Design of Knowledge Management System based on SNS (SNS 기반의 지식경영 시스템의 설계)

  • Knowledge sharing by collective intelligence, and knowledge production/sharing by outer cooperation is also important for the company. Therefore, it is needed the next generation KMS(Knowledge Management System) designed and built which based on SNS. In my paper, the problems of KMS are analyzed and new KMS's requirements and paradigm changes are examined by analysis of investigation of existing KMS. KMS based on SNS is appropriate for the next generation KMS in consideration of new KMS's requirements, that is, collective intelligence, open innovation, and convergence with IT technology. So a building method of KMS based on SNS is presented by new next generation KMS's architecture, main design and knowledge-talk design.

  • There is growing importance for intellectual capital, so corporations are developing Knowledge Management System (KMS) for Knowledge Management. There are two way in performing Knowledge Management, that is, Information Technology(IT) approach and Non-IT approach. IT approach focuses on developing KMS, and Non-IT approach people, business process, organizational culture and policy. According to interviews with experts and people in charge of knowledge management divisions, the IT approach and Non-IT approach should be adopted simultaneously for effective knowledge management. And, more focus should be placed especially on the Non-IT approach than IT approach for successful knowledge management. This research analyzed success and failure factors in knowledge management by questionnaire for experts and employees.

  • 기업은 IT 를 일종의 자산으로 판단하여 IT 센터를 직접 구축하고 온프레미스 형태의 시스템을 운영했다. 그러나 경영 환경의 변화가 빨라지면서 IT 부문의 비용 효율성에 대한 압박도 커지고 있다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 도입하면 IT 자원을 효율적으로 활용하고 사용한 만큼 비용을 지불할 수 있어 IT 자원의 효율화가 가능하다. 하지만 무작정 클라우드로 옮기는 방식으로 인해 시스템 복잡성이 오히려 증가하고, 관리포인트 증가로 시스템 안전성을 해치는 상황이 벌어지고 있는 것도 현실이다. 신규 서비스 제공 시 기존 시스템 안전성을 해치지 않으면서 IT 자원의 효율적인 활용도 고려하는 방안으로 서비스 단위별 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입을 검토하였다. 이 방법은 클라우드의 우수한 시스템을 사용하며, 실시간 오케스트레이션이 가능하고, 보안도 우수하다고 볼 수 있다. 기존 인프라를 유지하면서 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 구현한 하이브리드 방식으로 시스템 구축 결과 중단 없는 시스템 운영이 가능하였으며, 보안도 보다 강화된 결과를 얻었다. 향후 시스템 구축 시 온프레미스의 경우 서비스 단위로 클라우드 서버를 병행 운영한다면 운영효율성 뿐 아니라 기능성까지 만족시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • Most of construction companies recognize importance of immaterial assets in an age of unlimited competition. And construction companies that are concerned about Knowledge Management have used the system of it for critical ability of company. But they used the system for the storage of construction knowledge. So, the present KM system was gradually under operating. To introduce KMS based on Business Process Management(BPM), the purpose of this study is to consider BPM and KMS through the existing researches. we deduce the concept for introducing KMS based on BPM and present the expected effectiveness of it. Finally, we present the prototype of system for KMS based on BPM.

  • Most organizations adopt a process-based approach to manage their operations and now business process management(BPM) is a well-established concept. Because ISO 9001:2000 has been influenced by BPR and it also emphasizes process based, BPM can get together with ISO 9001:2000. Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information has taken ISO 9001:2000 certificate in November 11, 2003 and has implemented quality management systems based on BPM. We call it KQMS(KISTI Quality Management System). KQMS based on BPMS is a new example in field of ISO quality management and is expected to support process management well.

  • The world is in the great change by the digital revolution and is changing fast to knowledge-based society beyond information society. That is to say, Knowledge is the most powerful source of competitiveness. This change of environment needs new paradigm in design. As of today, There is need to study systematically and approach practically about knowledge management. So that, we are intend to reconstruct theoretical system from design-oriented viewpoint and propose knowledge-creation paradigm through the importing technique of knowledge management into design. This study is to develop theoretical frame work of knowledge management in design as a basic study on the implementation of knowledge management for design. By the method of study for this, It was studied literature and precedent. Further more, proposed the appropriate direction of knowledge management implementation in design. Also, It was composed knowledge management system of the infra system, information system, decision-making support system and knowledge competency. Finally, The technical feature of knowledge management system was analyzed from a information technology point of view.

  • 정보시스템 감리가 시작된 지 22년째 되는 2007년은 의무감리제 시행 원년으로, 금년을 기점으로 감리시장은 대폭 성장하여 5년 내에 2,000억원에 이를 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 정보시스템 감리산업은 사업영역이 매우 협소하며, 경영기반이 취약하다. 감리산업이 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 사업영역의 확대와 경영기반의 강화가 필요하다. 사업영역은 운영감리, 업무감리, 성과감리로 확대하는 것이 바람직하며, 경영기반 강화를 위해서는 정부의 지원을 이끌어 내는 방안이 필요하다.

  • The purpose of this study is to review the relationships among the determinants of knowledge management and knowledge management, and it's consequences, and the moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationship between the determinants of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management, and the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences. In the relationship between Knowledge Management and it's consequences, knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer are positively related with personal and intra-organizational, and inter-organizational effectiveness.

  • Supply Chain Management drawing attention of business management all over the world. This study has simulated OPT(Optimized Production Technology) to verify the Supply Chain Management's effectiveness The OPT system develops a detailed operating Philosophy, not just an operating procedure, and it includes many of the features of the JIT system and additional benefits as well The important OPT concepts such as. transfer batch. manufacturing process batch and batch it self served as a Pivotal role in increasing the productivity in manufacturing when they were altered. In this respect, this study develop the OPT simulation model, and this OPT model are evaluated by using a simulation study. It has proved that the performances of OPT model are excellent.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the cognitive power from user who have used hotel management information system and to search contribution level for hotel management. The survey results are : There are different cognitions, between PKG and developed user system, short term employee and long term employee, reservation part and front office part. Specially IT service management parts(mostly outsourcing) have low degree cognition, because of lated supporting and being short of IT service management system. Hotel information system construction gives us to be easy management operating and to be fast management but Hotel information system has to lead value creation, to support decision making, to present advavced management for hotel.
