Apolipoprotein A-I (Apo A-I) is a major component for high density lipoproteins (HDL). A number of mimetic peptides of Apo A-I were screened from the phase-displayed random peptide library by utilizing monoclonal antibodies (A12). Mimetic peptide for A12 epitope against Apo A-I was selected as CPFARLPVEHHDVVGL (pA1). From the BLAST search, the mimetic peptide pA1 had 40% homology with Apo A-I. As a result of the structural determination of this mimotope using homo/hetero nuclear 2D-NMR techniques and NMR-based distance geometry (DG)/molecular dynamic (MD) computations, DG structure had low penalty value of 0.3-0.7 ${\AA}^2$ and the total RMSD was 0.6-1.6 ${\AA}$. The mimotope pA1 exhibited characteristic conformation including a ${\beta}$-turn from Pro[7] to His[11].

This study was conducted to examine the effects of local food value perception on purchasing and experience in consumers. ${\chi}^2$-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis were conducted. The findings are summarized as follows: The most common place for buying agricultural products was 'hypermarkets' (41.7%), and the most important factor for purchasing local food was 'local government's certification products' (23.7%). The most important value recognition item for local food was 'I think that local food is a high-quality agricultural products'. (3.74 points), followed by 'I think that local food have a value of respect for customers' (3.61 points) and 'I have a faith for the local food'. (3.61 points) in that order. The main tourism experience activity was 'food experience' (49.0%), and information source of local food experience tourism was 'mass media (TV, newspapers, etc.)' (37.3%). As age increased, experience of local food also increased. The most effectual value recognition item for purchasing local food was 'I think that local food have a value of respect for customers'. The most effectual value recognition item for increasing intake experience of local food was 'I think that the local food is high-quality agricultural products'.

A relation between the temporal variation of rainfall and direct runoff was characterized using temporal indexes of rainfall(1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th moment). Curve Number has a relation with 1st and 2nd moment for AMCIII condition when the rainfall duration is relative (10th quantile). Also peak runoff ratio(QP/Q) has a relation with 1st and End moment for AMCIII condition as well as 3rd and 4th moment for AMC I condition. Considering all durations of rainfall, alternatively, Curve Number has a relation with 1st and 2nd moment for AMCIIIcondition besides every moments for AMC I condition. But peak runoff ratio(QP/Q) has few relations excepting 3rd and 4th moment for AMC I condition. As a results, temporal indexes of rainfall are useful to determine curve numbers regarding the temporal variation of rainfall.

The five spedes of genus Iksookimia from Korea were investigated by electron microscopes to clarify the adhesive membranes on zona radiata. In the late vitellogenic stage the adhesive membranes could be classified into three form as follows: 1) villous form of Iksookimia koreensis, I pumila, and I. hugowolfeldi, 2) cotton-shaped form of I. longicorpus, and 3) vine-shaped form of I. choii. And although I. koreensis, I pumila, and I. hugowolfeldi possessed the same villous form, It was evident that fine structure of the zona radiata varied according to spedes. The adhesive membranes and fine structures of zona radiata in Iksookimla showed a species specificity related to closely their habitats and spawning properties.

Mouse mammary epithelial cells(NMuMG) were plated onto 24 well phates(100,000 cells/well), in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum. After serum starvation for 24 hours, EGF)0~100ng/ml) was added simultaneously with IGF-I(10ng/ml), 1$\mu$M photoreactive cAMP(4,5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl adenosine-3',5' cyclic monophosphate, DMNB) or IGF-I plus DMNB. After 2 hours, the cells were expposed to UV light(300nm, 3 second pulse0 in order to activate DMNB which induces a rapid transient increase in intracellular cAMP upon UV irradiation. DNA synthesis was estimated as incorporation of 3H-thymidine into DNA(1 hour pulse with 1$\mu$Ci/ml, 18~19 hours after UV exposure). Without IGF-I or DMNB, EGF(10 or 100ng/ml) increased DNA synthesis from 8,362 dpm/well in control to 16,345 or 18,684 dpm/well with EGF(pooled SE=1,239 dpm/well, P<0.05). IGF-I or IGF-I plus DMNB alone increased DNA synthesis from 8,362 dpm/well in control to 17,307 or 20,427 dpm/well, respectively(P<0.05). Addition of IGF-I, DMNB or IGF-I plus DMNB into 0~100ng/ml EGF did not significantly change the shape of dose response curve of EGF alone. In other experiment, EGF or IGF-I plus DMNB into 10ng/ml EGF group exhibited interaction effect in DNAsynthesis [EGF(10ng/ml)=18,497; IGF-I＋EGF=22,837; DMNB＋EGF=20,658 ; IGF-I＋DMNB＋EGF=29,658, pooled SE=1,055, P<0.05]. These results indicate that simultaneous activation of EGF, IGF-I and intracellular cAMP interact in DNA synthesis of mouse mammary epithelial cells.

