By utilizing the technique to monitor the DC cell node voltages through circuit simulation, degradation of the static read operating margin In high load-resistor SRAM cell was examined, which is caused by parasitic resistances and transistor asymmetries in this cell structure. By selectively adding the parasitic resistances to an ideal cell, the influence of each parasitic resistance on the operating margin was examined, and then the cases with parasitic resistances in pairs were also examined. By selectively changing the channel width of cell transistors to generate cell asymmetry, the influence of cell asymmetry on the operating margin was also examined. Analyses on the operating margins were performed by comparing the supply voltage values at which two cell node voltages merge to a single value and the differences of cell node voltages at VDD=5V in the simulated node voltage characteristics. By determining the parasitic resistances and the transistor asymmetries which give the most serious effect on the static read-operation of SRAM cell from this analysis based on circuit simulated, a criteria was provided, which can be referred in the design of new SRAM cell structures.
The regeneration of destructed periodontal tissues is one of the ultimate objectives of periodontal therapy. Guided tissue regeneration technique was developed for the ideal regeneration of periodontal tissues. In order to investigate the role of fibronectin, laminin and tenascin in the regenerating process of periodontal tissues, the expanded PTFE barrier membranes(Gore Associates, USA) removed from the patients who had been treated by guided tissue regeneration(GTR) and guided bone regeneration(GBR) techniques were fixed in neutral formalin for 6-24 hours, embedded with paraffin, sectioned at $4-6{\mu}m$ in thickness, and immunohistochemically processed by Avidin-Biotin peroxidase complex method for detecting fibronectin, laminin and tenascin. Monoclonal mouse anti-human fibronectin antibody(Oncogene Science, USA., 1:100), monoclonal mouse anti-human laminin antibody(Oncogene Science, USA., 1:50) and mouse anti-human tenascin antibody(Oncogene Science, USA, 1:10) were used as primary antibodies. The light microscopic findings were as follows: (1) The distribution of fibronectin, laminin and tenascin was various according to the area of barrier membranes. (2) The distribution of fibronectin in case of GBR was extensive in the tissue on the outer surface of barrier membranes, and rare in the intervening space and on the inner surface. In case of GTR it was extensive on the outer surface and in the intervening space, and rare on the inner surface. (3) The distribution of laminin was rare in the tissue on the outer, the inner surface and intervening space of barrier membranes, regardless of GBR or GTR. (4) In case 'of GBR rare distribution of tenascin was observed on the outer surface only, except the inner surface and the intervening space of barrier membranes. In case of GTR the distribution of tenascin was extensive in the tissue on the outer surface, rare in intervening space and the inner surface. The results suggest that fibronectin, laminin and tenascin may play a important role in the regenerating process of periodontal tissue, and they may affect the outcome of healing.

This paper presents high resolution techniques of three-dimensional(3D) scattering center extraction for a radar backscattered signal in radar target recognition. We propose a 3D pairing procedure, a new approach to estimate 3D scattering centers. This pairing procedure is more accurate and robust than the general criterion. 3D MEMP(Matrix Enhancement and Matrix Pencil) with the 3D pairing procedure first creates an autocorrelation matrix from radar backscattered field data samples. A matrix pencil method is then used to extract 3D scattering centers from the principal eigenvectors of the autocorrelation matrix. An autocorrelation matrix is constructed by the MSSP(modified spatial smoothing preprocessing) method. The observation matrix required for estimation of 3D scattering center locations is built using the sparse scanning order conception. In order to demonstrate the performance of the proposed technique, we use backscattered field data generated by ideal point scatterers.

