e-Learning에서의 학습환경과 학습자 자기효능감이 학습 유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Learning Environment and Learners' Self-Efficacy on the Effectiveness in e-Learning)

  • e-Learning can be seen as not only one of Internet-based information technologies which can provide education services but also one of teaching-learning methods which can implement self-directed learning. Thus, for evaluation of e-Learning effectiveness, both information-technology-based learning environment and learners' abilities in self-learning and computer-using should be considered simultaneously. This study suggests a research model for evaluating the effectiveness of e-Learning, which is theoretically based on information systems success model, constructivism and self-efficacy. The model is composed of three parts: effectiveness, learning environment, and learners' self-efficacy. Effectiveness is a part of dependent variables: satisfaction and academic performance. Learning environment and learners' self-efficacy can be considered as two sets of explanation variables for effectiveness. The former consists of learning management system, learning contents, and interactions that are provided bye-Learning and the latter means learners' self-regulated efficacy and computer self-efficacy. We show validity of the model empirically by surveying the college students who have experienced e-Learning. In result, most of all hypotheses suggested in this model are accepted in low significant level.

  • This research attempts to see the phenomenon that how job satisfaction formulate through the analysis of structural relationships between the degrees of authenticity, self-concept, self-efficacy and organizational goals and objects. The survey collected questionnaires of the authentic leadership, self-efficacy and job satisfaction. 152 numbers of samples are collected for survey to observe empirical relationships, causal and correlation, for elucidating respected structural equation model. Structural equation modeling was carried out to explore the relationship of authentic leadership, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. The mediation model posits that self-efficacy mediate the linkage between authentic leadership and job satisfaction. The result of this research indicates the positive impact of authenticity may not affect job satisfaction. As much leader authenticity affects positive impact to self-efficacy which is individual identity, the leader should invest them to foster the authenticity. In other words, authentic leadership on job satisfaction of subordinates is not directly affected. In order to increase job satisfaction of subordinates, leaders should be focused to raise self-efficacy.

시스템 사고가 고등학생의 과학 자기 효능감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Systems Thinking on High School Students' Science Self-Efficacy)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 시스템 사고가 과학 자기 효능감을 구성하는 요인인 자기 조절 효능감과 과학에 대한 자신감에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 것이다. 고등학생의 과학 자기 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 시스템 사고를 설정하고, 시스템 사고가 자기 조절 효능감을 매개로 과학에 대한 자신감에 영향을 미친다는 가설을 설정하였다. 광역시 소재 일반계 고등학교 2학년 중 이공계열로 진학하고자 하는 학생 210명을 대상으로 시스템 사고 검사 도구 20문항과 과학 자기 효능감 검사 도구 중에서 자기 조절 효능감을 알아보는 11문항과 자신감을 알아보는 8문항, 총 39문항을 투입하였으며 성실하지 못한 응답지 22부를 제외한 188부를 분석하였다. 탐색적 요인 분석 결과 시스템 사고 검사 도구는 20문항이 모두 의도한 요인에 적합한 결과가 나왔으며, 자기 조절 효능감은 8문항이, 자신감은 4문항이 적합한 결과가 나왔다. 구조 방정식 모델을 통한 모델 적합도를 살펴본 결과 시스템 사고 5개 요인 중 학생 개인의 사고과정을 살펴보는 시스템 분석, 개인숙련, 정신모델 3개 요인이 자기 조절 효능감 및 자신감에 영향을 주는 모델의 적합도가 가장 높은 적합도를 보여주었다(${\chi}^2$=344.498, df=242, TLI= .921, RMSEA= .044). 또한 시스템 분석, 개인숙련, 정신모델 중 시스템 분석과 정신모델이 직 간접적으로 과학에 대한 자신감에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 정신모델의 경우 자기 조절 효능감을 매개로 하여 자신감에 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 연구에서 도출된 결과를 토대로 시스템 사고가 과학 학습의 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향을 알 수 있었으며, 또한 시스템 사고를 활용한 과학 학습에 대하여 구체적인 이론적 근거를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