The 3D animation these days is confronted with a situation that should develop new contents fit for those circumstances of media in which new platforms such as smart phones, tablet PCs, and smart TVs, etc. are in a rapid change and establish media strategies. Attempts are made of developing methods to diversify content type coping with new smart media characteristics including smart phones, tablet PCs, and smart TVs, etc., with materials of the same story and character, and developing animation video contents based on new media technology. This study made avatas utilizing iClone, avata 3D production technology and investigated 3D animation production methods through costume editing and motion editing.

A parallel flats fraction for the $3^n$ factorial experiment is defined as the union of flats, ${t$\mid$At=C_i(mod 3)}, i=1,2,\cdot,f$, in EG(n,3) and is symbolically written as At=C where A is of rank r. The A matrix partitions the effects into u+1 alias sets where $u=(3^{n-r}-1)/2$. For each alias set the f flats produce an alias component permutation matrix (ACPM) with elements from $S_3$. In this paper, a detection vector of the ACPM was constructed for each combination of k or fewer two-factor interactions. Also the relationship between the detection vectors has been shown.

In this paper, we study how objects from front and back cameras can be recognized in real time in a mobile environment to segment regions of object pixels and synthesize them through image processing. To this work, we applied DeepLabV3 machine learning model to dual cameras provided by Apple's iOS. We also propose methods using Core Image and Core Graphics libraries from Apple for image synthesis and postprocessing. Furthermore, we improved CPU usage than previous works and compared the throughput rates and results of Depth and DeepLabV3. Finally, We also developed a camera application using these two methods.

The information exchange on the using of XML such as B2B electronic is common. So the efficient method to store XML message in database is needed. Because the ORDBMS is extended to ORDBMS for supporting multimedia application such as Oracle8i, 9i, Informix and SQL2000 server, SQL2, the standard RDB is extended to SQL3 for ORDB, And the XML application based on java such as J2EE is extended. Therefor it is necessary for the efficient connection methods based on JDBC between XML application and database system. In this paper, the methodology a transformation XML DTD to SQL3 schema is proposed. For the transformation, first the methods of transformation XML DTD to object model in UML class diagram are proposed. And then the methods of mapping transferred object models to SQL3 schema are proposed. This approach for transform::1lion XML. DTD to SQL3 schema such as Oracle8i, 9i, Informix and SQL2000 server based on java is proposed in this paper, can be used in database design to build XML applications based on ORDB.

Several bisphosphine- and bisphosphite-substituted Re-imido complexes have been prepared from Re(NPh)(PPh3)2Cl3, 1, and Re(N-C6H3-i-Pr2)2Cl3(py), 4. Compound 1 reacted with trimethyl phosphate (P(OMe)3) to give a mixture of two isomers,mer,trans-Re(NPh)(P(OMe)3)2Cl3, 2, and fac,cis-Re(NPh)(P(OMe)3)2Cl3, 2a. In this reaction, the mer,trans-isomer is a major product. Complex 1 also reacted with triethylphosphine (PEt3) to exclusively give mertrans-Re(NPh)(PEt3)2Cl3, 3. Compound 4 reacted with trimethylphosphine (PMe3) to give mer,trans-Re(N-C6H3-i-Pr2)(PMe3)2Cl3, 5, which was converted to mer-Re(N-C6H3-i-Pr2)(PMe)(OPMe3)Cl3, 6, on exposure to air.
