The purpose of this study is to suggest a development method of current Korean security system by analyzing the problems shown in the performance of security work in relation to the terrorism, which is enlarging in the word, from various aspects. In order to perform the study, the researcher considered the basic theory concerned to current Korean law concerned to security, principle and methodology of security, terror and new terrorism. The researcher performed the study by selecting qualitative case study focused on Park Geun-Hye case. Through the study, the methods to develop Korean security system are as follows. First, from the legal aspect, it is necessary to establish the law concerned to terrorism prevention and important person security. Moreover, it is necessary to search for the development of private security by revising Security Industry Act, which is a legal ground of private security. Second, it is necessary to improve and reinforce education & training program, which is not still divided in detail from the aspect of private security cultivation. Moreover, it is necessary to activate personal protection work and enlarge market through Security Industry Act and make an effort to change social recognition over security, which is devaluated in the society. From the viewpoint, national license about private security shall be adopted. The department of president security, which is a representative of official security, shall transfer the advanced technology to private security organization. Third, from the aspect of operation, the operation of security based on SCE principle, human shield principle, the nearest person's protection principle, body extension principle, linear protection principle and evacuation priority principle is required. Therefore, the priority shall be given to preventive security and thorough security plan shall be made for the operation.
This study aims to draw implications by analyzing the direction of the reorganization of French teacher policy focusing on ESPE which was introduced in 2013 according to the flow of French education reform. When looking at the major changes in the French teacher training system, three revisions have been made over the last 25 years and starting from IUFM introduced in 1991 and through in 2009, ESPE, a new teacher training institute, has been introduced in 2013 and been running. ESPE is an independent professional teacher training institution for educating teachers (from kindergarten to university) as well as education specialists and the understanding of ESPE has a significance in that it can see the direction of reform of French teacher policy in the fact that all advantages of the former system is succeed at maximum and the disadvantages are complemented. When looking at the major reorganization direction of French teacher policy, first, it has strengthened its position as a research teacher by connecting teacher training with the master's degree program. Second, it pursued the balance between theoretical education and field training in teacher training. Third, eligibility criteria of teacher training become diversified and it's downgrading from master degree to bachelor degree. Fourth, teacher training, teacher recruitment exam, master degree in teaching and teacher certification are linked each other. Fifth, teacher training is made in two aspects, teachers as well as education specialists. In conclusion, French teacher policy has a great significance in terms of the fact that the will of reform improving the quality of education ultimately through establishing the status as research teacher and improving the quality of teachers can be seen.

The purpose of this study is to suggest problems and directions for improvement, focusing on the master's course at the Graduate School of Education, among the career guidance counselor training programs. First, in the case of career education counseling major education graduate school fostering system, ① 3 universities in Seoul, 2 in Gyeonggi-do, 1 in Incheon, 1 in Gangwon, 1 in Daegu, 1 in Jeonbuk, 3 in Chungnam, and 1 in Chungbuk, a total of 13 Opened in 20 universities. ② Most schools operate in a dual system. ③ As a major in career counseling, there is a maximum of 26 courses and a minimum of 10 courses for the master's course in the graduate school of education. Second, what are the problems and improvement directions of the career counseling graduate school training system? ① It is necessary to prepare a standardized curriculum. ② It is necessary to operate education to strengthen connection with the local community. ③ There is a need to resolve the level gap between the 13 graduate schools of education and the lack of faculty members at some universities. ④ Career education policy department of the Ministry of Education needs to periodically evaluate 13 education graduate schools. ⑤ The role of the career policy department of the Ministry of Education is to establish a mid- too long-term plan at the national level considering the demand and supply of career guidance counselors nationwide. ⑥ It is desirable to dualize the way to obtain a career guidance counselor license as it is now.
We analyzed the social issue 'image of the elderly' using Big Data and Social Network Analysis. First, we analyzed the words extracted by the text mining technique by inputting the keyword 'elderly'. As a result of analysis, the image of the elderly viewed through media such as cafes, blogs, etc. Representing the trend of the public was using the word 'Senior' the most. The image of the elderly is expressed using the word having the highest frequency in the top 10, "The elderly are 'Senior' people who are respected by society, they are organized to earn money, to earn their qualifications, to health, and to 'Seniors' who desire to work healthy up to 100 years old". The purpose of this study is to differentiate from the existing analysis method by analyzing the macro-level image of the elderly including the social discourse by collecting vast amount of data and analyzing it with the social networking technique. When the image of the elderly that the public perceives is positively expressed as 'Senior', it can be said that the direction of the current elderly policy is evaluated as a desirable direction. On the other hand, it was able to feel the 'desire' of the public who wanted to be evaluated. Therefore, the policy direction of the elderly to be applied in the future should be the policy that enables the elderly to be perceived as 'Necessary existence' in society by taking on social roles. In addition, we proposed to implement the policy of the elderly that reflects priorities such as job creation, welfare, and alienation that can activity and maintain health.

