  • Recent national policies National Competency Standards(NCS) to develop teaching-oriented education in the field of industry and learning is taking place. Plan to take advantage of the Internet and multimedia classes, information and communication technology (ICT) for ways to leverage the integration appearing in various forms. The purpose of this study is causal influence on the ARCS motivation theory can determine the basic psychology of human motivation factors and the desires of a typical human nature theory dealing with the psychological needs of interactivity and immersion is learning achievement and learning transfer and to validate the demonstration. By applying information and communication technology sector in the development of learning in information and communication equipment training program modules from a field study conducted at the NCS with a clear empirical and empirical research through the synchronization to the learner and to explore the possibility of generalization.

  • After government released the measures to reduce private tutoring and to advance math education, the Education Ministry carrying out projects to narrow the gap of education using ICT of the agricultural, mountain and fishing villages with 'ICT Supporting Business for the rural communities'. EBS(Educational Broadcasting System) also has established a website for self-directed math learning called EBSmath and offers various and customized services. This study has been conducted on how smartifact-assisted learning on EBSmath provided by 'ICT Supporting Business for the rural communities' will affect self-directed math learning of students. In other words, the purpose of this study is to see if students of the farming villages with poor surroundings of education using ICT can acquire knowledge for themselves and organize it systematically, and then they can finally produce new knowledge while they learn through EBSmath.

  • In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the age of artificial intelligence, the development of ICT technology is having various effects on the online and offline educational environment. The universal access of online education changes the educational paradigm and converts it to a learner-centered service. At the time when a new educational environment is required to change, interest in flip learning is increasing. Even adult learner's online learning needs is also shown very high. The purpose of this study was to investigate how repetitive learning activities through flip learning for middle-aged online learners of K-Cyber University has a relationship and structural relationship between the effects of learning immersion and learning interest on learning satisfaction. Through this study, there is significance in research to suggest direction for learning satisfaction based on flip learning. For further studies, if a model of analysis of various factors that can be measured is specified and applied, it can be used as a research background that can maximize learning satisfaction based on flip learning.

  • We seek the possibility of application of ICT(Information & Communication Technology) to the experience learning in mathematics. Especially we focused on regular polyhedron in the middle school mathematics and on geodesic dome. We investigate related historical tales about the subjects which seem quite helpful of motivating to understand them. Then by using them and by ICT we develop an experience learning program for geodesic dome as an application of regular polyhedron. Through the program we expect that students show positive attitude in mathematical tendency and curiosity about mathematics and that the application of ICT to the experience learning in mathematics is very effective to improve their learning skill in mathematics.

  • Recent trends in deep reinforcement learning (DRL) have revealed the considerable improvements to DRL algorithms in terms of performance, learning stability, and computational efficiency. DRL also enables the scenarios that it covers (e.g., partial observability; cooperation, competition, coexistence, and communications among multiple agents; multi-task; decentralized intelligence) to be vastly expanded. These features have cultivated multi-agent reinforcement learning research. DRL is also expanding its applications from robotics to natural language processing and computer vision into a wide array of fields such as finance, healthcare, chemistry, and even art. In this report, we briefly summarize various DRL techniques and research directions.

  • This study certified that the mentality training that utilized ICT learning has been working as an important base having much effect on learner's basic attitude on physical education class, improvement of bodily exercise function, and class satisfaction, and that the exercise ability was improved in the scope of speed, form(posture), accuracy(shooting success rate), and adaptability(performance ability). It means it is a much more step-forwarded educational method that the advantages of ICT learning and mentality training at the existing learning method were applied to the reality. Regarding the object of this study, it is a little bit unreasonable to generalize its study results in that it wasn't intended for national unit sampling. Therefore, in the future study, it is necessary to continue to advance the study that its representative-ness was supplemented through the balanced sampling between area and area, and between grade and grade.

  • This study is based on education reforms related to strengthening information education in curriculums. This study develops and presents ' General Economics'Model Utilizing ICT(Information Communication & Technology) in Home Economics'which could be used as a concrete guidance and direction in teaching and learning Economics education in schools. To do so, this study reviews the necessity of adopting ICT in Home Economics instructional activities and it also reviews and analyzes previous studies of how ICT contribute to instructional activities. Such analysis was used as a theoretical basis for the Instructional Model. The Tool of ICT is a useful instructional strategy because it allows the learners'self-lead learning and Performance Assessment. Therefore the 'General Instructional Model Utilizing ICT'interprets the role of ICT tools to adequate class activities in each step of instruction which includes the conventional steps of introduction. development review and evaluation. It also develops and presents Lesson Plan that can be adopted in school education and thereby shows the possibility of practical application of the theory. This study has limits in that the Instructional Model and Lesson Plan are theoretical in nature. Therefore, in future studies it is desirable to critically review the Instructional Model an Lesson Plan and prove their applicability in real classes and the real learning effects.

Development and Effects of Instruction Module Using ICT on Earth Field at Elementary School Science (초등학교 과학과 '지구'분야의 ICT 활용 수업모듈 개발 및 효과)

  • This study investigated the effects and development of instruction module using ICT on earth field at elementary school science. The effects by 5th graders appeared as follows; First. ICT-applied teaching method proved to enhance the science teaming achievement regardless of their grades compared to the ordinary one. Second, Instruction module using ICT devoted to improve 'self-directed learning characteristics' at all grades by comparition of the ordinary teaching method. The 5th graders showed the improvements in the fields of' openness', 'self-conception', 'initiative', 'future inclination', 'creativity', 'self-assessment ability' all of which belong to self-directed teaming characteristics. They did not, however, show meaningful effect on improving 'learning eagerness' and 'responsibility' improvement. Thirdly, ICT-applied teaching method proved that it is more effective for developing 'creativity' than the ordinary one at all sample grades. The effectiveness was presented highly at 'fluency', 'originality' all of which belong to creativity. They did not, however, show meaningful effect on improving 'flexibility'.

Achieving the improvement of efficiency and vitalization of ARD-based ICT experiential education contents (ARD기반의 ICT체험 교육콘텐츠 효용성 개선 및 활성화 구현)

  • Use of technology through utilization of ICT (Information Communication Technology) in field study area is rapidly increasing. Thus, when applying ICT to experiential education, apart from experiential education contents in simple form, the demand for new high quality contents is increasing considering change in education paradigm focusing on creativity. As a result, high quality interactive experiential education content for developing self-directed future talents is required. As a result of this, the development of ARD-based ICT experiential education content system that enhances learning effect of students by integrating ARD-based (Augmented Reality Display) ICT and experiential education to promote existence and immersion is being tested. This paper aims to improve efficacy and achieve vitalization through case analysis of AR-based ICT experiential education content. As a result of case analysis, the composition of content for improving education content included 1) constant securing and strengthening of experiential education content, 2) necessity for development of participating education content by diverse age groups, 3) development of differentiated ICT experiential education content, and 4) securing professional manpower and development of content in connection with education process. Therefore, with the efficacy of ARD-based ICT experiential education content, this study can first, enhance bond between students, second, enable self-directed learning, third, increase practical understanding in contents that were difficult to control by textbook contents, and fourth, increase interest and immersion in learning. Therefore, the contents on new converging technology that can maximize the development of constant content and cooperation between ICT technology and pedagogy for educating creativity and autonomy of ICT experiential education content.
