본 연구에서는 초등학교 아동들의 효과적인 ICT 소양교육을 위한 방안으로 정보통신기술교육 지침서에서 제시한 학습 내용을 분석하여 체계적인 수준별 교육과정으로 재구성하는 데 중점을 두고, 창의적 재량시간을 통하여 학생 개개인의 수준을 고려하여 자기 주도적으로 학습할 수 있는 수준별 웹 코스웨어를 설계 및 구현하였다. 웹 코스웨어의 학습내용은 '컴퓨터 이해하기', '마우스와 자판', '인터넷 여행'으로 구성하였으며, 각 학습내용에 대한 진단평가 및 형성평가를 제공하여 평가 결과에 따라 초급, 중급, 고급의 수준별 학습을 할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 본 웹 코스웨어는 ICT 소양교육을 위한 학습자 중심의 수준별 학습 활동을 체계적으로 제공함으로써 ICT 소양 능력 향상을 위한 자기 주도적 기초 학습 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

ICT의 급속한 발달은 정보 사회에 대한 논의를 넘어서 지식 사회에 대한 논의를 촉발시키며, ICT를 활용한 지식 창출 능력의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 컴퓨터교육은 ICT에 대한 개념이나 방향 설정이 미비한 채로 그 활용만을 위주로 전개되고 있는 형편이다. 현행 컴퓨터교육은 ICT의 기계적인 활용이 강조될 개연성이 높기 때문에 지식 사회에서 요구되는 창조적 인간상 육성에 부합하기 힘든 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제의식에 따라 컴퓨터교육의 바람직한 방향을 제공하고자, 우리나라 컴퓨터교육의 현황과 논쟁을 살펴보고, 지식정보사회에서의 컴퓨터교육의 개념과 지평, 교과로서 컴퓨터교육의 필요성과 방향에 대해 고찰하였다.

교육인적자원부의 ${\ulcorner}$초${\cdot}$중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침${\lrcorner}$에 따르면 각 교과 수업 시간에 ICT 활용 교육이 $10\%$이상 반영되도록 적극 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 각급 학교에서는 전통적인 학습 지도안과 ICT 활용 교수-학습 과정안의 두 가지 형태를 병행하여 사용하고 있으나 작성 도구와 형식이 다양하여 교사들 상호간의 문서 공유와 재사용성이 떨어지며 웹 상에서 정확한 검색이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 한국교육학술정보원에서 제시하고 있는 ICT 활용 교수-학습 과정안의 모형을 토대로 공통 DTD를 설계하고 데이터베이스와 연동하여 표준화된 XML 문서를 생성함으로써 교사들 상호간의 공유 및 재사용성을 높이고 정확한 검색이 이루어지도록 하였다. 또한 유선 인터넷 서비스와 동시에 무선 인터넷 환경에서도 WML을 이용하여 모바일 서비스가 가능하도록 구현되어 있어 보다 향상된 교수-학습 환경을 제공할 수 있다.

산업현장에서 이용되는 임베디드 시스템의 메모리와 디스크는 일반 PC에 비해 제한되어 있다. 임베디드 시스템에서도 처리하는 작업에 따라 성능과 안정성을 요구하는 DB를 필요로 한다. 전자지불 분야 임베디드 환경은 적은 메모리 용량과 저속인 I/O성능의 HDD를 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 전자지불 분야 임베디드 환경에서 필요한 전자카드 리스트 관리용 DB 엔진을 설계하고 구현하였다.

The study is based on the technology-organization-environment (TOE) model which, attempted to determine the factors that are going to influence ICT adoption. The proposed research model evaluates the interplay among technological context (IT infrastructure, system security, and user capacity), organizational context (top management commitment, and innovations strategies), environmental context (quick response to the external agencies, interactive network infrastructure, and competitive pressure) and ICT adoption (productivity growth, organizational change, and competitiveness). Data were collected from 243 senior executives of full member firms of the Bangladesh Garments and Manufacturers Association (BGMEA) of examining the relationships among the constructs in the proposed framework utilizing structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis of TOE factors revealed that environmental, organizational, and technological factors have a significant impact on the successful implementation of ICT tools. The study also discusses implications for management practitioners.

