  • 21 세기 정보화 사회에 따른 급격한 변화에 적응하기 위해 교육계에서는 학교의 학사 및 교무 업무를 전산화하는 등 여러 가지 사업을 추진하고 있으며, 제 7차 교육과정에서는 국민공통기본교과수업에 ICT(Information & Communication Technology)를 10%이상 활용하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 교육현장에서는 하드웨어 장비의 노후, 행정적인 지원 부족, 정보화 담당자의 과중한 업무, 교사들의 ICT 활용에 대한 인식 부족 등으로 인한 정보화의 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 Unix 학습을 위한 WBI를 구현하여 ICT 저작도구를 활용한 학습프로그램을 소개함으로써 교사들의 ICT에 대한 인식의 폭을 넓히며, Unix 교육을 통해 학생들을 재교육시키는데 목적이 있다. 이에 ICT를 활용하여 Unix 명령어에 대한 이론과 실습을 겸비한 WBI를 제작하였으며, 기존의 텍스트 위주의 학습방법과 ICT 저작도구를 이용하여 음성, 판서 등의 부가기능을 제공하는 동영상 학습프로그램을 제시하였다.

Analysis on Students Background Factors Influencing to ICT literacy Level of Elementary and Middle School Students (ICT 리터러시 수준에 영향을 미치는 초·중학생의 배경 요인 분석)

  • This study analyzed the impact of ICT usage on elementary and secondary school students on the result of ICT literacy levels for finding out why most of students were 'normal' or 'basic'. As a result, we found out that the learning action, information searching and leisure action of student using ICT had correlation with ICT literacy level. The higher the rate using ICT for learning, information searching and leisure, the higher the ICT literacy level of student. But the higher the rate using ICT for communication, the lower the ICT literacy level of student. Accordingly, we proposed the policy not to increase simply ICT using of student, but to teach how to use ICT for learning and information searching.

  • 정보통신기술(ICT : Information and Communication Technology)은 멀티미디어 정보를 교실에 실시간으로 제공함으로써 교실 수업에 매우 다양한 방식으로 응용이 가능하게 되었다. 특히, 국가 주도하고 있는 ICT활용 교육은 교사 중심의 전통적 수업보다 학습자 중심의 수업을 가능하게 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이에 따라 교사들은 ICT활용 능력을 갖추고 이를 수업에 적용할 수 있는 지적, 경험적 노력을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 현장에서 연수를 통하여 이루어지고 있는 ICT활용 교수-학습 과정안 개발을 예비 교원까지 확대하여 이들의 능력을 계발하고 전문성을 제고하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 교원양성기판의 교육과정에 ICT 활용교육방법의 도입 및 활용을 촉진하고, 교수-학습 방법의 개선 및 교육의 질을 제고하는데 목적이 있다.

Efficient-Use Strategy of ICT based on Integrated Thinking Model (통합사고모형에 기반한 효율적 ICT 활용 전략)

  • Recently, the biggest interest in education, education using ICT(Information and Communication Technology) is being emphasized excessively and only the practical side is being embossed on the research about it, so it is causing worry that it is inclined to technical use. In this study, we tried to prepare the strategy for efficient use of ICT in search of theoretical level on use of ICT as an alternative plan for these problems. First, we defined the concept of efficient use of ICT and fixed high thinking of human as basic authority cited for deduction of strategy and analyzed Integrated Thinking Model of Iowa State Dept. of Education. We categorized synthetic thinking for efficient use of ICT through these works. In addition, we classified ICT for efficient use into software area, hardware area, and use skill area, and observed each concepts and interrelationship. And we argued 'Decision Authority of Relation between Thinking Area and ICT Area' to examine relation between synthetic thinking category and each area of ICT, and we established concretization of that, 'Analysis Matrix for Deduction of ICE-EUS'. We tried to guarantee the propriety of deduction process and the clearness of deduction result through this works. Through this process we finally deduct the ICT-EUS(Efficient-Use Strategy of ICT) about learning resources, learning tools, tutee, searching, communication, production and presentation of ICT area. ICT-EUS is expected to provide possibility of being able to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of achievement of learning goals through cognitive analysis about learning resources, tools and use skills beyond simple use of ICT.

