As the lifestyle of people today is evolving, the desire for convenient but nutritious food to replace home-cooked meals is increasing. As the market for Home Meal Replacement (HMR) has already reached 17 hundred billion Won, many studies on HMR selection attributes have been conducted, using traditional Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). However, it was found that traditional IPA had some limitations. Therefore, the study used both traditional and the Revised IPA to examine the selection attributes of HMR sold at large discount store to compare outcomes. The results of the study show that by using the Revised IPA, many attributes differed from those found by the traditional IPA. Consequently, the study revealed aspects that have both linear and nonlinear relationships with customer satisfaction. Implications of this study could provide the foundation of business strategies for HMR manufacturers.

IPA 기법은 간단하고 효과적인 분석방법으로써 관광객 만족도 연구에 중요한 연구 방법이다. IPA 분석 기법은 피조사자를 중요도와 성취도로 구분하여 조사 대상의 지표를 평가한다. 일부 연구자들은 전통 IPA 기법이 이들 조건을 충족시킬 수 없음을 발견하고, 여러 가지 수정 IPA 기법을 제시하였다. 그 중에 Deng의 수정 IPA 방법이 가장 대표적이다. 국 내외 연구를 조사한 결과, 전통 IPA 기법과 수정 IPA 기법에 대한 비교 연구는 없는 실정으로, 서로 다른 IPA 기법의 차별성과 효율성에 대한 판단이 쉽지 않다. 본 연구는 사례연구와 비교연구를 위해 경주시 양동마을을 방문하는 중국 관광객을 대상으로 만족도 분석 중에 전통 IPA 기법과 수정 IPA의 적용성에 대하여 연구하였다. 아울러 전통 IPA와 수정 IPA 분석 결과에 대한 차이점과 원인을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 양동마을의 바람직한 관리를 위한 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate on the Korean and Western medicine clinic quality to use IPA matrix and to establish a Korean medicine service management strategy. Methods : In order to achieve the research purpose, medical consumers who visited 3 Korean and Western medicine clinics were surveyed. frequency analysis, paired t-test were used for the statistical analysis, and the mean of each variable was used for IPA analysis. Results : The major results of analysis are as follows: It was confirmed that the skill and the kindness of the human resources were important in both the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. And it was confirmed the difference of the satisfaction rate and IPA between the Korean medicine clinic and the Western medicine clinic. Especially Medical devices and equipment, Easy booking, reception, payment procedure were different in IPA analysis. Conclusions : We confirmed the similarities and differences between Korean medicine clinics and Western medicine clinics in terms of importance, satisfaction, and IPA. On the basis of these results, Korean Medicine clinic could arrange a management strategy in consideration of consumers' choice attribute.

본 연구에서는 무등산 도립공원 내 등산로 상태에 대한 구간별 중요도-성취도 분석(IPA: Importance-Performance Analysis)결과를 비교하였다. 또한, 구간별 IPA 결과와 구간별 구분없이 각 등산로 구간에서 수집된 자료를 총괄적으로 분석하는 전반적 조사방법의 IPA 결과를 비교함으로써 IPA를 위한 전반적 조사방법의 이용타당성을 검진하였다. 데이터 수집은 2000년도 9월중 무등산 도립공원 내에 위치한 4개의 등산로구간을 대상으로 현지설문조사를 통하여 이루어졌으며, 총 258명의 조사대상자가 본 연구의 분석을 위하여 이용되었다. 중요도-성취도분석 결과, 선정된 총 26개 등산로 관리속성 중 23개 속성(88.5%)이 적어도 1개 등산로구간 이상에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 4개 등산로구간을 통합하여 산출한 전반적인 IPA 결과도 마찬가지로 23개 속성(88.5%)에서 각 등산로구간의 IPA 결과와 적어도 1개 등산로구간 이상에서 동일하지 않은 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구 결과는 IPA를 활용하여 등산로 관리전략을 결정할 경우, 전 등산로를 대상으로 한 총체적 조사보다는 등사로 구간별 분할조사의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

This study focuses on hotel kiosks that have begun to be introduced in earnest in mid-priced hotels, and the quality attributes of hotel kiosks, which are expected to be introduced throughout the hotel industry in the future, and validates them using a revised IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis). An online survey was conducted targeting hotel users who had used hotel kiosk devices, and difference analysis and IPA analysis were conducted on 239 people, excluding 61 who responded insincerely. As a result of the verification, there was no significant difference in hotel kiosk quality attributes by age, but there was no significant difference by age. It was found that there was a significant difference. As a result of analyzing the difference between importance and satisfaction, it was found that there was a partially significant difference. These results suggest standards for quality attributes in hotel kiosks and provide academic implications for future research and practical implications for hotel management practitioners.

