개방형 혁신에 대한 관심이 고조되고 인터넷을 통한 공동작업이 활발해짐에 따라, 가상의 작업공간을 지원하는 시스템의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 특히, R&D 분야에서는 연구원이 보유한 전문기술들을 묶어서 집단지성으로 이끌어 내어 창의와 협업을 지원하는 R&D 협업시스템의 개발이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이식성이 높고 다양한 R&D 협업 환경에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 확장성과 안정성을 구현한 R&D 협업시스템을 소개한다. 향후에도 R&D 및 ICT 환경변화에 따른 지속적인 보완 개발을 통하여 R&D분야에 적용할 경우 미래 전 산업 연구 개발 분야에 큰 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The implementation of a common control channel is one of the most challenging issues in cognitive radio networks, since a fully reliable control channel cannot be created without reserving bandwidth specifically for this purpose. In this paper, we investigate a promising solution that exploits the ultra wide band (UWB) technology to let cognitive radio nodes discover each other and exchange control information for establishing a communication link. The contribution of this paper is threefold: (i) We define the communication protocol needed to let cognitive radio nodes discover each other and exchange control information for link set up, (ii) we overcome the gap in coverage, which typically exists between UWB and long-medium range technologies, by using multi-hop communication, (iii) we evaluate the performance of our approach by adopting an accurate channel model and show its benefits with respect to an in-band signaling solution.

Standards impact the economy in various ways. Moreover, intense competition exists between a variety of standards in this era of globalization. This paper quantifies the economic effect of multiple standards in the Information Communications and Technology (ICT) sector. Thus, it identifies and specifies which standard applies when economic gains exist. A model is developed which quantifies the magnitude of the economic effect of multiple standards as compared with a single standard or no standard. The model allows for both the micro- and macroeconomic gains from standardization to be quantified. Preliminary estimates indicate that at the macro level the multiple standards multiplier is approximately three. That is for every dollar invested, the gain is on the order of three dollars. Although not as robust. preliminary results indicated a similar economic gain at the micro level Overall, multiple standards dominate a single standard. This paper applies the model to IMT-2000, an example of multiple standards, to demonstrate this approach to quantify the standards economic effect.

본 연구는 한국증권선물거래소 유가증원시장에 상장된 정보통신제조업체를 대상으로 기술혁신 결정요인을 분석하였다. 연구모형은 Romer(1990)에서 시작되는 내생적 경제성장 모험의 지식생산함수를 이용하였으며, 기술혁신의 측정은 특허청의 기업별 특허출원수를 활용하였다. 분석결과 연구개발집약도, 기술수준, 수출비중, 자본집약도는 기술혁신에 양(+)의, 반면 관계사 매입.매출비중은 기술혁신에 음(-)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 관계사 매출비중보다 매일비중이 자사의 기술혁신에 보다 나쁜 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 이는 경영자에게 자사의 기술혁신을 위해 무엇보다 관계사 매입비중을 감소시킬 것을 보여준다.

ICT를 기반으로 한 기술융합의 속도와 범위가 확대되는 4차 산업혁명에 따라, 기업 및 산업의 혁신환경변화에 대한 능동적 대응방안 수립 필요성이 중요하게 인식되고 있으며 학부생들의 직업역량 강화를 위한 다양한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 직업역량 강화를 위한 다양한 교과와 비교과과정 프로그램의 효율적인 관리를 위한 전산시스템의 중요성이 강조되고 있으나 기존의 경력개발 시스템은 학교행정중심으로 개발되어 그 본연의 기능을 충실히 수행할 수 없었다. 이에 운영자들의 의견을 반영하여 학생-교원-직원-기업 등 주체에 차별적 Benefit을 제공하며, 경력개발에 실질적 도움을 줄 수 경력개발서비스 시스템을 구현하기 위한 요구분석과 시스템 설계를 진행 하였다.

In a rapidly changing business environment, the improvement of managerial techniques through IT utilization brings about remarkable increases in profitability and redesign of work process for better performances. IT innovation by electronic instruments such as ICT e-business provides accelerates forming inter-organizational information network and helps them benchmark the best practices of advanced organizations. A new shift of paradigm by e-business across all enterprises has turned the traditional aspects of inter-organizational competition and relationship into a form of collaboration. Collaboration enables business activities in parallel position among companies and facilitates cooperation between partner enterprises. Lately, the concept of 'Synchronization' is emerging beyond dimension of cooperation between networks, and the most concepts related to it are converging into 'Collaboration Networks'. This research observes a virtual organization as a form of collaborative networks, and measures the degree of virtualization of Korean collaborative organizations.

This research is for an innovative health information service cases based on Information Communication Technology (ICT), conducted at a general hospital in Korea. This study introduces a personal use self-diagnosis & self management device for pulmonary chronic disease patients, a mobile communication application service for doctor rounds, a surgical education system providing natural-user-interface with virtual reality for surgeons, and an Internet of things(IOT) technology using personal electrocardiogram (ECG) measurement device cases. Due to every case is on developing, there are still many issues needed to be improved. For this reason, various opinions with constructive critiques from the readers of this paper will be welcomed for better practical implementation.

In this paper, based on the real estate registration model in the Chinese internet environment, we propose a model for the joint business of banking collateral registration. This is to increase the efficiency and service level of the real estate mortgage registration process. And it can solve the problems that in the process of registering a mortgage loan, difficulty of data sharing between the real estate registration agency and the bank, and ordinary users and bank clerks duplicate unnecessary work. In addition, it realizes joint processing and data sharing of real estate registration work with real estate registration agencies and banks, increases the efficiency and level of government affairs services, and offers an optimized solution to realize a one-stop service for real estate security registration. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical support for the application and innovation of the Internet environment real estate registration model.

The online education platform market is developing rapidly after the coronavirus infection-19 pandemic. As school classes at various levels are converted to non-face-to-face classes, interest in non-face-to-face online education is increasing more than ever. However, the majority of online platforms currently used are limited to the fragmentary functions of simply delivering images, voice and messages, and there are limitations to online hands-on training. Indeed, digital transformation is a traditional business method for increasing coding education and a corporate approach to service operation innovation strategy computing thinking power and platform model. There are many ways to evaluate a computer programmer's ability. Generally, piecemeal evaluation methods are used to evaluate results in time through coding tests. In this study, the purpose of this study is to propose a comprehensive evaluation of not only the results of writing, but also the execution process of the results, etc., and to evaluate the programmer's propensity habits based on the programmer's coding experience to evaluate the programmer's ability and productivity.