Voltage-gated $K^{+}$ (Kv) channels represent a structurally and functionally diverse group of membrane proteins. These channels play an important role in determining the length of the cardiac action potential and are the targets for antiarrhythmic drugs. Many $K^{+}$ channel genes have been cloned from human myocardium and functionally contribute to its electrical activity. One of these channels, Kv1.5, is one of the more cardiovascular-specific $K^{+}$ channel isoforms identified to date and forms the molecular basis for an ultra-rapid delayed rectifier $K^{+}$ current found in human atrium. Thus, the blocker of hKv1.5 is expected to be an ideal antiarrhythmic drug for atrial fibrillation. Chelidonine was isolated from Chelidonium majus L. We examined the effect of chelidonine on the hKv1.5 current expressed in Ltk-cells using whole cell mode of patch clamp techniques. Chelidonine selectively inhibited the hKv1.5 current expressed in Ltk-cells in a concentration-dependent manner, whereas did not affect the HERG current expressed in HEK-293 cells. Additionally, chelidonine reduced the tail current amplitude recorded at -50 mV after 250 ms depolarizing pulses to +60 mV, and slowed the deactivation time course resulting in a 'crossover' phenomenon when the tail currents recorded under control conditions and in the presence of chelidonine were superimposed. We found that chelidonine also inhibited the $K^{+}$ current in isolated human atrial myocytes where hKv1.5 channels were predominantly expressed. Furthermore, we examined the effects of chelidonine on the action potentials in rabbit hearts using conventional microelectrode technique. Chelidonine prolonged the action potential durations (APD) of atrial, ventricular myocytes and Purkinje fibers in a dose-dependent manner. However, the effect of chelidonine on atrial APD was frequency-dependent whereas the effect of chelidonine on the APDs of ventricular myocytes and Purkinje fibers was not frequency- dependent. Also, the selective action of chelidonine on heart was more potent than dofetilide, $K^{+}$ channel blocker.
One of the deep-running algorithms, CNN's artificial intelligence application uses off-chip memory to store data on the Convolution Layer. DMA can reduce processor load at every data transfer. It can also reduce application performance degradation by varying the order in which data from the Convolution layer is transmitted to the global buffer of the accelerator. For basic layouts with continuous memory addresses, SG-DMA showed about 3.4 times performance improvement in pre-setting DMA compared to using ordinaly DMA, and for Ideal layouts with discontinuous memory addresses, the ordinal DMA was about 1396 cycles faster than SG-DMA. Experiments have shown that a combination of memory data layout and DMA can reduce the DMA preset load by about 86 percent.
Postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer makes it possible to reduce loco-regional recurrence of breast cancer. The treatment technique, which can reduce the low-dose region at the junction and lung, is required. To produce proper dose distribution of internal mammary chain and chest wall, authors tried to find the method to expose $^{60}Co\;\gamma-ray$ on internal mammary region and 7MeV electron on chest wall. Exposure time of $^{60}Co\;\gamma$ and monitor unit of 9MeV were selected so that dose of $^{60}Co$ at 4cm depth was the same as that of 7Mev electron at $80\%$ dose depth. The position and direction of electron beam were changed for $^{60}Co$ beam: $0^{\circ},\;5^{\circ}$ for 0cm seperation; $0^{\circ},\;5^{\circ},\;10^{\circ}$ for 0.5cm seperation; $5^{\circ},\;10^{\circ},\;15^{\circ}$ for 1cm seperation. The results are as followings. 1. When the seperation of two fields was increased, dose on the axis of $^{60}Co$ beam was increased and dose at the junction region decreased while the volume of lung to be exposed to high dose and hot spot size were irregularly changed. 2. The dose distribution in the target volume of internal mammary and chest wall was most ideal when the seperation of two fields was $0\~0.5cm$ and the direction of electron beam was parallel to $^{60}Co$ beam.
Hyperhidrosis of the palms, axillae, and the face has a strong negative impact on the quality of life for many people. Existing nonsurgical therapeutic options are far from ideal. A definitive cure can be obtained by upper thoracic sympathectomy. The traditional open surgical technique is a major procedure; few patients and doctors have found that risk-benefit considerations favor surgery. Endoscopic minimal invasive surgical techniques are now available. We investigated whether endoscopic ablation of upper thoracic sympathetic chain(T2-4) is an efficient and safe treatment of hyperhidrosis. We treated 40 patients with bilateral endoscopic transthoracic sympathectomy. There were no mortalities, life-threatening complication, no treatment failures occurred in 40 patients. After a short-term follow-up, 100% of the patients reported satisfactory results. Endoscopic transthoracic sympathectomy is an efficient, safe, and minimally invasive surgical method for the treatment of palmar, axillary hyperhidrosis.

This paper proposes a wideband monopole antenna with improved band rejection characteristics by inserting two band notch slots with half wavelength in radiator. The designed antenna is composed of bow-tie patch fed electromagnetically with parasitic ground patch of a semicircular shape. We obtained band rejection filter-like characteristics by controlling coupling amounts between two horizontal resonance slots. Using this technique, we achieved the broad rejection bandwidth and improved skirt characteristics compared with only one notch slot. The measured bandwidth is from 2.7 GHz to 6.9 GHz for VSWR below 2.0 except the limited band of $4.96{\sim}5.51GHz$. This antenna shows a similar radiation pattern of the ideal monopole and the radiation gain reduction is more than $5{\sim}10dB$ on the x-z plane at rejection frequency.
This study was conducted to explore the tensile strength models in granular soil at the full range of unsaturated state. Direct tension experiments were carried out with a newly developed direct tension technique. The measured experimental data were compared with theoretical models developed by Rumpf and Schubert for monosized ideal particulate solids at the unsaturated state. To do this, the soil-water characteristic curve obtained from a suction-saturation experiment was used to define the unsaturation state and the negative pore water pressure with different water content levels, which are important factors in theoretical tensile strength models. The nonlinear behavior of the tensile strength for unsaturated granular soil at the pendular state is appropriately simulated with Rumpf's model. For the funicular and capillary states, the predicted trend by Schubert's model is properly matched with the experimental data: tensile strength steadily increases and reaches a maximum value and then decreases until it reaches zero. This comparison supports the concept that the tensile strength of unsaturated real granular soil can be approximately simulated with theoretical models.
Preface: Dental implant is important method that may solve the mastication, occlusion, esthetic, temporomandibular joint, and psychologic problem in oral and maxillofacial surgery. It is ideal that all of the implant are well positioned by adequate technique. By the way it‘s not always possible because of some anatomic, physiologic factor. In this case, If the implant can be moved to adequate position, it may be possible more esthetically and implanted patients more satisfied, but the majority of Implantists and orthodontists have thought that it is not possible. However, Implant, in fact, can be moved. and thus we can overcome the limit of implantation more. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the possibility of implant movement after corticotomy. Case report: Patient missed the upper right first molar. and implantation was done after completion of socket healing. We wait six months for osseointegration. Then, corticotomy was done under local anesthesia and close coil was used for orthodontic force. After traction during 3 weeks, we find the change of implant position at horizontal plane. we can not see the degenerative change on adjacent structure and tracted implant. there is a clinical mobility on upper right second premolar that used for anchorage but it subside spontaneously at the timing of prosthetic restoration without additional treatment. Discussion: As we could have some knowledge with this experiment, we report the case of implant movement after corticotomy and suggest a method about more esthetic implant treatment with a review of literature.
