  • 본 연구에서는 중소기업인들을 위한 디자인 교육 사이트의 부분으로서 I-business readiness 라는 이름으로 중소기업인들의 기존 사업을 Online을 통하여 확장하는 방법을 교육하는 컨텐츠를 개발하였으며 비즈니스 기획에 있어서의 디자인의 중요성을 강조하고 중소기업인들의 디자인에 대한 이해를 높이며 디자인을 사업에 잘 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

어머니의 양육 스트레스가 아동의 학습준비도에 미치는 영향: 부모-자녀 상호작용과 온정적 양육태도의 매개효과 (The Effects of Mothers' Parenting Stress on Chilren's Learning Readiness Mediating Effects of Paren-Child Interactions and Parental Attitudes)

  • 본 연구에서는 취학 전 아동을 자녀로 둔 어머니의 양육 스트레스가 아동의 학습준비도에 미치는 영향에서 부모-자녀 상호작용과 온정적 양육태도가 매개하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 한국아동패널 5차(2012년)부터 7차(2014년)까지 3개년도 자료를 활용하였으며 총 1,480개의 자료가 분석에 활용되었다. 연구대상의 연령은 5차년도 기준으로 만 5세이다. 분석도구로는 Amos 23.0 프로그램을 활용하였고 연구문제에 해당하는 경로계수를 추정하기 위하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 적용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 양육 스트레스는 부모-자녀 상호작용, 어머니의 온정적 양육태도, 아동의 학습준비도를 부적으로 유의미하게 예측하였다. 둘째, 부모-자녀 상호작용과 어머니의 온정적 양육태도는 아동의 학습준비도를 정적으로 유의미하게 예측하였다. 셋째, 어머니의 양육 스트레스와 아동의 학습준비도 간의 관계를 부모-자녀 상호작용이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 어머니의 양육 스트레스와 아동의 학습준비도 간의 관계를 어머니의 온정적 양육태도가 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내 아동을 위한 교육적 지원과 대책이 보다 효과적으로 적용될 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

죽음불안도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 죽음불안도 4가지 영역에 따른 노년층과 비노년층의 차이를 중심으로 - (The Relationship between Selected Personal Demographic Variables and the Four Dimension of Death Anxiety - difference between elderly group and non-elderly group -)

  • How an elderly people meets death is the matter of how he has lived his life. It is very important for an elderly people at the last step of his life to re-light up life and to meet death with dignity. The purpose of this study is to investigate where fear or anxiety of death come from among the four dimensins of death anxiety and to compare the differenced between the elderly group and non-elderly group, For this research, the 473 of the subjects from 20 to 80 years old attending social welfare center and community areas in Seoul have been questionned. The summary for the study mentioned the following: First, the overall scores of death anxiety, in the non-aged group, gender and religiosity are important factors affecting the decrease of death anxiety, On the other hand, in the aged group, self-respect, death readiness and number of friends are significant factors. Secondly, for death anxiety of self, age and spouse are significant relationships among non-aged group and gender, death readiness and number of friends for aged-group. In the dying of self, the following each three significant variables: gender, self-respect and spouse among non-aged group and gender, self-respect and number of friends among aged group. In death anxiety of others, age, view on next world and spouse are best predictor for non-aged group. Finally, family-relationship, self-respect and spouse are significant factors for aged group. In dying of others, only one factors are influenced for non-aged group, on the other hand, gender, self-respect and death readiness are important factors for aged group. There remains the need for more detailed examination into the nature of this relationship and the extent to which core components strongly affecting the above subscales.

기술난이도와 기술성숙도를 이용한 핵심기술 연구개발 위험도 관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Risk Management of Core Technology R&D Project using Degree of Difficulty and Technology Readiness Level)

  • In the Core Technology R&D of the defence area, the development of the related core element technology could be the foundation to develop advanced weapon system in the future. But it might make various problems if you can not accurately define the TRL of the element technology. In other words, if the technology is not sufficiently mature and then the project starts, it might require an increase in the development period and additional cost. Finally the system will be in an incomplete state and result in user dissatisfaction and the project failure. Therefore it is a very important task to properly assess the TRL for a successful project. In this study, We propose the method for risk management of core technology R&D project of the defence area using the QFD process with degree of difficulty and technology readiness level. It is also presented the process to determine the risk level using TRL and Degree of difficulty. Finally We apply this method to UGV system for verifying the result of this study.

RFID기술 수용과 구현에 영향을 주는 요인과 조직 준비성의 조절효과 (Determinants Impacting the Adoption and Implementation of RFID Technology and the Moderating Effect of Organizational Readiness)

  • Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) is rapidly growing the attention of many firms as a care technology for their businesses. As RFID moves into the mainstream, it replaces the standard barcodes that is used to identify and track products for a long time. With the intention of gaining competitive advantages, some firms have started the changeover to RFID technology while others have been disinclined to adopt it. Thus, this study examines firms as an attempt to identify key organizational characteristics driving the ear1y adoption and successful implementation of RFID. Results from 228 adopting organizations show Organizational Needs(Ubiquity and Performance Gaps), Technological Factors(Perceived Benefits and Perceived Cost Savings) and RFID Reduced Risk have a significant influence on RFID initiation. In addition, Trust Factors(Institutional Trusts and Inter-organizational Trusts) have a significant impact on RFID Reduced Risk. Finally, Organizational Readiness(Financial Resources and Technological Knowledge) have a significant influence as moderating effects between RFID initiation and adoption. The implications of the findings propose a new theoretical framework for the future IT/IS adoption study and offer suggestions for RFID researchers and practitioners in the development of the technology.