방송 종사자의 역할스트레스, 고용불안정성, 자기효능감이 직무열의에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Broadcasting Staff's Role Stress, Job Insecurity, Self-efficacy on Job Engagement)

  • 이 연구는 오늘날 날로 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 국내 방송계 종사자의 역할스트레스, 고용불안정성 및 자기 효능감 인식을 살피고 궁극적으로 어떠한 요인이 직무열의에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는지 밝히고자 하였다. 지상파 TV, 케이블 TV, 종합편성 TV에 근무하는 343명을 대상으로 실시한 연구 결과 방송 종사자들의 역할스트레스가 높게 나타났으며 이 가운데 역할갈등 문제가 가장 심각한 것으로 드러났다. 그러나 고용불안정성에 대한 인식은 낮은 편이었으며, 자기효능감과 직무열의는 높게 나타나는 등 직무수행과 관련한 인식이 긍정적인 편이었다. 방송 종사자들의 직무열의와 관련해서는 역할모호가 부정적 영향을, 자기효능감은 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였으며 이 가운데 자기효능감의 영향이 더 큰 것을 알 수 있었다.

운동선수의 스포츠 자신감과 자아효능감 분석 (The Analysis of Self-Efficacy and Sport Self-Confidence of the Athletes)

  • 이 연구는 청소년 운동선수의 스포츠자신감과 자아효능감을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 규명하기 위한 연구대상은 서울지역 고등학교 남녀 운동선수 총 200명을 무선으로 표본추출 하였다. 스포츠자신감은 김원배(1999)가 사용한 척도를, 자아효능감은 김남경(2002)과 이명환(2002)의 척도를 사용하였다. 설문구성은 5점 리커트(Likert) 척도이며, 신뢰도계수인 내적합치도는 .83~.89이다. 조사절차는 자기평가기입법으로 완성된 설문지를 상관분석과 회귀분석으로 검증한 결과, 첫째, 운동선수의 주변환경 요인 중 가족의 운동관심, 선수동기, 멘토유무와 개인취미 변인은 스포츠특성 자신감에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 운동선수의 주변환경 변인 중 가족의 운동관심, 선수동기, 멘토유무와 개인취미 변인은 스포츠 상태 자신감에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 운동선수의 주변환경 요인의 가족의 운동관심, 선수동기, 멘토유무와 개인취미 변인은 자아효능감에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 운동선수의 스포츠 자신감 변인 중 스포츠 특성 자신감은 자아효능감에 영향을 미친다.

보육실습이 예비보육교사의 보육효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Practice on Student Teachers' Perceived Efficacy for Child Care and Teaching)

  • This study investigated the effects of Child Care and Teaching(CCT) practice on student teachers'(N=361) perceived Efficacy for Child Care an Teaching(ECCT), including relationships between ECCT and generalized self-efficacy. Instruments were the ECCT scale, the generalized self-efficacy scale, and self-evaluation concerning CCT. Research design consisted of pre-test, CCT practices. and post-test. Results showed that ECCT scores increased after CCT practice: ECCT was related with generalized self-efficacy and to self-evaluation concerning CCT. These findings suggested that CCT experience is important to student teachers' perceived ECCT, and ECCT, in turn, is a predictor of actual CCT behavior.

  • This study attempted to develop an efficient management plan that allows both workers and organizations to coexist by analyzing the factors that influence the level of organizational immersion of engineering students. Analysis methods included frequency analysis, t-test, pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical analysis. Firstly, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influential factors on organizational commitment. Second, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influencing factors of self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy was an influential factor in organizational commitment. Fourth, self-efficacy appeared as a mediating effect on self-esteem and organizational immersion in learning transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to look for various factors that can increase self-efficacy, and to find opportunities for students to be highly immersed in the organization while studying at the same time.

