The best index should show the margins to the operating limit at the present operating point without much efforts. Such voltage collapse proximity index has been proposed in this study. Differently from the normal procedure in which every bus load is increased at the same propotion, bus load increase toward the direction of T/L loss increase has been applied in this study. Sample studies show the usefulness and the practical applicability in voltage stability analysis.

Recently, the electric power industries around the world are moving from the conventional monopolistic or vertically integrated environments to privatization, deregulation, and competition environments, where each participant is concerned with the maximization of profits in the marketplaces rather than system-wide costs minimization. To reduce difference of viewpoint about power planning between Genco and regulator, adjustment procedures need. This paper presents that game theory can be applied by systematic decision-making means.

본 연구는 국내 각 과일별 재배 면적 및 해당 지역의 날씨 등의 데이터를 이용하여 실 생산량을 예측하고 각 과일별 경합관계를 적용하여 실제 수입 되는 과일의 수입량과의 상관관계를 분석하여 실제 가격을 예측하고자 한다. 본 결과를 통해 다변화 되는 국내 과일 시장에서 농업, 수입업에 대한 방향성 제시를 그 목적으로 둔다.

The Hong Ik Direct Drive Arm(HIDDA) is a SCARA typed direct drive manipulator with two degrees-of-freedom(DOF) using the direct drive motor of the NSK company. The direct NSK motors are used to give a large torque directly to the link, to reduce the modeling errors from the gears and chains. But, since the nonlinear coupling torques are transferred to the motor shaft without any reduction, we must consider a dynamic control algorithm. In this paper, we designed a robot controller for the HIDDA using a TMS320C31, which has the highest performance among the third DSP chips in the TI company. And we developed the integrated environment software of the robot management system to give the users an easy way of programming, running and simulation of the robot on the PC.

본 논문은 운전중인 배전 전주의 접지저항 측정 기술 배전선로 접지 성능 측정 및 모니터링 시스템 기술에 관한 연구를 통하여 국내의 접지측정 방법 및 문제점을 조사, 분석, 검토하였고, 우리나라 실정에 맞는 새로운 측정방식 도입에 연구의 초점을 두었다. 본 논문에서 현실적으로 문제되고 있는 접지측정방식과 유지방식에 대한 실태 및 문제점을 파악하여 변화된 접지환경에 적합한 접지측정기술과 유지방식을 도출하였다. 또한 접지저항 측정기법을 통하여 배전선로의 전주간 접지저항을 측정하였고 개발진행중에 있는 모니터링 접지저항값 획득 시스템에 대하여 언급하였다.

In a competitive environment of electric power industry, the level of uncertainly increase due to generation investment decisions creating new challenge to transmission system planner. The use of a locational signal and the provision of a indicative plan to control the transmission investment reasonably is very important in the viewpoint of a regulator. The main target of this study is to emphasize on the necessity for considering simultaneously both transmission expansion plan and congestion cost. This paper demonstrate the many case studies to make certain of the necessity for transmission planning with congestion cost.

ISO 9000 series, as quality management system that assesses quality system based on the documentation such as quality manual, documented procedures, specification is properly operated and then decides to give a certification, is a screening documented system that includes factors which may influence quality. Therefore, to have a proper documented system and its performance accordant to it is very important to the company which hopes to acquire the certification of ISO 9000 series. So, the objectives of this paper are to increase the efficiency of the work by cutting down efforts necessary to establish and revise documented procedures for the certification of the ISO 9000 series in the company using the documentation system.

A new measurement system was developed by fault diagnosis system for traction motor using current signal analysis. The motor current signature analysis method is used for traction motor fault diagnosis. The diagnosis system program is constructed by artificial neural networks algorithm, those results from the program are used to train neural networks. The trained neural networks have the ability to compute adaptive results for non-trained inputs, and to calculate very fast due to original parallel structure of neural networks with high accuracy within destined tolerance. This system suggested that available test for checking, the probable extent of aging, and the rate of which aging is taking place.

In 2002, a new solar spectroscopic system with the Coelostat type has been installed at Korea Astronomical Observatory. It was designed to observe solar spectra in the range from 3000 to 8000${\AA}$ with the spectral resolution of 1${\AA}$/mm. The system is composed of a 40cm diameter Coelostat with 9m focal length, spectroscopic system with 600groove/mm grating, and a IK ${\times}$ IK CCD detector. By developing observational softwares for this system, we have successfully observed solar Ha spectra. In this paper, we development of telescope control and observational softwares.
