Our gorvernment announced an educational reformation bill to establish the institutional foundation of educational system on May 31, in 1995. To secure the open education which is to foster students' creativity, individualization and personalization, it was requested that the past teacher-centered system should be changed to learner-centered system. To gurantee such a change, however, there are many conditions that has to be satisfied first. I think that the most important thing for the new system is a close interaction between teachers and students. To accomplish a successful interaction, the teachers' understanding and attitude toward their students must change at first. The purpose of this study is to examine what kind of understanding and attitude the teachers need, and what kind of roles teachers must take charge of. At the same time, I suggest that we need to establish a Teacher Center to give teachers a seperate place to learn new theories, and to exchange among themselves the informations they got from the actual field experience.

This paper deals with finite element analyses of residual stresses causing popping up which are induced in micromachining processes of a microaccelerometer sensors. The paddle of the micro accelerometer sensor is designed symmetric with respect to the direction of the beam. After heating the tunnel gap up to 100 degree and get it through the cooling process and the additional beam up to 80 degree and get it through the cooling process. We learn the thermal internal stresses of each shape and compare the results with each other, after heating the tunnel gap up to 400 degree during the Pt deposition process. Finally we find the optimal shape which is able to minimize the internal stresses of microaccelerometer sensor. We want to seek after the real cause of this pop up phenomenon and diminish this by change manufacturing processes of microaccelerometer sensor by electrostatic force.

2010 trend of Web services is Social Network Service. What does Social Network Service are like this? What could really be used? I also take advantage of future can I do? To elicit answers to the question of Social Network Service and the overall status of the root is used in the case Learn about the current utilization plan after the proposed research. The use of practices being applied to Social Network Service, the three theories were derived positive and negative aspects. Research based on more than the utilization of Social Network Service to build a social safety net to take advantage and use of learning aids were divided into suggestions. Utilized for building a social safety net, and when the reported channel to channel, the use of learning aids to learning that one day, one-on learning by applying the proposed total of four kinds of utilization.

This paper discusses the composition of the theory of reinforcement learning, which is applied in real-time learning, and evolutionary strategy, which proves its the superiority in the finding of the optimal solution at the off-line learning method. The individuals are reduced in order to learn the evolutionary strategy in real-time, and new method that guarantee the convergence of evolutionary mutations are proposed. It possible to control the control object varied as time changes. As the state value of the control object is generated, applied evolutionary strategy each sampling time because the learning process of an estimation, selection, mutation in real-time. These algorithms can be applied, the people who do not have knowledge about the technical tuning of dynamic systems could design the controller or problems in which the characteristics of the system dynamics are slightly varied as time changes. In the future, studies are needed on the proof of the theory through experiments and the characteristic considerations of the robustness against the outside disturbances.

The application of the operational trasconductance amplifier (OTA) in the design of a amplifier with voltage-controlled gam is demonstrated first. I designed OTA with linear operation and constructed a Amplifier with two OTA. In this design. I used OTA as open loop. Computer simulation result, designed OTA and Amplifier charateristics has a good matching with the theoritical value. The OTA is used often in open-loop and therefore it is wise to learn how to treat the two input pins independently, as a vertual short circuit can not be assured in many configurations.

Despite its importance when it is employed in classrooms, scaffolding is limited in the classrooms. Many researchers have focused on contingent teaching, which is the first component of scaffolding. Given a lack of research on contingent teaching with prospective teachers (PSTs), this paper explores how PSTs intend to do contingent teaching in small groups when they engage in mathematics teaching. Building on research on contingent teaching, I analyzed 26 PSTs' written responses to scenarios in an online open-ended survey. The focus of the analysis was on how the PSTs would do contingent teaching that might support students to learn the subject matter. I present findings in relation to what the PSTs' responses showed in relation to contingent teaching with the subject matter. The findings will be discussed along with implications.

Unity's Cinemachine, one of the game production technologies, can produce 3D images. However, since Cinemachine is a game production tool, video creators may find it difficult because the work process of Cinemachine is unfamiliar and complicated. However, it is necessary to learn new technologies for the future of video contents that will be advanced in the future. In order to understand Chinemachine as a video producer, I would like to embody the scene of the movie. We are going to produce a storyboard scene for storytelling in Cinemachine. We defined the workflow of Unity Cinemachine while directing the scene by creating a story, and also checked the advantages and cautions. I hope it will be an opportunity to enjoy using Unity Cinemachine, which is constantly evolving.

I proposed the architectural guideline for educational environment based on design thinking approach to integrate and enhance learners' activities and achievements. The physical environment of design education learning space should be applied by teaching methods and learning activities, especially for STEAM-based convergent education, the architectural space conditions should support the design process based on design thinking. The learning environment conditions influence design education with physical design factors and learners' communication, and the flexible environment based on design thinking, which is crucial for design education. The 3 steps of design thinking experiences also allow students to learn the context of ideas, skills and outcomes. Therefore, I argued that the learning surrounding based on design thinking needs flexible and mobile, connected, integrated, organized, and team-focused environments to support learners' understanding, participation, and collaboration, and to achieve the design process based on research findings. For spaces for convergent learning environments based on design thinking, common design principles should be reviewed, such as coexistence with technology, safety and security, transparency and spatial extension, multi-purpose space and outdoor learning.

Building on the DC interaction model between a parent company and its spin-offs, we examine that a dyadic relationship can be differentiated within the functions of space, motivation, and time. We investigate that these three factors encompassing the parent-spin-off DC relationship can be applicable to both linear(i.e., geographic proximity and low spin-off CEO's salary is positive) and nonlinear(i.e., too much frequency of new spin-off creation is as harmful as too little) effects on determining the performance of spin-off firms. The direction of causality is underpinned by social capital, human capital, and compensation-activation theory rather than by the normal consequences of previous empirical research. Further, our results suggest the overlap between DC and entrepreneurship; namely, spin-off firms create, learn, and exploit opportunities through a reconfiguration of parent DC so that DC establishes itself as a key concept in the entrepreneurship domain.

This study aims to present some notes on the French syllabic structure based on the relation between the intonation pattern and the stressed syllable. The recent phonetico-phonological study is mainly focussed on the notion of syllable. However it is quite difficult to analyse the syllable structure because of its complexity. In this paper I have tried to analyse the French syllabic structure both in phonetics and in phonology. This paper contains three parts. First of all, in section 2, the notion of syllable and the French prosodic phenomena are reviewed phonetically, and is phonologically focused on the intonation pattern. Secondly, in section 3, I have analyzed the relation between the intonation. pattern and the stressed syllable in French based on CSL analyses. Finally, in section 4, I have suggested some syllabic structure patterns in French based on the analyses in section 3. This. is an attempt to further the inter-disciplinary study between phonetics and phonology, and also an attempt to settle on a model of phonological French syllabic structure. I have left the application of the result of this study as a future subject to study. But still, the result of this study can serve as a basic reference for those who are studying French and for students who are would like to learn about French syllabic structure.
