교육정보화에 따라 교수 학습 과정에서 정보통신기술이 통합적으로 사용되기 위한 교사교육의 개혁에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 여전히 교원양성기관에서는 교사가 수업과정에 정보통신기술을 적절하게 통합하여 사용할 수 있도록 준비시키지 못하고 있음이 지적되고 있다. 이와 같은 인식을 바탕으로 본 연구는 예비교사의 ICT(Information Communication and Technology) 활용 교육에 대한 능력 수준을 조사 분석하여 학교 현장에 나가서도 7차 교육 과정에 따라 ICT 활용 교수-학습을 전개할 수 있도록 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 공주대학교 사범대학에 재학중인 예비교사(대학 4학년)를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다.

4차산업혁명으로 가상현실과 증강현실 기술이 발전하고 코로나-19 이후 가상현실과 증강현실 기술 이용이 증가하고 있고 다양한 환경에서 활용되고 있다. 특히나 가상현실 기술은 다양한 교육분야에 활용이 가능하고 교육현장에서 가상현실에 대한 인식 및 가상현실 활용시 학습 만족도와 문제해결역량 그리고 자기주도학습능력에 대해 분석하였다. 가상현실에 대한 인식과 학습 만족도는 유의수준 0.001, 문제해결역량은 학습 만족도와 자기주도학습능력이 유의수준 .0.05 수준에서 유의한 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of information technology application, and to identify the effect of information technology application en knowledge management process in clinical nurses. Method: Participants were 629 regular clinical nurses who had worked for over 1 year in general units of 9 tertiary medical hospitals including 2 national university hospitals, 5 university hospitals, and 2 hospitals founded by business enterprises. Data were collected from March to May 2003 through questionnaires. Thee structured instruments were used to collect the data: Information Technology Application scale, Knowledge Management Process Scale(Jeong, Lee, Lee, & Kim, 2003), and one for general characteristics. The data were analyzed using reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}$ test, correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS for Windows 10,0 program. Result: 1) The HIS application degree, IT application ability, and IT application frequency were significantly correlated with the degree of knowledge management process activation and 4 elements of knowledge management process, Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Storage, Knowledge Sharing, and Knowledge Utilization(p=.000). 2) The 3 variables, HIS application degree, IT application ability, and IT application frequency explained 47.2% of the total variance of the degree of knowledge management process activation, and 352% of me total variance of Knowledge Storage. And 2 variables, HIS application degree and IT application frequency explained 17.6% of the total variance of Knowledge Creation, 39.9% of the total variance of Knowledge sharing, and 33.8% of the total variance of Knowledge utilization(p=.000). 3) As a result of multiple regression analysis, the key determinant of the degree of knowledge management process activation for nurses was HIS application degree The HIS application degree, IT application frequency, position, IT application ability, and continuous total numbers of years working at the present hospital explained 51.1% of the total variance of the degree of knowledge management process activation(p=.000). Conclusions: These results suggest that the information technology application positively affects the nurses' knowledge management process. From the above findings, information technology application is empirically verified as a useful and effective method to activate knowledge management process, and knowledge management.

본 연구는 기업가정신, 정보기술 수용성, 미디어 활용역량이 직장인의 업무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관해 학습 지향성을 조절 효과로 반영하여 탐구하였다. 이는 스마트 정보화 시대에 개인과 조직에서의 핵심 역량 즉, 기업가정신, 정보기술 수용성, 미디어 활용역량이 업무몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는지와 독립변수로 제시된 기업가정신, 정보기술 수용성, 미디어 활용역량과 종속변수인 업무몰입 간에 학습 지향성의 조절 효과를 분석하여, 업무몰입에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해서 직장인을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 진행하였고, 최종적으로 340개의 유효한 설문지를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 인구통계학적 특성을 통제변인으로 하는 다중회귀분석을 진행하였고 학습지향성 조절효과는 조절회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 기업가정신 중 성취 욕구와 진취성이 높을수록 업무몰입이 높아지는 것으로 나타났고 정보기술 수용성의 지각된 유용성과 미디어 활용역량의 커뮤니케이션 활용역량이 업무몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습 지향성의 조절 효과 분석 결과 기업가정신, 미디어 활용역량과 업무몰입 간에 학습 지향성의 조절 효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통해, 디지털 환경이 고도화된 스마트 정보사회에서 직장인의 업무몰입을 향상시키기 위해서는 진취성과 성취욕구, 정보기술에 대한 지각된 유용성, 온라인 커뮤니케이션 활용역량의 축적과 함께 학습지향성과의 시너지 효과를 적극적으로 모색해야 한다는 결론을 도출하였다.

Today, the problem of interrational competition has been strongly appeared and as the deflation is deep occasionally, it is sure that granting autonomous motivation of businessman or importance of self development is proposed especially. Then, which subject is included in granting autonomous motivation as that\ulcorner We must study about that subject first. First, we should study about essence of granting autonomous motivation. Granting autonomous motivation is the course of accompli¬shment of ideal human individually. Secondly, we will divide that into goal, desire and positive attitude subjectly and will study about those respectively. Contents of this theory are as below. 1. Proposal of problem 2. Conclusion This theory will be developed by classification as above. Reflecting many times and experiencing a skill for himself, he should teach his men the skill. There are some men not to be able to talk with, but a businessman should make his surroundings cheerful with granting autonomous motivation. If he understands the men of his surroundings with his positive attitude, all tasks of him will be achieved. Formation of question consciousness that he can study always, is needed on which is the important task in himself.

