차세대 유무선 통신망은 IP기반으로 통합 발전될 것이라고 기대하고 있고, 현재 연구중인 Mobile IP는 필수적으로 사용하게 될 것이다. 문제점이 많은 기본 Mobile IP에 기존의 하위계층에서 사용하던 여러 가지 기술들을 추가하려고 노력하고 있는데, 그 중 대표적인 것이 위치등록과 페이징 기법이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 3계층에서의 이동성 프로토콜인 Mobile IP에 기존의 2계층에서의 거리기반 위치등록 방법을 적용시켜 IP망에서의 효율적인 페이징 방안을 제시한다. 그리고, 네트워크 시뮬레이션 도구인 OPNET을 이용하여 제시한 방안을 구현하고 검증하였다.

차세대 이동통신 표준화를 주도하는 ITU 및 3GPPs에서는 모든 데이터 트래픽과 시그널링의 전송에 IP를 이용하는 All-IP 네트워크의 표준화를 추진하고 있다. 그러나 All-IP 네트워크에서는 아직 해결해야 할 문제점을 많이 가지고 있으며 그 중 효율적인 이동성 관리 문제는 All-IP 네트워크의 실현을 위하여 반드시 해결되어야 할 과제 중의 하나이다. 본 고에서는 IP 망에서의 효율적인 이동성 관리를 위해 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 마이크로 이동성 관리 기술의 연구 동향에 대하여 살펴본다.

차세대 지능망은 기존망으로부터 출발하여 끊임없이 진화하는 것으로 새로운 서비스이 도입이 용이한 서비스 독립적인 구조를 가진다. 이러한 차세대 지능망의 구성요소 중 기존 지능망과 차별화시켜 주는 구성요소인 IP(Intelligent Peripheral)에 대하여 IP의 성능을 평가하기 위한 성능 조건을 제시한다. IP의 성능을 구성하는 서비스 기준, 신뢰도 및 가용도, 시스템 트래픽 처리용량의 3가지 요소에 대하여 필요한 세부항목들을 제시하고 목표치를 설정한다. 이러한 항목 및 목표치들은 IP의 구조 및 운용환경 등이 확정되면 추후 수정보완도리 예정이다.

최근 인터넷전화(VoIP) 사용이 증가하고 있는 가운데, 지난 4월 7-8일 양일간 삼성동 코엑스에서 의미 있는 전시회가 개최됐다. KISA가 LG데이콤, 웨어플러스 등 3개 업체와 공동으로 지난 2006년부터 3개년 사업으로 추진하고 있는 VoIP의 정보보호 연구와 그 결과물인 정보보호 시스템 전시회가 그것이다. 특히 이번 전시회에서는 종단간(End to End) 보안통신을 지원하는 인터넷전화기기를 비롯해, 스팸 확산을 방지하는 VoIP 스팸 대응, VoIP 서비스망 보호를 위한 보안세션제어 시스템 등이 선보여, 차세대 IT 서비스로 주목받는 인터넷전화 서비스의 정보보호 수준을 한 단계 끌어올릴 것으로 평가받고 있다.

KBS는 차세대 방식인 IP 전송 기술을 UHD 방송에 적용하기로 결정하고 2017년 9월부터 18년 3월까지 약 7개월에 걸쳐 IP UHD 부조정실 구축을 완료하였다. 이후 약 3개월간의 시뮬레이션 기간을 거치고 23년 2월 현재까지 KBS 1TV '아침마당', '무엇이든 물어보세요', '더 라이브'와 KBS 2TV '해 볼만한 아침'을 생방송으로 제작하고 있다. 본 글에는 UHD 비디오 신호와 오디오 신호를 IP로 전송하기 위해 참조한 표준 기술과 각 파트별 구축 세부내용을 소개한다. 또한 지속적으로 발전할 IP 제작 시스템에 대해 효율적인 계획과 대응을 할 수 있도록 구축 사례에 대한 경험을 논하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is a comparison of forward planning(FP) and inverse planning(IP) of a radiosurgery procedure. 10 patients of acoustic schwannoma MR image were used for treatment plan. FP-1,2 and IP were established under the same condition. FP and IP were compared by number of shot, conformity index(CI), paddic conformity index(PCI), gradiant index(GI) and treatment time. On average the treatment plan produced by IP tool provided an improved or similar CI, PCI, GI and reduced treatment time as compared to the FP (CI;FP-1:0.85, FP-2:0.86, IP:0.94, PCI;FP-1:0.79, FP-2:0.81, IP:0.78, GI;FP-1:2.94, FP-2:2.94, IP:3.01). The inverse planning system provides a clinically useful plan while reducing the planning time and treatment time.

This study aims to understand the concept and changes of the records management of InterPARES based on the analysis of background, main research interests, and major achievements of IP3 and ITrust. To this end, this study conducted a content analysis of IP3 and ITrust to drive main keywords. This study also utilized word clouds from IP project titles. In addition, a comparative analysis of IP3 and ITrust was conducted based on the environment, scope, core research areas, keywords, objectives, and record management life cycle perspectives. The research identified that InterPARES research was widely expanding the content and subject areas of the study: 1) to apply across the life cycle, as well as long-term preservation; 2) to focus on the concept of trust as well as the concept of authenticity; and 3) to include the concept of the Internet, digital forensics, and the open government along with electronic records.

The 4th generation mobile communication system, LTE, does not support an additional core network to provide voice service, and it is merged into a packet network based on all IP. Although Voice service over LTE can be supported by VoIP, it will be provided by the existing 3G networks because of the discontinuity of LTE coverage. However, it is inevitable to adopt VoIP over LTE to provide high quality voice service. In this paper, we investigate the capacity of VoIP over LTE. Our results indicate that spectral efficiency can be significantly improved as channel bandwidth increases in terms of VoLTE capacity. In addition, we can achieve higher VoLTE capacity without decreasing control channel capacity.

In this paper, it is proposed that RSVP and WFQ must be a good way of a better service for the better quality for Mobile If Network. For the Performance Analysis of working it was composed of Mobile IP and VoIP Network model, and further more test of the postpone and QoS was implemented. The results of the test is as follows, Before the movement of mobile agent was 2ms, after that, 3ms, And before QoS was adapted the value was 30ms, after being adapted, analyzed as 10ms. This research that the problem of put off was improved by adaping QoS in the mobile IP Network.
