  • IEC60300의 국제 규격은 시간종속성 경영 시스템의 규격으로써 제1부는 시간종속성 경영 프로그램. 제 2부는 시간종속성 프로그램 구성요소와 업무, 제 3부는 응용지짐 표준의13개의 규격으로 구성되어 있다. 이 규격은 제품의 초기 단계서부터 폐기 단계까지 수명주기 전 단계에 걸쳐 운영의 효율성, 시간, 비용의 제약 하에 위험을 최소화하고 안전성을 최적화하기 위만 지짐을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 기업들이 기본적으로 적용하고 있는 경영 모델인 ISO 9000시스템과 안전 설계를 위한 신뢰성 분야의 IEC 60300시스템의 통합모형을 모색하고자 한다.

  • It is hot issue to get the competitiveness of product through reliability-growth as well as availability and safety in almost high-technology industry including military, chemistry, nuclear, telecommunication, transportation service and so on. In advanced countries, worldwide leading companies have tried to improve and develop high-reliability product as well as reliability management system(IEC60300). We investigate reliability certification systems for product and management system. Additionally, we study the feasibility on the adoption of dependability management system(IEC60300) by empirical survey on companies with product-reliability certification(R-mark) in Korea.

  • This paper is concerned with the life-cycle cost(LCC) of the urban transit system which was developed by KRRI and is now under test in Gyeongsan, Korea. Its reliability, availability and maintainability(RAM) were analyzed. LCC is the core part of analyzing the total cost of acquisition and ownership of a system. LCC analysis of a system is the most effective when it is applied in the it's early design phase. In this paper, we present IEC 60300-3-3(Life Cycle Costing) in detail and propose how to apply LCC in assessing the urban transit system according to RAM process. This case study demonstrates that reliability management system is very effective in reducing the operating cost of subway corporations in Korea.

In advanced countries, they experienced remarkable growth based on reliability technology in materials&parts industry as well as high-tech industry. It has become a symbol of national competitiveness and created a higher value added. This paper is taking on effectively developing ways to deploy IEC 60300 dependability management system and the base technology that are needed to improve competitiveness of industries in Korea.

  • In this paper, we introduce IEC 60300(Dependability program management) into urban transit system, and propose effective method to apply IEC 60300 to Subway Corporation. The dependability is the collective term used to describe the availability performance and its influencing factors such as reliability performance, maintainability performance and maintenance support performance. A dependability program covers all phases of a system's life cycle from planning to operation and possibly disposal, and is composed of program elements divided into tasks.

  • 본 연구에서는 신뢰성경영시스템(IEC60300)을 기반으로 반도체 장비개발에서 신뢰성 확보를 위한 신뢰성기능전개의 개발과 적용을 다룬다. 고객의 신뢰성 요구사항에 가중치를 부여하여 설계요구 품질표, 기획 품질표를 실행하고 이를 이용하는 절차를 제시하고 이를 고신뢰성을 요구하는 반도체 장비업체 개발공정에 적용하였다. 제품개발과정에서 신뢰성우위를 갖는 구체적인 전략적 제품개발방안을 제시하였다.

  • 도시철도시스템은 차량, 전력, 신호, 선로구축물 등이 유기적으로 결합된 복합시스템으로 고장 또는 사고가 발생하면 원인규명이 어렵고 사고에 따른 영향이 매우 크기 때문에 시스템의 신뢰성과 안전성은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 철도에서 적용되고 있는 신뢰성관련 국제 규격을 분석하여 국내에서 개발하고 있는 무인운전 도시철도시스템에 이러한 규격들의 내용들을 충족하는 관리체계를 제시하고자 한다. 즉 기존에 적용하고 있는 신뢰성 관리체계인 IEC 60300, IEC 62278, MIL-STD-785B 등의 특성과 장점을 비교분석하여 도시철도시스템에 구체적으로 적용할 수 있는 신뢰성관리체계를 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper is to introduce guidelines for application, inclusion, reference and adoption of standards and specifications. International standards such as IEC 60300-3-4, ISO/IEC Guide 50, ISO/IEC Guide 51, IEC 81714-3 and ISO/IEC Guide 21-1, 2 are considered. This paper is to discuss guide to the specification of dependability and environmental requirements and guidelines for safety inclusion in standards, and guidelines for standards developers to address the needs of older persons and persons with disabilities, etc.