선박은 육상지원에 제한이 있으므로 심정지 환자발생을 대비하여 AED를 갖추고 올바른 설치와 철저한 관리가 요구된다. 그리고 선원은 AED를 사용할 수 있는 해기능력을 갖추어야 한다. 본 연구는 선박 내 AED 활용성을 높이기 위하여, AED 설치현황과 관리실태를 파악하고 선원들의 AED 사용능력 및 사용의향을 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하기 위한 조사연구이다. 2019년 9월 9일부터 2020년 2월 20일까지 진행하였으며, 총 244척의 선박과 244명의 선원을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 빈도와 백분율, 카이제곱 검정으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, AED 수가 1대인 선박이 대부분이었고, AED 설치 및 관리가 적정하지 못한 선박도 일부 확인되었다. AED 교육참여 경험이 있는 대상자는 142명(58.2 %)이고, AED 사용의향은 136명(55.7 %)이 있었으며, 저해요인은 사용방법을 모름(63.0 %)이 가장 높았다. AED 사용의향은 직책에서는 선장, 항해사, 근무부서에서는 갑판부가 높았고, 교육 참여경험이 있고 교육시점이 6개월 미만인 경우 AED 사용에 적극적이었다. 따라서, 선박 내 AED 설치개수에 대한 기준을 정립하여 AED 추가배치를 고려하고, AED 관리지침을 준수하도록 할 필요가 있다. 또한, 선박 내 AED 사용의향이 낮은 항해사 외의 직군에 대해 AED 교육훈련 및 인식제고 노력이 필요하며, 선원들의 AED 사용능력 등을 평가하여, 적정한 재교육 주기에 대한 검토가 필요하다.

최근 스마트건설이 활성화됨에 따라 기업의 스마트 건설기업으로 전환을 위해 건설회사에서는 스마트건설에 관한 역량 평가가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 스마트 건설의 활성화는 건설회사만 해당되는 것이 아니라 발주자, 설계자, 건설사업관리자, 시공자 등 건설 프로젝트 참여자 전체의 활용수준이 평가되어 향상되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설사업관리수행에서 CM기업의 BIM 활용수준을 측정하기 위해 BIM 활용수준에 대한 평가모델을 제시하고 평가하고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 BIM 활용항목별 가중치를 선정하기 위해 BIM 실무자들을 대상으로 AHP 설문조사를 실시하였다. 산정된 결과를 평가 모델에 활용하기 위해 점수화 시켜 BIM 활용수준 평가모델을 구축하고 평가하고자 한다. 평가 결과 중 정량 평가에서는 BIM 사용 가능 인력수에서 기업별 차이를 보였고 정성평가에서는 간섭검토, 시공성 검토, 설계변경관리에 주로 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. BIM 활성화를 위해서는 건설사업관리자를 대상으로 별도의 전문 교육을 실시하여 BIM 활용능력을 강화시키고 건설사업관리업무 수행에 있어 BIM활용에 대한 명확한 활용기준 및 업무범위 제시가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서 제시한 모델을 활용하여 더 많은 기업에 대한 평가를 진행하며, 평가 결과는 CM기업의 스마트건설의 전환과 BIM 도입 활성화게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of IT-enabled dynamic capability in the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance under Industry 4.0. We approach the intellectual capital from the perspective of the resource-based view and define the components of intellectual capital as human capital, social capital, and organizational capital. On the other hand, the IT-based dynamic capability means that the information technology and the utilization ability of the enterprise are combined to overcome the turbulent environment. The empirical results showed that the IT-enabled dynamic capabilities mediated the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance as it revealed in theory. And in terms of practical implications, we found the importance of an organization's information technology ability to effectively utilize intangible resources for organizational performance.

최근 무선랜은 Wi-Fi를 채용한 스마트폰에 대한 활용 증가에 따라 무선랜에 기반을 둔 새로운 신규 기술들이 연구 되고 있다. IEEE802의 11번째 워킹 그룹에서 개발된 표준인 비면허대역(ISM)을 기반으로 802.11 b/g/a는 보편화된 무선랜 기술들이다. 용량을 극복한 IEEE 802.11n의 블루레이나 비압축 비디오전송에 한계를 극복한 IEEE802.11ac와 TVWS(TV White Space)를 이용한 IEEE802.af들의 기술에 대한 표준화들이 활발히 연구 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술들을 바탕으로 운영되는 AP(Access Point)에 보안을 고려하여 전송성능을 측정하고 기존의 무선랜 환경과 비교 분석한다. 분석결과 보안설정을 적용하여 전송성능을 측정했을 경우 장애물이 있는 환경에서 기존의 전송성능보다 안정적이며, 전송시간의 단축을 확인 할 수 있었다.

본 구성주의적 학습 모형의 일종인 '문제중심학습(Problem-Based Learning: PBL)'을 웹 기반으로 구현하려는 것은 WBI 유형의 다양성을 모색한다는 측면에서 뿐만 아니라, WBI의 구성주의적 활용안의 구체적 사례라는 점에서도 의미가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초등학교 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 웹 기반 문제중심학습 프로그램을 개발하고, 이러한 WBI에 의한 교수 학습 과정이 학업성취에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전통적 수업 2개 집단과 웹 기반 문제중심학습 1개 집단의 총 3개 집단으로 나누어 과학 교과 지도를 통해 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과, 웹 기반 문제중심학습이 학업성취 향상에 효과적임이 규명되었고, ICT활용 능력에 따라서도 학업성취에 있어서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 웹 기반 문제중심학습은 학습자의 ICT활용 능력의 향상에도 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
