  • Voice of U(VoIP) technology Provides voice service as well as data service via Internet. It has been a promising technology as Internet grows fast and the requirements are increasing. Recently, serveral protocols have been created to allow telephone calls to be made over IP networks, notably, SIP and H.323. Due to introducing SIP and H.323, There are many change at internet telephony service. Internet telephony enables a wealth of new service possibility Users can control telephony service directly. In this paper, we design and implementation CPL client based on SIP system.

  • Internet telephony is an Internet service which supports voice telephone using VoIP technology on the IP-based Internet. It has some advantages in that voice telephone services can be accompanied with multimedia services such as video communication and messaging services. Recently, the introduction of smart phones has led to a growth in social networking services and thus, the research and development of Internet telephony has been actively progressed and has the potential to become a replacement for the telephone service that is currently being used. In this paper we designed and implemented a recording system which records voice data of SIP-based Internet telephone's voice calls. It is developed on the linux system and has some features such as audio mixing of two in/out voice channels, live packet sniffing, and the ability to transfer mixed audio files to the log file server. These functions are implemented using various open source softwares. Afterwards, this VoIP recording system will be applied as a base technology to advanced services like a VoIP-based call center system.

  • The ubiquitous technology, leading the stream of change in telecommunication market, makes VoIP a foundation technology to enter NGN era. With this trend in mind, VoIP providers try to satisfy customer needs and invest on R&D in order to survive in this emerging market. The critical issues to VoIP providers are two fold the first one is to find out the quality attributes of Internet telephony service; and the second one is to assess the impact they have on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer performance. In this study, we attempt to empirically answer the above two issues employing SEM (structural equation modeling) and AHP (analytic hierarchy process), and suggest strategic guidelines for successful deployment of Internet telephony service.

  • Internet telephony is an Internet service which supports voice telephone using VoIP technology on the IP-based Internet. It has some advantages in that voice telephone services can be accompanied with multimedia services such as video communication and messaging services. In this paper we suggested an Asterisk-based Internet telephony system which can be easily scalable. Most current systems use text files to manage their configuration: SIP users, dialplans, IVR service and etc. But we designed the management system which introduces database tables for efficiency and scalability. It also supports web-based functions developed by using Asterisk, Apache, MySQL, jQuery, PHP and open source softwares.

  • VoIP and IP Telephony telephony technology development is a growing by easy to using IP-PBX by using phone from using existing lines rather than the internet. IP-PBX do not use the phone line from phone work for many companies and institutions of management costs reduce as provides similar to regular phone line quality. But IP-PBX to introduce for need to be the initial cost on is should buy for expensive hardware equipment or commercial software. In this paper, suggest way to introduce IP-PBX do not buy expensive hardware equipment or commercial software.   • Recently, Internet Telephony has become increasingly popular in telecommunication industry. However, previous research on Internet Telephony has focused on analyzing specific Internet Telephony solutions, identifying the Internet Telephony movement itself. The research on prediction models about Internet Telephony adoption has been minimal. The main propose of this study is to develop models for predicting transition intention from using traditional telephones to using Internet Telephony. To do so, this study uses data mining methods to analyze demands in the IT communications market and to provide management strategies for Internet telephony providers. Especially this study uses discriminant analysis, logistic regression, classification tree, and neural nets to develop the prediction models for the Internet Telephony adoption. The models are compared with each other and a superior model is chosen.

  • The mobile internet telephony service rapidly grows according to the extending deployment of smartphones. Unlike telephony service over a conventional public switched telephone network (PSTN) or mobile network, internet telephony service cannot guarantee its service quality, which can be severer in a wireless environment. Therefore, a more strict and systematic quality management is required for successful settlement and popularization of mobile internet telephony service. Existing quality management scheme using a specific measurement equipment cannot measure all the time so that it performs late management. In order to overcome the problem, this paper develops a software that can be equipped on a user terminal and measures the service quality all the time. By using the developed software, all-time and user-activating service quality monitoring can be supported.

  • The VoIP (Voice over IP) is being used world-widely and already put to practical use in many fields. However, it is needed to ensure the security of VoIP call in special situations. It is relatively difficult to eavesdrop commonly used PSTN network in that a 1:1 circuit connects it. However, it is difficult to ensure the security of a call on Internet because many users are connected to the Internet concurrently. This paper suggests a new model for Internet telephony to prevent eavesdrops, using VoIP (using SIP protocol) with the use the VPN protocol and establish the feasibility of its practical use comparing it with the conventional Internet telephony.

  • Recently, as wired and wireless communication services have rapidly developed and multimodal mobile devices which have various characteristics have widely spread, the need for new convergence services increases. The growing population of VoIP technologies and the high communication expense yield that the market of IP based telephony such as WiFi phone and IP phone is substituted for one of the conventional PSTN telephony. With the help of this trend, the wireline network operators desire to find a market in mobile networks. Therefore, they focus on Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) service as one of the key factors to accomplish this goal. FMC services are able to provide the mobility of voice services between circuit switched and packet switched networks. IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) based Voice Call Continuity (VCC) is one of the schemes to embody FMC services. As Application Server (AS) which has this VCC function provides seamless handover of services between heterogeneous networks, FMC subscribers can communicate seamlessly with others m WiFi domain and COMA domain using WiFi-COMA dual phone. Most of enterprises have already introduced IP network infrastructure and IP-PBX (Private Branch eXchange) for telephony. However, the problems of high communication cost and work inefficiency due to frequent outside jobs or business trips have remained. In order to solve these problems, demands for enterprise FMC services increase. In this paper, we introduce a new IP-PBX based VCC model that can provide seamless handover of voice services between WiFi and COMA networks for enterprise users and we investigate some interworking and security issues between Soft Switch (SSW) and IMS, or between IMSs. In addition, we introduce a new service that can provide the continuity of voice sessions as well as video sessions using Multimedia Session Continuity (MMSC) technology which has evolved from VCC. This service is expected to be one of the next-generation personalized services based on user's context.