최근 해양안전에 대한 높은 관심과 ICT 기술의 비약적인 발전에 힘입어 선박에 다양한 디지털 장비들을 도입하는 전자항법체계인 e-Navigation이 크게 주목받고 있다. e-Navigation은 해양안전뿐만 아니라, 해양정보 서비스에서 새로운 ICT 패러다임을 제시하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-Navigation과 관련하여 IHO에서 제시하는 새로운 범용 수로데이터모델 S-100을 기반으로 표준화된 전자해도 및 해상정보의 융합 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 Shore 기반의 해상정보 서비스 플랫폼을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 Shore 기반 해상정보 서비스 플랫폼은 기본적으로 전자해도와 날씨, 조류, AIS 정보 등의 센서정보, 그리고 육상지도 정보와의 융합 처리 및 웹 기반 서비스가 가능하다. 또한, 이러한 플랫폼의 웹 서비스는 스마트 폰 또는 웹 패드의 모바일 단말기에서 간단한 WebApp 또는 App을 이용하여 전자해도 및 다양한 해상정보 서비스의 활용을 가능하게 할 수 있다. 끝으로, 제안된 플랫폼은 기존의 S-57 전자해도와 더불어 S-101 표준을 지원할 수 있으며, 웹 서비스 과정에서의 표준과 관련해서는 ISO 19100 시리즈 및 OGC의 공간정보 웹 서비스 표준을 지원한다.

The article theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model of the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, defines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence: interdisciplinary integration as a basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence; the use of IEE, including information, didactic, technological components as a basis for the formation of ICT competence; integration of formal, non-formal and informal education for the implementation the integrity of the acquired knowledge, skills, experience as the basis for the formation of the ICT competence of teachers; creation and use of a set of tasks (educational (UZ), educational and methodological (UMP), educational and professional (UPZ)) as special tools for the formation of ICT competence.

본 연구에서는 ICT(Information ＆ Communication Technology)활용 교수ㆍ학습 지도안을 Web상에서 작성 및 활용이 가능하도록 Web기반 전자지도안 시스템을 개발하여 첫째, 본 시스템만의 ICT 활용 교수ㆍ학습 과정안 형태를 구안하였으며 둘째, 한국형 교육과정과 ICT활용 교수ㆍ학습 과정안의 형태에 맞는 전자 지도안 시스템의 데이터베이스를 설계 및 구축하였으며, 셋째, 손쉽게 전자 지도안을 작성하고 지도안과 ICT 자료들이 효과적으로 연동하도록 시스템을 구현하였다. 마지막으로 구축한 전자 지도안 시스템을 실제 초등학교 현장에 적용하여 지도안 시스템의 효과와 개선점을 분석하였다. 본 전자 지도안 시스템은 수업 현장에서 가장 필요로 하는 ICT자료를 DB화하여 체계적인 지도안을 관리할 수 있다. 또한 지도안과 자료실을 유기적으로 연동시켜 정적인 DB가 동적인 컨텐츠 저장소로 활용할 수 있다. 이 시스템 구축으로 교수학습 지도안의 공유, 활용, 저장성의 극대화를 이룩하였으며 교육 현장에 일반화되어 학교 정보화에 이바지할 것이다.

The Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) is the first satellite navigation enhancement system in Korea developed in compliance with international standards. Technologies accumulated during the development process should be spread to industries such as academia and serve as the basis for developing the domestic satellite navigation field. This paper introduces the development process from design to implementation, testing, and verification of KASS control systems (KCS). First, development standards, milestones, requirements, and interface standards are presented as KCS development methods, and major functional design, physical design, and hardware/software implementation are described based on the allocated requirements. Subsequently, the verification environment, procedures, and results of the development product are covered and the developed operational and maintenance procedures are described. In addition, based on the experience gained through the development, suggestions were made for beneficial technology development and organization when promoting satellite navigation projects in the future. Since this work has important historical value for the development of domestic satellite navigation, it is expected that the development results will be shared with academia and industry in the future and be used as basic data for similar development.

Purpose With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution era, ICT convergence industry is leading the wave of new change. These changes in the industrial field are recognizing convergence as a strategic cooperation tool of management for creating new value. In order to achieve the research purpose, conceptual understanding of ICT convergence is summarized by focusing on concepts, features, types and cases. In addition, this study established the theoretical rationale for the determinants of ICT convergence performance, and examined previous researches related to ICT convergence. Design/methodology/approach The empirical research method is based on a survey of 510 companies including managers and mid-level practitioners who understand the contents of the relevant field, 305 data were used for analysis. We conducted exploratory factor analysis to verify the grouping of these questionnaire items and conducted confirmatory factor analysis to analyze the validity and reliability of the measurement model. Through the statistical analysis, we analyzed the structural relationship of ICT firms' competencies for convergence performance. Findings Linkage of ICT strategies established by corporations is an important factor for enhancing resource capacity and convergence ability. It is important to ensure that product innovation, consumer-oriented strategies, and ICT strategies for the implementation of business strategies are closely linked. In addition, in the convergence environment, companies should make efforts to develop convergence ability and improve organizational performance through utilization of ICT resources. From the CEO's perspective, it is necessary to understand the knowledge, technology and resources arising from the convergence environment, and to integrate with the resources possessed by the enterprise to induce the organization's performance.