  • 현재 초등 학교의 ICT 활용 교육을 위한 교육 환경과 교수 학습 자료는 일반 학급을 대상으로 한 것이 대부분을 차지하고 있기 때문에 초등 특수 학급 교사들이 ICT를 활용해서 장애 아동들을 가르치는데 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그러나 초등 특수학급을 담당하는 교사와 장애 아동을 위한 ICT 활용 교육 환경과 교수 학습 자료에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초등 특수학급 담당 교사와 학생들에게 적절한 ICT 교육 환경과 교수 학습 자료의 개발을 위해 초등 특수학급 교사들의 ICT 교수 학습 자료 활용 실태를 분석 한다.

  • The present instruction using ICT has a problem that it inclines toward instructing the simple technique of information or communication technology. In this paper, to cope with this problem, we propose a new Teaching-Learning model using ICT. The previous teaching-learning models using ICT are investigated and analyzed. Then, the criteria for evaluating the ability to put information literacy into practice are evenly reflected in the proposed model, is evenly reflected. The result of experiment reveals that the proposed model enhances the ability to put information literacy into practice on 5 items of 6 qualitative evaluation criteria.

  • 본 연구는 인지적 학습효과가 높아지고 자아 존중감과 협동심을 키울 수 있는 JigsawIII모형을 ICT 소양교육에 적용하는 방안에 대한 연구이다. JigsawIII를 토대로 ICT 소양교육의 이론과 기능분야를 학습하도록 학습환경과 학습절차를 구성하고 실제 현장에 적용하여 실험집단에 JigsawIII 모형을 실시하고, 통제집단에 전통학습방법을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 이론 학습에서는 실험집단과 통제집단의 학습효과가 비슷하였으나, 기능학습에서는 JigsawIII를 적용한 실험집단이 평균점수의 검증결과가 더 높게 나타났으며, 통계적으로도 p<.05 수준에서 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. ICT 소양교육이 실생활에서 응용할 수 있는 ICT 지식을 익히고 능동적으로 활용하도록 하는 것에 그 목적이 있으므로 JigsawIII모형 ICT 교육에 활용한다면 긍정적인 교육적 효과를 이루어낼 수 있을 것이다.

  • This study examined the current state of ICT utilization in physical education and presented the available physical education ICT contents configuration model. Using ICT in physical education is expected to be an alternative of overcome the bad physical education facilities and environment, also highly utilized as a valuable material that can provide specific feedback in learning motor skill. The types of ICT use in physical education classes are being utilized divided by web-use learning and application program-use learning. In composing physical education ICT contents, the server presents a problem to be solved by each student and encourage cooperative learning. If one team determines the solving idea about learning problem through team discussion, they solve the problem by repeating the process of giving teacher and other team's feedback on determining opinion. On the other hand, the class begins after learning the principle of specific movement utilizing the VTR or computer S/W in the practical training lesson of physical education. If the good hardware and software environment combine with the transformation of the recognition on physical education which has been away from the ICT, it will be able expected a broad using of ICT in physical education.

Development and Effects of Instruction Module Using ICT on Earth Field at Elementary School Science (초등학교 과학과 '지구'분야의 ICT 활용 수업모듈 개발 및 효과)

  • This study investigated the effects and development of instruction module using ICT on earth field at elementary school science. The effects by 5th graders appeared as follows; First. ICT-applied teaching method proved to enhance the science teaming achievement regardless of their grades compared to the ordinary one. Second, Instruction module using ICT devoted to improve 'self-directed learning characteristics' at all grades by comparition of the ordinary teaching method. The 5th graders showed the improvements in the fields of' openness', 'self-conception', 'initiative', 'future inclination', 'creativity', 'self-assessment ability' all of which belong to self-directed teaming characteristics. They did not, however, show meaningful effect on improving 'learning eagerness' and 'responsibility' improvement. Thirdly, ICT-applied teaching method proved that it is more effective for developing 'creativity' than the ordinary one at all sample grades. The effectiveness was presented highly at 'fluency', 'originality' all of which belong to creativity. They did not, however, show meaningful effect on improving 'flexibility'.