혈액투석환자의 자가간호 역량 및 자기효능감에 대한 연구 (A Study on Self-Care Agency & Self Efficacy of Hemodialisis Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to identity degree on self-care agency & self efficacy of hemodialisis patients. The subjects for the study consisted of 260 hemodialisis patients and the data were collected from April 1st. 2002 to April 30. 2002. The instruments used for this study were the Self-carer As Inventory Scale(Genden & Taylor. 1998) and Concrete Self Efficacy Scale(Joo-Hyen Kim. 1995). The Self-carer As Inventory translated by So Hyang-Sook and was modified by auther of this study. The data were analysed by using SPSS/WIN program and included number. percentange. t-test, ANOV A and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results of the study are summarized as follows. 1. As the average score Self-care agency indicated $132.21\pm19.11$ points and Self efficacy showed $597.33\pm130.95$points. it can be said that Self-care agency and Self efficacy were high. 2. In the relationship between general and hemodialisis cure characteristics and Self care agency were significant difference in age(F=3.065. p=0.018). married(F=3.160. p= 0.029). religion(F=4.128. p=0.003). hemodialisis cure duration(F=2.615. p=0.049). 3. In the relationship between general and hemodialisis cure characteristics and Self efficacy were significant difference in age (F=2.992. p=0.019). married(F=4.427. p=0.013), job(before attack-F=1.926. p=0.044. after attack-F=1.784. p=0.048). incomes (F=2.235. p=0.041), hemodialisis cure frequency (F=1.718. p=0.042). diet practice (F=2.248. p=0.025). 4. Self efficacy was significantly related to Self-care agency(r=0.474. p<(0.001). That is the higher the self efficacy. the higher the level of Self-care agency. The result in the above showed that more concern and endeavors need to improve hope. medical support. self efficacy, self-care agency of hemodialisis patients.

Empowering Poor-Households Women on Productive Economy Businesses in Indonesia

  • Self-efficacy has been extensively evaluated, but no studies have investigated the effect of self-efficacy on the self-reliance of women in poor-households economic productivity. This study analyzes self-efficacy as a personal factor, learning processes, and social support as an environmental factor towards the achievement of self-reliance in women from poor-households in productive economy businesses. Despite the dominant logic of this scheme, there is a need for field-based data regarding whether the variable really supports the sustainable empowerment of poor-households women. This study used the quantitative method through the survey technique. The samples of this study included 250 people collected from five regencies in Indonesia by using a multiple-stage random sampling. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling. The results show that social support has a significant positive impact on the learning process; social support has a direct negative impact on self-efficacy. The learning process has a direct positive influence on self-efficacy, while social support has a non-significant impact on self-reliance. The learning process has a direct influence on self-reliance. Social support and the learning process both have significant positive impact on self-efficacy. Social support, learning process, and self-efficacy simultaneously have a positive impact on self-reliance in productive economic activities.

간호대학생의 자아존중감에 따른 건강증진행위에 미치는 요인 (The Study of Health Promotion Behavior of Nursing College Student by the Self-Esteem)

  • Objectives: This study was carried out to investigate the effects of improvement in health promotion behavior of nursing college students by the difference of self esteem. The students was divided two groups one is low level self esteem the other is high depending on median point of self esteem. The specific objectives were first, to find out the differences of health promotion behavior, self efficacy, health perception, fatigue level, depression, psychosocial wellbeing, second, to establish which factors determine their health promotion behavior between two groups. Methods: Self-administered questionnaires were given to 262 students enrolled in a nursing college. between may and June 2008. The questionnaire items included age, sex, education level, self esteem, self efficacy, health perception, fatigue, depression,, psychosocial well being and health promotion behavior. For statistical analysis, frequency, t-test, regression used for determining the factors effecting health promotion behavior. Results: The influencing factors were self efficacy among low level and self efficacy, fatigue and stress among high level. Self efficacy strong positive impact on health promotion behavior among both groups. Stress and fatigue was only effective among high level group. Conclusion: Based on the study results, improvement of health promotion behavior among nursing students requires the development and application of programs to manage self efficacy and stress as a precondition for depending on self esteem level.