Recently, the drone industry is rapidly expanding as it is suggested that it will be used in various fields. As the size of the drone market grows, interest in drone-related certificates is also increasing. However, the current drone-related qualification system and education system are insufficient. Thus this study, analyzed the necessity of drone training, the features of functional games, and the effectiveness of educational training using AR through related technical studies to solve the practical difficulties of drone educational training. Later, drone educational training game contents using AR were divided into practice mode and test mode based on the drone national qualification course practical test, and the result screen was displayed at the end of the curriculum so that players could learn by level and evaluate the results on their own. In addition, constructed a hybrid processing system and network and AR operation system for response rate and response speed, implemented drone training game contents utilizing AR based on the design contents. It is expected that the use of game content using AR presented in this paper for drone training will further alleviate environmental difficulties and improve the sense of immersion in play, which will lead to a more effective drone educational training experience.

In this study, a survey of public library librarians was conducted to examine the current librarian's job status by conducting a survey on the library's environment, such as the size of books, number of employees, and operating subjects. As a result of the study, it was found that based on the current job content and recognition, librarians are mainly working in the order of operating reading culture programs, planning reading culture programs, and user information services. In addition, it can be seen that librarians highly value the importance of their respective duties, and in the case of labor intensity, more than half of them recognize that the current labor intensity is high. Among the detailed competency units corresponding to each task in the future, more appropriate competency unit elements should be considered in consideration of the essential competency, additional supplementation, and lower factors through this study. In addition, the higher the number and experience of regular workers in the library, the higher the degree of librarian certification, and the higher the current position, the higher the importance, difficulty, and expertise of the current work, so it is expected that the library should continue to build experience in the future.
Sampling In this study, we examined the problems and their improvement plans associated with the reliability management sector in quality management engineer test conducted in Korea. First of all, there seems to be a problem in that the terminology is not unified and some techniques essential for reliability analysis are not included. We also looked at quality and reliability tests performed in foreign countries (especially USA) that Koreans often acquire. In particular, it can be seen that the CRE test almost overlaps with the contents of the reliability management engineer test in Korea. However, while the USA is an open book test, Korea is not, so the problem is that there are too many formulas to memorize on the part of the test takers. In addition, the analysis of the data is done manually without using computer software. If the test were an open book test like the CRE test in USA, it will be a test that can go beyond fragmentary knowledge and check whether test takers have the essential elements in reliability management. Lastly, if we adopt re-certification system through education and work within a certain period of time, as in USA, it will be a qualification test suitable for modern people living in a flood of information.
This study attempted to derive the sub-factors for the perception of cosmetology education affecting satisfaction of students with the cosmetology education and analyze their effects on career choice through a questionnaire survey against a total of a total of 120 people who had taken the cyber university cosmology lecture previously. For cosmetology education perception factors, four predictive variables (educational environment, operating system, curriculum and lecture management) and one variable regarding educational satisfaction were derived and used as analysis tools. The purpose of education by academic major was the acquisition of license and theory & practice education in hairdressing and skin care, respectively. Students showed more interest in hairdressing lectures as they had little work experience and in skin care lectures when they had extensive work experience (p<0.01). Correlation was found between the four education perception-related sub-regions and satisfaction with education (p<0.01). In particular, curriculum and lecture management had a positive effect on satisfaction with education with statistical significance. As the perception of lectures increased, students were more satisfied with cosmetology education (p<0.001). In addition, academia-industry cooperation, career analysis, cosmetology lectures and school had influence on career choice. This study found several issues such as difficult curriculum and poor communication, and it appears that it is necessary to develop a better communication plan and new educational lectures by career and stage.

In this study, we investigate various factors affecting five kinds of life planners' satisfaction after turnover which are general, human relations within organization, sales environment support, economic, life planner management system. Also we suggest theoretical and practical implication to them. The results of survey of life planners are as follows. First, in the general life planners' satisfaction after turnover, insurance company belonged to, recognition on own sales ability, life planners' satisfaction level, financial and insurance related award, education level, marital status, size of branch, and surrounding recognition about life planner are influential factors on it. Second, factors which affect the life planners' human relations satisfaction within organization after turnover are size of branch, surrounding recognition about life planner, and insurance company belonged to. Third, factors which affect the life planners' sales environment support satisfaction after turnover are surrounding recognition on life planner, insurance company belonged to, certificates relating to finance or insurance, size of branch, Fourth, in the solicitors' economic satisfaction after turnover, mainly demographic factors such as education level, marital status, age are crucial to it and also life planners' satisfaction level is influential factor. Last, in the solicitors' management system satisfaction, only experienced turnover type is a influential factor.

This is the study of actual condition and improvement on emergency medical treatment by 119 emergency medical service personnel. The subjects in this study were 299 emergency medical service personnel. Data were collected from May 1 to August 31 of 2010, and analyzed by SPSS 12.0 program. The major area of study of them were study of emergency medical services 41.5%, study of nursing 10.0%, fire fighting related studies 15.4%, health related studies 1.0%, and others 32.1%. The certificate of them were 1st class emergency medical technician(EMT) 38.1%, 2nd class EMT 33.8%, nurse 9.4%, first aid education 14.0%, and others 4.7%. Frequency of Prehospital emergency care, oxygen supply(274), splint apply(229), spinal immobilization(229), external bleeding control(223), medication(7), intravenous(4). Professionally trained EMT makes possible to secure high quality emergency medical treatment in the prehospital phase. Therefore, it is essential for the quality improvement of prehospital emergency care that well trained EMT ride on the ambulance together and take the responsibility for the treatment and transferring of emergency patients. In order to improve the proficiency of 119 emergency medical services personnel, it is also necessary to provide continuous job training programs for the prehospital emergency medical treatment.
