  • The domestic railway parts and equipment manufacturing industry is mainly focused on SMEs, and the majority of them are suffering from profitability because they cannot build economies of scale. Besides, they have survived in the form of importing technology products from overseas advanced countries and delivering them to domestic railway operators rather than having in-house technology. Therefore it is necessary to study whether the problems of the current railway industry can be identified and improved and at the same time, whether the government's railway industry development policy is properly reflected. literature studies related to technology commercialization, and conduct surveys of AHP questionnaires on the experts of the manufacturing industry of SMEs, academics / research institutes of the railway industry. After that, the Level 3 activation method AHP analysis was additionally performed on the important factors of Level 2 that have the highest importance and priority in Level 1. As a result of the AHP analysis, 'Technical Connectivity' was the most important method in the technical factor, and SME experts and academic and research institute experts were highly evaluated for 'commercialization ability' Competence in terms of importance. As for external support factors, it was analyzed that SME experts "support for manpower development" was important, while the other two group experts research and development support was important. In this study, the priority of the government support and policy priorities are suggested according to the capabilities of the railway manufacturing SMEs before the future R&D support.

  • This study found the strategies for activating the security industry to utilize social network services based on the platform business model. This research was utilized for in-depth interview and IPA analysis. And use it was to check the contents and strategic improvement projects that can actually materialize and direction of the strategy. First, run a priority need area is a private center of community policing related portal development and operation, universal social networking service(SNS) utilizing expanded, professional training, IT-based security content management and operation of IT infrastructure security guards and security professionals up educational content development, online security guards and security professionals-up refresher training program development. Second, the area over the inventory capabilities increase the effectiveness of the security guards was constructed open-type comprehensive public information system. Third, the area needed to be reviewed are the individual security industry experts workers operating information channels, dedicated customer service and expanding the event of a private security guard & security service providers up.   • The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and to verify the relationship among internal marketing, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in international logistics firm. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature survey related to internal marketing, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention was carried out and took an empirical analysis by the use of questionnaire method for employees in international logistics firm. The final results and conclusions are as follows; Internal marketing of international logistics firm was positively related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Internal marketing, Job satisfaction and organizational were negatively related to turnover intention. Through this results, to increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and to decrease turnover intention, it is necessary to concentrate on improving internal marketing strategy.

  • This study surveyed the convergence of organizational culture, organizational structure, emotional labor on job satisfaction of dental workers and analyzed it with SPSS WIN18.0 program to obtain statistically significant results(p<.05). Organizational culture was high men, dental hygienist, university graduates, hospitals, many workers, High income. Organization structure was high hospitals, many workers. Emotional labor was high low age and career, single, drinking. Job satisfaction was high more than 10 workers, high income. There was a positive correlation between job satisfaction, organizational culture, organizational structure. The regression analysis showed that Y (job satisfaction) = .907 + .106 (organizational structure). Therefore, in order to enhance job satisfaction of dental workers, it is necessary to make an effort to form a positive organizational culture by considering variables related to organizational structure.

  • Small and medium-sized venture companies and small business owners play an important role in the Korean economy. According to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' statistics survey in 2019, the proportion of all employees of small and medium-sized venture companies in Korea was 89.8%, which is overwhelmingly higher than that of Japan's 77.8% and Taiwan's 76.6%, so job creation for small and medium-sized venture companies in Korea is absolute. Compared to large companies, it is known that it is difficult for small and medium-sized venture companies in Korea to secure a competitive advantage due to low cost competitiveness, difficulties in R&D/marketing due to lack of capital, difficulties in securing networks, and lack of management know-how. Many scholars, including Kerr and Schumpeter, have studied entrepreneurship since the mid-1950s. Recently, research has been conducted in various fields such as business administration, psychology, and economics. However, research on the personal characteristics of CEOs of small and medium-sized venture companies such as entrepreneurial passion and corporate reputation, which is the overall image of companies, is still insufficient, and comparisons of effects between variables between groups (by industry, by pressure, etc.) have not yet been presented. Entrepreneurial passion plays an important role in promoting new business creation, job creation, and economic growth.   • This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between job stress, job crafting, and organizational commitment and the moderating effect of job crafting for members working at social enterprises in Busan. The analysis results are as follows. First, job stress confirmed the negative effect on organizational commitment. Second, it was confirmed that job crafting had a significant effect on organizational commitment in the relationship between job stress and organizational commitment. Based on the results of this study, since job stress of social enterprise workers lowers job commitment, a plan to effectively manage and reduce their stress is required. In addition, job crafting regulates the relationship between job stress and organizational commitment, which means that although members are stressed, job stress has a different negative effect on organizational commitment depending on how much they perceive the meaning and value of their work.