재택근무 제도강화와 테크노스트레스가 업무생산성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 행동통제와 기술준비도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of Home-based Telecommuting Environments and Technostress to Work Productivity)

  • Corna Virus is being widely spreaded across the world and accelerating working environments to home-based telecommuting environments rapidly. Many companies, however, are afraid of decrease in productivities due to insufficient technology readiness by new technology environments. Therefore, finding out the influencing factors which improve the productivities in home-based telecommuting environments is a very important research issue. This study suggests several influencing factors such as technology readiness, technostress, and control behavior and a research model by literature review. To verify the model a total of 204 questionnaires are collected from office workers who are currently utilizing home-based telecommuting. The statistical analysis show that technostress influences negatively to productivities. In addition, moderating effect analysis show that control behavior affects negatively and technostress positively to alleviate the technostress. The result is expected to provide a theocratical framework for further related research and practical guidelines for improving productivities in home-based telecommuting environments.

협력학습에서 SNS 사용의도와 관련변인간의 예측력 규명 (Identification of the Predictability of SNS Intention to Use and Related Variables in Collaborative Learning)

  • 본 연구는 협력과제 수행에서 학습자의 SNS에 대한 사용의도와 관련변인간의 관계를 규명함으로써 협력학습에서의 SNS 활용에 대한 새로운 시사점을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 기술준비도와 수용모형을 토대로 학습자의 개인적 성향, 사회적 요인, 인지적 요인으로서 기술준비도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성이 SNS 사용의도를 예측할 것이라고 가정하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 E대학교 '나눔리더십' 수강생 274명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 낙관성, 혁신성, 불편감, 주관적 규범이 지각된 사용용이성을 예측하였다. 둘째, 낙관성, 불안정성, 주관적 규범, 지각된 사용용이성이 지각된 유용성을 예측하였다. 마지막으로, 주관적 규범, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성이 SNS 사용의도를 예측하였다. 긍정적 기술준비도가 부정적 기술준비도보다 인지적 요인을 더 크게 예측하고, 교수자와 또래 학습자의 역할이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.

제3자 모바일 결제서비스 기술준비도의 한.중 비교 (A Comparative Study on Technology Readiness Index of Third Party Payment Service Between Korea and China)

  • 두드러진 성장을 보이는 모바일 결제서비스는 한국과 중국에서 다른 양상을 보인다. 모바일 결제서비스에 대한 최근의 연구를 바탕으로 제3자 모바일 결제서비스 기술준비도에 있어 한국과 중국 사이에 근본적 차이가 존재하는지 확인하고자 하였다. 한국과 중국의 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 기술준비도를 나타내는 각 요인에 대하여 t검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과 기술준비도의 모든 요인에서 한국과 중국 사이에 차이가 있음이 확인되었다. 중국 사용자의 경우 긍정적 요인인 낙관성, 혁신성과 함께 부정적 요인인 불편감 역시 더 높았다. 반면 불안감은 한국 사용자에게서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 사용자에 대한 이해를 높이고 제3자 모바일 결제서비스 활성화를 위한 전략적 접근방향을 제시한다. 또한 기술준비도에 대한 통찰력을 높여 관련 연구의 학문적 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

저소득가정 유아의 보육시설 적응에 어머니의 양육행동 및 교사-유아관계가 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mothers' Parenting Behaviors and Teacher-Child Relationship on Young Children's Adjustment to Child-Care Centers: Focused on Low-Income Families)

  • Using data from an ongoing study of 170 children aged 4-6 years in low-income families, this study tests how mothers' parenting behaviors and teacher-child relationship influences the adjustment to child-care centers of young children. The mothers' parenting behaviors were measured by the mothers of surveyed children, while the teacher-child relationship and children's adjustment were rated by teachers. Measurements were recorded from using the Iowa Parent Behavior Inventory(Crase et al. 1987), Student-Teacher Relationship Scale(Pianta et al. 1995) and the Adjustment to Child-care Centers Scale(Lee 2004). The collected data was analyzed by hierarchical regression using the SPSS Program. Results indicate that mothers' parenting behaviors in the low-income families controlled characteristics of children and are positively associated with one area of early school adjustment, learning readiness. In other words, mothers who are more involved and demonstrate supportive parenting, have children with better learning readiness. The teacher-child relationship is strongly related to all areas of children's adjustment. The interaction effect of parenting behaviors and the teacher-child relationship on children's learning readiness is observed. These results highlight the importance of the teacher-child closeness as well as the quality of parenting behaviors during the preschool period for the low-income family in improving early school adjustment.

한의과대학 예과생의 진로관련 특성에 관한 연구 (Career-related characteristics of premedical students in Korean Medicine college)

  • Objectives : This study was aimed at exploring career-related characteristics of premedical students in Korean Medicine college and those relationships with career development readiness and vocational value. Methods : A total of 140 premedical students participated in the survey. The questionnaire consisted of demographic characteristics and career-related characteristics such as motive for career choice, specialty preference after college graduation, and school life adaptation. Also they responded in the web-survey of career development readiness inventory and vocational value inventory developed by Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. Eight items of motive for career choice were collected from the pilot study from 70 premedical students. Results : 'Job stability' was the top motive for career choice(25.5%). The average college life adaptation score was relatively low(13.7) : higher in male(14.3) and the early career decision group(14.2) than female (12.9) and late decision group(12.9), which was statistically significant(p=0.019 and p=0.036, respectively) in the subgroup analyses. The result of career development readiness inventory showed that 'self-knowledge' (79.3) and 'confidence on career decision' (78.6) were the two highest, which is similar to the result of the vocational value inventory ('fulfilling abilities' and 'self-improvement'). More characteristics were also described. Conclusions : The results showed that Korean Medicine premedical students have high vocational identity. This study suggested that more specified studies for identifying career-related characteristics for Korean Medical students should be conducted in order to design systematic and professional medical education programs.