This paper aims to examine the farmers' perceptions of the importance and feasibility of climate change awareness and adaptive measures in agriculture, utilizing paired sample t-tests and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Significant differences were found in farmers' views on the importance and urgency of climate change issues, with specific factors standing out. The IPA analysis identified key issues requiring sustained attention, including climate change magnitude, extreme weather events, livestock damage scale, pest fluctuations, and variability in flowering periods. Additionally, the study revealed significant disparities in farmers' perceptions of the importance and feasibility of adaptive measures, except for specific items related to heat indices.

최근 외래관광객의 품질 향상을 위한 관광수용태세 개선에 대한 필요성과 관심이 증대되고 있으나 관련 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 외래관광객의 관광수용태세와 관련 우선적 개선 요소를 규명하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 R-IPA분석을 적용하여 관광객 유형 및 시기에 따른 관광수용태세의 개선요소를 분석, 비교하였다. 전체관광객을 대상으로 한 R-IPA분석결과 현재의 품질수준을 유지할 필요가 있는 요소는 음식, 치안, 대중교통, 쇼핑, 관광지 매력도였다. 그리고 우선도는 낮으나 개선이 필요한 요소는 언어소통, 여행경비, 관광안내서비스였다. 관광객 유형별로 R-IPA분석을 한 결과 개별관광객은 대중교통, 음식, 쇼핑, 관광지 매력도, 치안에 대해서 현재 품질수준의 유지가 필요하며, 단체관광객은 숙박, 쇼핑, 관광지 매력, 관광안내서비스는 현재 품질수준의 유지가 필요하지만 음식은 시급히 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The importance-performance analysis (IPA) is a widely used analytical technique that produces a priority of managerial attention for the customer satisfaction. This study attempted to compare various different approaches of IPA such as direct and indirect measurement of importance, and traditional four quadrants grid model and diagonal grid model of IPA. Data on 17 inpatient service quality attributes were collected from 234 inpatients of a general hospital. Eight IPA grids were produced to compare the result of each model. Based on the study results the strength and weakness of each model were discussed, and a set of recommendations for practical application of the IPA in hospital settings was suggested.

프로그램 교육목표는 졸업생이 졸업 후 2~3년 내에 달성하어야 할 능력과 자질로 정의를 하고 있다. 교육목표 평가는 교육과정 운영에 대한 전략적 사고 및 CQI 활용 요소 도출을 위해 IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) 기법을 적용하는데 IPA 기법은 X축과 Y축에 2개의 개념을 적용시켜 4개의 매트릭스를 만들어 현재의 위치를 확인하여 우선적인 개선분야를 파악하는데 유용한 분석 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 설정된 교육목표가 산업 현장에서 얼마나 중요하며 어느 정도 달성되었는지를 평가하기 위한 평가도구로 간접평가 방법에 의한 설문문항을 개발하고 제시한다. 또한, 개발된 간접평가 방법을 활용하여 교육목표의 중요도 및 달성 정도를 IPA 기법을 적용하여 분석을 하였다.

본 연구는 노인복지관이 운영하는 실버 오케스트라 프로그램의 실천적 개선 방향을 도출하기 위하여 운영 속성에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석(IPA)을 수행하였다. 우리나라의 춘천동부노인복지관이 운영하는 '춘천 실버 오케스트라' 프로그램을 대상으로 실버회원 그룹(N=53)과 프로그램 운영자 그룹(N=32)을 조사 대상자로 선정하였다. '지역사회와의 연계', '예산 운영', '프로그램 운영', '인력 운영', '홍보전략', '프로그램 운영환경'을 포함하는 6개의 평가영역으로 구성된 평가지표를 설계하였다. 그리고 평가영역에 대하여 22개의 평가항목을 구성하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 실버회원 그룹에서는 '인력 운영'이 중요도와 만족도에서 가장 높은 우선순위를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 프로그램 운영자 그룹에서는 '예산 운영'과 '인력 운영'이 중요도와 만족도에서 각각 가장 높은 우선순위를 차지하였다. IPA 매트릭스 분석을 통하여 나타난 연구 결과를 기반으로, 성공적인 프로그램 운영을 위해서는 실버회원 그룹과 프로그램 운영자 그룹의 관점에서 현상유지 및 강화, 집중투자 및 개선, 낮은 우선순위, 그리고 과잉노력 지양으로 영역화된 프로그램 운영 속성에 대해서 서로 차별화된 노력과 관심을 지속적으로 가져야 한다는 시사점을 제공한다.