  • This study is a descriptive research study to identify Unmet Dementia Information Needs (UDIN) for caregivers of dementia patients at Dementia Relief Center and to understand the effectiveness of the program for workers. The subjects were 114 caregivers and 217 practitioners from dementia relief centers in 25 autonomous districts of S city from November 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020. The UDIN questionnaire is a 7-point Likert scale. The Crisis Management Questionnaire is a Likert 5-point scale consisting of 10 questions from 6 categories. As a result of the study, the proportion of depressed caregivers experiencing UDIN was 12.3times higher than those who did not (p<.001). The program effectiveness was 8.98times better than those who perceived the lack of risk management as good (p=.004), and social workers were 2.81times better than nurses (p=.091). It is necessary to conduct interactive operations to meet the needs of the community residents by listening to their diverse opinions rather than simply implementing a one-sided policy to raise the service of a dementia relief center to the highest level in a short period of time.

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects of the SNS Gratitude Diary Program during the COVID-19 period on grateful disposition, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of medical institution workers. Methods: The study was a nonequivalent control group pre-post test design. The participants were 58 medical institution workers of which 28 were assigned to the experimental group and 30 to the control group. Data were collected from June 3 to August 10, 2020 and analyzed using SPSS Win 18.0 version program. The intervention was conducted 5 times a week for 8 weeks. Results: There were significant differences in reported grateful disposition between the two groups. However, the issue of job satisfaction and life satisfaction were not significant. Conclusion: The SNS Gratitude Diary Program using SNS during the COVID-19 period can be utilized as an effective intervention for grateful disposition. It will be a good solution to lead successful psychological health management.

  • This study analyzes the effect of leadership styles (transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and servant leadership) of CEOs at small and medium-sized enterprises on the organizational effectiveness of the employees (organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior). A survey was conducted on 573 employees of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises in the electric, electronic, and IT industries, and the data was used to perform statistical analysis. As the result, charisma of transformational leadership, individual consideration, emotional healing of servant leadership, wisdom, and stewardship were shown to have positive effect on the organizational commitment. Furthermore, charisma of transformational leadership, exceptional management of transactional leadership, wisdom of servant leadership, and stewardship were shown to have positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

  • At this moment, a paradigm shift is taking place across all sectors of society for the transition movements to the digital economy. Various movements are taking place in the global agricultural industry to achieve innovative growth using big data which is a key resource of the 4th industrial revolution. Although the government is making various attempts to promote the use of big data, the movement of the agricultural industry as a key player in the use of big data, is still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, effects of performance expectations, effort expectations, social impact, facilitation conditions, based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT), and innovation tendencies on the acceptance intention of big data were analyzed using the economic and practical benefits that can be obtained from the use of big data for agricultural-related companies as moderating variables. 333 questionnaires collected from agricultural-related companies were used for empirical analysis. The analysis results using SPSS v22.0 and Process macro v3.4 were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the intention to accept big data by effort expectations, social impact, facilitation conditions, and innovation tendencies. However, it was found that the effect of performance expectations on acceptance intention was insignificant, with social impact having the greatest influence on acceptance intention and innovation tendency the least. Moderating effects of economic benefit and practical benefit between effort expectation and acceptance intention, moderating effect of practical benefit between social impact and acceptance intention, and moderating effect of economic benefit and practical benefit between facilitation condition and acceptance intention were found to be significant. On the other hand, it was found that economic benefits and practical benefits did not moderate the magnitude of the influence of performance expectations and innovation tendency on acceptance intention. These results suggest the following implications. First, in order to promote the use of big data by companies, the government needs to establish a policy to support the use of big data tailored to companies. Significant results can only be achieved when corporate members form a correct understanding and consensus on the use of big data. Second, it is necessary to establish and implement a platform specialized for agricultural data which can support standardized linkage between diverse agricultural big data, and support for a unified path for data access. Building such a platform will be able to advance the industry by forming an independent cooperative relationship between companies. Finally, the limitations of this study and follow-up tasks are presented.
