANOVA. As a result, it was found that the current capacity of the Engineers in the apartment construction work is insufficient compared to the level of the competence they think they have, and that they have different competencies depending on their work experience and job position. This means that if the career is accumulated, the capacity that is possessed naturally will be changed. Therefore, it will be necessary to improve the capacity of the construction engineers who have a short work experience and a low job level.

  • There are common features among successful entrepreneurs without regarding to the stages of startup like challenge, growth, leap and maturity stages. We know that the successful entrepreneurs have strong entrepreneurship and interpersonal competency through many experiences in the real field of startup ecosystem. Entrepreneurship has a positive effect on intention to start a business, and the importance of entrepreneurship in business startups has been found through many studies. In addition, in most curriculum of startup, entrepreneurship education is operated like an introduction to the startup education. However, in research on entrepreneurship and education on entrepreneurship, it is not easy to find other factors related to interpersonal competence except for leadership. In this study, we redefined relation-building competences in consideration of relation-building parts such as self-openness, affinity, communication, empathy and consideration among various competencies of interpersonal relations, and analyzed the difference of startup intention according to the degree of relation-building competences. As a result, there was a significant difference in the degree of relation-building competences between the group of start-up entrepreneurs and the group with no intention of starting a business. It was proved that the relation-building competences is important for entrepreneurs. Therefore, in addition to studying entrepreneurship, which is represented by conductivity, innovation, autonomy, and risk sensitivity, the studying of relationship-building competences should be continued. It is expected that various research results analyzing the relationship between startups and relationship-building competences will be reflected in entrepreneurship education.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how to strengthen the formation of relationship competence through the lesson in the housing of the 2015 revised Technology Home Economics curriculum. In order to achieve this goal, we analyzed curriculum documents, achievement standards of curriculum, achievement standards of assessment, and assessment standards of the 2015 revised Technology Home Economics curriculum. Then, we analyzed whether or not the curriculum could be truly reflected in the school site by comparing and analyzing verbs of the assessment standards and curriculum content system. In addition, we suggested the plan to ensure that 2015 revised curriculum can be implemented well by proposing a method of teaching-learning and assessment standards to cultivate the formation of relationship competence among the housing lessons. The results of the study are as follows. First, the 2015 revised Technology Home Economics curriculum are categorized into three subject competences according to the content, but eventually show the content is not mutually exclusive with the three subject competences. It can be said to demonstrate the characteristics of human ability development, that is, one learning can't be related only to one competency. Second, it is difficult to reflect the assessing subject competencies system in school education, where evaluation is carried out based on the assessment standards. This is because the skills of the 2015 revised curriculum documents are partially reflected in the assessment standards. Therefore, this study shows that teachers need to cultivate various subject competencies. In order to overcome the fundamental limitations of the competency-centered curriculum, it is necessary to retrain the teachers as well as to improve teaching and learning methods for operating the curriculum.

  • This study was conducted on 130 nursing college students who had experience taking simulation learning to confirm the relationship between simulation learning and nursing competency. Participant's satisfaction and confidence were positively associated with overall nursing competency and patient safety. The teaching method and design of the facilitator were also positively correlated with overall nursing competency, and participants' age and simulation design was a predictive factor explaining 21.5% of the nursing competency. In applying simulation to develop nursing competency, it is necessary to consider the satisfaction and confidence of participants and to systematically diversify the teaching method and design.

  • The purpose of this study focuses on developing the outplacement competency of special security government official for which precedent reference research, expert review, and expert Delphi analysis used according to three steps of study process. The final Delphi examination analysis resulted in outplacement competency into four groups of competency and twenty-two subcategories. Thus, it is very worthy to develop outplacement's competencies necessary for outplacement of special security government official through expert's Delphi examination in the first time, which have not being researched until now, and to present them theoretically through clarification and verification process accomplished by experts and staffs related to outplacement. Individual effort is essential to strengthen their capabilities based on accurate self evaluation, for which the awareness and concept need to be redefined to help them face up to the reality by readjusting career goal to a realistic level. Also, active career development plan to improve shortcoming in terms of outplacement competency is required. The result of this study, which ouplacement successors of special security government officials participated studying process, will be used as the basic data to establish an outplacement curriculum and an educational system for strengthening competency necessary for outplacement of special security government official.

Second, it was analyzed that psychological empowerment had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between perceived stigma and job satisfaction. Third, according to LMA, full-time group showed higher latent mean values on the perceived stigma and lower latent mean values on the job satisfaction. However, part-time group showed lower latent mean values on the psychological empowerment. Based in these results, comprehensive interventions for activating job satisfaction were proposed.

Our results are as follows. The average of cultural competency is 3.48 points, In the components of cultural competency, cultural awareness is highest at an average of 3.78 points, followed by cultural attitude which has an mean value of 3.73 points. Also, the cultural competency based on the multicultural experience, it is significantly higher when the subjects contact with multicultural people and take a class related to multiculture than the subjects who don't have those kind of experiences. This results indicate that it is necessary to develop various programs for college students' multicultural experiences, because those multicultural experiences improve students' cultural competency.

  • Great attention has been paid to absorptive capacity (AC) as a means of technological innovation. However, few developing countries have demonstrated real success in the development of their technologies and economies. Global issues such as climate change, contagious disease, etc. require more active cooperation between developing and developed countries. This paper makes the novel argument that the donor's transplanting capacity (TC) should be developed and coevolved in concert with the recipient country's AC. Review of the literature shows that AC depends on a prior knowledge base and an intensity of effort. In this article, we analysed the case of KIST and suggest that codification of development experience, localization of innovation capacity, and donor committment comprise the core elements of TC. Nonaka (1994) argued that interaction between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge can synergize to increase the overall store of available knowledge. Development experience, which leans heavily toward tacit knowledge, should be transformed into explicit knowledge for more efficient technology diffusion. The technological environments of recipient countries vary from those of their donors, which is why innovation capacity should conform to local conditions in order to make transplantation smoother. Donor committment is also critical for successfully transmitting valuable experience.
