차량용 통신 시스템은 다양한 센서 정보, 제어 정보를 주고받게 되며 자율주행 등 차량 시스템이 고도화됨에 따라 보안성이 중요해지고 있다. 이에 따라 기존 MCU 구조에서 고성능의 ARM 아키텍처를 사용하는 것이 일반화됨에 따라 본 논문에서는 ARM 기반의 시스템에서 다양한 암호화 알고리즘의 속도와 메모리, CPU 리소스 사용량을 비교 분석한다.

Korean service industry has been rapidly growing so far and economic trends in korea is shifting to service economy. However Information Communication Technology (ICT) investment and use in service sector are still relatively low in comparison with US. Keeping the current state of the service industry in mind, this paper is to review the potential productivity growth of service industry empirically by analyzing the effect of ICT on total factor productivity after investing the ICT using outlook of Korean service industry. The results show that service sectors, with more using ICT, show high productivity growth and stable TFP change during the financial period. Sectors with lower using ICT are more sensitive to changes in the business environment when compare to sectors with highly using ICT. Concerning the period of 1997-1999, the TFP growth of most of sectors slowed down and turned to recovery immediately afterwards, 2000-2002.

Smart railway system, which has been actively studied in recent years, is entering the intelligent stage beyond the automation stage based on ICT (Information & Communication Technology) such as communication technology and information technology. ICT technology used in smart railways is generally supported by various information protection technologies as it is vulnerable to information infringement. As a means of high-speed/mass transportation, it is essential to devise an information protection plan for ICT technology that forms the basis for smartening the railway system. Therefore, this paper presents the necessity of step-by-step information protection that measures for smart railway communication by examining potential risk factors of smart railway communication base and considering information protection factors that can respond to them.

This study examined the life-log related ICT in terms of both positive effects and adverse effects. As results, from the perspective of positive effects, experience of using life-log related ICT affects the usefulness of ICT, whereas usefulness of ICT affects satisfaction of ICT. From the perspective of adverse effects, experience of using life-log related ICT affects concern over privacy, whereas concern over privacy affects the awareness of the right to be forgotten. And, Internet privacy efficacy moderates the impact of experience of using life-log related ICT and the impact of concern over privacy.

정보통신 방송기술(ICT)은 경제성장을 주도하고 타산업과의 융합을 통해 새로운 일자리를 창출하는 창조경제 실현의 핵심 수단으로 주목받고 있다. 이에 미래부는 미래 환경변화에 대비한 ICT 분야의 혁신적 전략적 기술개발 추진 및 R&D 성과확산을 강화하고, ICT 기반의 신시장과 신산업 창출을 가속화하기 위한 2015년도 과학기술 ICT 분야 연구개발사업 종합시행 계획을 최근 확정하여 발표하였다. 본고에서는 기술개발, 표준화, 인재양성, 기반조성 등 2015년도 ICT 분야 연구개발 사업의 추진방향 및 세부 추진과제에 대해서 소개한다.

This paper examines empirically whether information and communication technology(ICT) has improved total factor productivity at industry level in Korea, considering time lag between ICT capital accumulation and improvement of productivity. To evaluate if ICT is pervasive enough to raise productivity, ICT capital stock of Korea is compared with those of advanced economies. From the perspective of aggregate economy, the ICT capital in Korea has increased fast since the mid-1990s and became comparable with advanced economies. However it is mostly attributed to rapid growth of ICT-producing industries. In other industries, ICT capital are still less accumulated than advanced economies. Growth accounting results exhibit that the productivity has risen faster since 2000 in industries using ICT intensively, but looking into specific industries, it is not likely for ICT to be the main factor of productivity improvement except in business service industry. Regression results provide some evidence that ICT is useful in raising productivity only after considerable amount of time allowed. To fully exploit the positive effect of ICT on productivity, it may be necessary for the Korean economy to create institutional environment facilitating complementary innovations as well as ICT captial accumulation.

본 연구에서는 2005년 12월에 개정된 초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침에 따라 변화된 교육과정에 적합한 초등학교 ICT 용어를 선정하였다. 정보통신기술의 급격하게 발달하면서 새로운 용어가 계속 생성되고, 사양화되는 용어가 생겼으며, 교육인적자원부가 이러한 사회적 요구에 따라 초 중등학교 정보통신기술 교육 운영지침을 개정하였기 때문에 초등학교 ICT 용어도 그에 적합하게 재정비할 필요가 있다. 먼저 개정된 운영지침과 초등학교 전자교과서를 분석하여 예비 용어를 약 327개를 수집하였다. 그리고 새 운영지침과 정보통신기술용어 사전을 참고로 하여 초등학교 ICT 용어 선정의 원칙과 표기 원칙을 정하여 239개의 초등 ICT 용어를 선정하였다. 마지막으로 선정된 초등 ICT 용어를 새 운영지침에 맞게 단계별로 1, 2, 3 단계로 분류하고, 영역별로 정보 생활 용어, 정보 기기 용어, 정보 처리 용어, 정보 가공 용어로 나누어 분류하였다.

The utilization of Information and Communication Technology(ICT) has become increasingly important in educational endeavors. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status of the utilization of ICT in elementary schools and to investigate problems and tasks to be solved for the effective use of ICT. Concerning the first purpose, a survey was conducted in February 2000, and the results are reported in this paper. For the second purpose, hindering factors are analyzed in relation to hardware, software, teacher training, curriculum, and administrative and financial support. Undoubtedly, ICT has been playing an important role in education. The effectiveness of this role largely depends upon how ICT is utilized in educational setting. Thus educators should carefully consider all aspects of the implementation of ICT, and devote efforts to solve problems occurring in the process of the implementation.

In this study, a comparison has been made among the countries regarding recent ICT practices being performed based on the measures of relative efficiency and productivity growth that use multiple inputs and outputs. Efficiency measures a country's ICT performance relative to a benchmark at a given point of time and productivity measures a country's performance over a period of time. An output-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist Index has been used for comparison among 28 countries over the period 2008-2011 by incorporating 9 variables. The empirical findings disclose gross inefficiencies in national ICT practices, which show that there is room for enhancing output gains through increased efficiency in their operations. In addition, 13 countries have performed better than others in total factor productivity mainly because of their improvement in the underlying technological progress in ICT. For those technically inefficient countries, however, technical inefficiency may hamper the growth of total factor productivity of ICT practices.

Currently, ICT(Information and Communication Technology) education in elementary school is processed as a discretion class work. Such ICT education needs the research to change to a literacy education. This study is the teachers' recognition about the subject exclusive responsibility of ICT education in elementary school. As a result of a questionnaire, we analyzed that most of the teachers want to change the ICT education as a subject exclusive responsibility. Through these analysis results, this study provided basic data for effective operating of ICT education as the computer education.
