  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the contents of tooth extraction education using VR(virtual reality) on knowledge, performance and satisfaction of practicing teeth. To accomplish this purpose, we divided 72 dental students into the two groups: The experimental group 30 dental students using VR based tooth extraction training contents. And the control group consisted of 42 participants. As a first result for the study, The experimental group using VR tooth extraction content and control group receiving the training using the tooth model based content showed no statistically significant difference in tooth extraction knowledge. Second, in the case of performance of tooth extraction (before tooth extraction-tooth extraction-after tooth extraction-finishing), the training group using VR tooth extraction contents was higher than the control group. Third, The satisfaction rate of the practice group using VR tooth extraction education contents was higher than in the control group. Therefore, it can be seen that the practical training using the VR applied tooth extraction contents improves the performance of the tooth extraction and the satisfaction of the practice more than the existing practice method.

Sinheung Military Academy is known that nurtured 3,500 independence soldiers during 10 years from 1911 thorough 1920. Nevertheless no people know how it recruited so many students for 10 tears. In the course of studying the recruit of Sinheung Military Academy, I became to focus on Manjugisa by Yi Sang-nyog. Although Yi Sang-nyon remembered that there were over five hundred students in Sinheung Military Academy from just after it's set up in Manjugisa, scholars overlooked that mention so far. In addition, in the Sixth poem of Manjugisa, Yi Sang-nyong recollected that there were 30 preliminary educational organizations in 1918 after installation of Sinheung Military Academy in 1911. Therefore I concluded that the over 500 students nurtured from just after installation of Sinheung Military Academy were summed up students of preliminary educational organizations over Sinheung Military Academy's and proved it. The students of preliminary educational organizations in Liuhexian Tonghuaxian entranced into Sinheung Military Academy after graduation. The graduates of Sinheung Military Academy taught the students of preliminary educational organizations a common and military educations in duty for two years. Thus, this study aimed to suggest how to develop the curriculums for pet-related departments so that the study had the goal of creating the common gold standards between the Korean cultural industry of companion animal and the relevant curriculums. Based upon the results listed above, it is considered that pet-related curriculums should be developed and operated as follows: First, the curriculums preferred highly by both undergraduates and employees should be selected and operated. Second, liberal arts courses concerning companion animal culture required to cultivate cultural comprehension for basic abilities should be opened. Third, major courses concerning animal-assisted therapy (AAT) together with the existing major practice courses should be established so that undergraduates can grow into professionals. Fourth, to do so, appropriate machines and instruments for major practice laboratories should be introduced and maintained. fifth, some pet-related departments substituting major theory courses for major practice courses should improve their organizations. Sixth, standardized curriculums fur pet-related departments and an evaluating institute fur them should be arranged and founded. Finally, the college management should invest constantly in the suitable major practice laboratories and their facilities for companion animal industry as well as curriculum operations.

  • The reading activity of university students is the key element for the cultivation of creative human resources, and each university develops and performs the various cultural education and library program. Actually, the university libraries check the service periodically through library satisfaction surveys and the library user's actual condition survey to improve it, but the amount of reading, number of books lent and the rate of borrowers are still under expectation. Therefore, in this research, an in-depth analysis of lending books data for freshmen, as the service improvement and revitalization measures of university libraries for students, suggested the following: (1) the early education for the library users, (2) the opening of the students-participating library collections, (3) the use of the data using a library for the consulting with students (4) the establishment of the library depositary for education support, and (5) the introduction of the library CRM for individual student. Through this result, it would be substantially helpful for each university library (including two-year college), in which the number of lending books and the rate of borrowers are below expectations.

  • The decrease in the farming rates of agricultural produce importing countries has led to concerns over stable food supply and food safety and this situation demands a change in awareness on agricultural problems arising from the depletion of natural resources and environmental destruction. To preserve agriculture, importing countries are emphasizing the various roles of agriculture in order to revive its multi-functional aspects. It is obvious that differentiated strategies are needed to create values from agricultural production, and a liberal arts education can play an important role in making these strategies. However, training programs for future agricultural CEOs of the Korea National Agricultural College(KNAC) attaches too much importance on production skill and management rather than focusing on a liberal arts education. On the other hand, Poolmoo Ecological Agriculture Course carried out by Poolmoo Agriculture Technical High School located in Hongseong-Gun, Chungnam Province (which puts a high value on ecological fanning) gives more weight on a liberal arts education, taking up more than 50% of the curriculum. Also, the National Farmers Academy in Japan which reformed its whole system in 2008, has started various liberal arts educational programs. The Academy fosters creative agricultural management, attractive rural development enhancing a comfortable rural life and educates on the future of Japanese food and international environment. It is expected that the ecological and cultural roles of farming will grow in the future. So, what the KNAC needs is to increase its liberal arts educational programs and various cultural experiences in its educational curriculum to promote agricultural marketing with cultural knowledge and sensitivity.

  • This study analyzed the differences in the effects on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial willingness of college students under the coronavirus pandemic by dividing theoretical education into practical education, face-to-face education, and non-face-to-face education, and analyzed the differences in the effects on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship willingness according to the education method. This study conducted entrepreneurship education for 552 students at a comprehensive university in Chungcheong-do, Korea, and analyzed the sample by dividing it into theoretical and practical education, face-to-face education, and non-face-to-face education. In addition, a two-way repeated measures ANOVA was conducted to determine whether there were differences in the entrepreneurship education course operation form according to the pre- and post-education time points. The results showed that, first, the difference between the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education before and after theoretical and practical education was significant, and the entrepreneurship of practical education was higher than that of theoretical education after education. In the test of pre- and post-training differences in entrepreneurial intention, the difference in effectiveness was significant only in practical training. Second, the results of the repeated measures ANOVA analysis of the course operation type of theoretical and practical courses according to the difference between the pre- and post-education time points showed that there were differences in the entrepreneurship effectiveness of theoretical and practical courses according to the time point of education. Third, the difference in the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education according to face-to-face and non-face-to-face education was significant, and only the effect of non-face-to-face education on entrepreneurial intention was significant before and after education. Fourth, the results of repeated measures ANOVA analysis of face-to-face and non-face-to-face course operation type showed that the effect of face-to-face and non-face-to-face entrepreneurship education differed depending on the time of education. The pre-post difference in entrepreneurial intention was significant only for the non-face-to-face program. The implication of this study is that in order to increase the effectiveness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial will among university students, it is necessary to expand the amount of practical classes in which students actively participate in activities related to entrepreneurship. In addition, in order to increase the effectiveness of entrepreneurial will, a non-face-to-face education method that utilizes the metaverse space and increases the role of each student can contribute to increasing the effectiveness of entrepreneurial will.

  • Recently, there is a strong interest in SW basic education for non-major students in universities, but SW non-majors are having a hard time learning. This paper proposes a class operation method that utilizes customized contents reflecting the interests of non-majors, rather than using existing learning contents for SW majors. The proposed method is to improve the education effects by increasing the learning motivation of SW non-majors. The paper shows a case study of A university, which has operated non-major SW basic education for more than five years. The case study analyzed the change of class satisfaction of students of pre- and post- learning group that reformed major-friendly contents about the same curriculum. As a result, the students of social sciences are interested in learning contents using public data that can examine the social and cultural phenomena of the country, and humanities students are interested in text contents such as novels, history books, and SNS articles. In addition to the understanding of the lectures, the class satisfaction was also greatly improved, and it showed that the major-friendly contents is useful for SW basic education of non-majors.
