Recently, organizational workers are complaining of stress due to excessive connection on SNS and are claiming the right to disconnect. If these claims are not properly managed, organizational performance may deteriorate. Therefore, organizations need to approach the issue of the right to disconnect carefully. This study examined the effects of work connection at office, IT hyper-connected environments, and work connection at home on the right to disconnect, and analyzed the effect of this perception on job satisfaction, and then analyzed gender differences in these effects. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the work connection at office lowered the right to disconnect. Second, the deeper IT hyper-connected environment, the higher the right to disconnect. Third, it was found that the work connection at home raises the right to disconnect. Fourth, it was found that the right to disconnect increases job satisfaction to a certain extent, but lowers job satisfaction when it exceeds the appropriate line. Fifth, in the case of men, the effect of the right to disconnect on job satisfaction has sharply increased and sharply reduced. On the other hand, in women, it gradually increased and then decreased slowly. Considering the results of these studies, organizations need to check the current status and appropriate level of the work connection at home for organizational performance management. Organizations need to formulate organizational management measures that take into account the positive and negative functions of the right to disconnect. And organizations need to come up with management measures that take gender into account.

Media technologies that have made the hyper-connected age change the way people use communication text. Ads texts actively used by companies are storytelling and storydoing. These two advertising texts are very effective in inducing people's emotions and forming participatory behavior. People's thinking tendency also influence persuasion. The results of this study are as follows according to the type of ads text and the thinking tendency of consumers. Consumers' attitudes toward ads turned out to be more positive in synthetic thinking. In analytical thinking, the storytelling ads texts induced more favorable responses. On the other hand, in comprehensive thinking, the story doing text was effective. The same result was found in the perception of premium value, willingness to pay premium price, and repurchase intention.

Metaverse is an immersive 3D virtual environment, a true virtual artificial community in which avatars act as the user's alter ego and interact with each other. If we do not manage the hype for the metaverse, which has recently been receiving a surge in interest, the metaverse will fail to cross the chasm. In this study, to provide stakeholders with insights for the successful introduction and growth of the 3D immersive next-generation virtual world, metaverse, we analyzed user-side interest, media-side interest, and research-side interest. For this purpose, in this study, search traffic, news frequency and topic, and research article frequency and topic were analyzed. The methodology and results of this study are expected to provide insight for the stable success of metaverse transformation and the coexistence of the real world and the virtual world through hyper-connection and hyper-convergence.

We consider the special hypersurface of the first approximate Matsumoto metric with $b_i(x)={\partial}_ib$ being the gradient of a scalar function b(x). In this paper, we consider the hypersurface of the first approximate Matsumoto space with the same equation b(x)=constant. We are devoted to finding the condition for this hypersurface to be a hyperplane of the first or second kind. We show that this hypersurface is not a hyper-plane of third kind.

This study is a preview of characteristics of (1st/2nd) rubber suspension parts in low temperature, it will be researched before Trans Korean Railway and continental railway network connection. Rubber material characteristics are different to steel materials. Behavior of rubber material shows large deformation in hyper-elastic region. Moreover, added dashpot and low temperature condition shows various non-linear characteristics.

Two of the most important changes in the global market can be represented with Hyper-connection and Glocalization. To cope with these changes and secure the competitive advantages, it is essential to develop the standard organization, policy, processes and criteria for service management. In addition, the service management system is required to effectively support the R&D project management. In this research, an adaptive framework and system architecture for designing R&D project management process using cloud computing has been introduced. With the proposed system, it is able to overcome the limitations of traditional service management and treat the demand from the market in agility. Moreover, it may be possible to present more value than customers want and secure the competitive advantages in the global market with the proposed system.

A smart platform is defined as an evolved platform that realizes physical and virtual space into a hyper-connected environment by combining the existing platform and advanced IT technology. The hyper-connection that is the connection between information and information, infrastructure and infrastructure, infrastructure and information, or space and service, enables the realization and provision of high-quality services that significantly change the quality of life and environment of users. In addition, it is providing everyone with the effect of significantly improving the social safety net and personal health management level by implementing smart government and smart healthcare. A lot of information produced and consumed in these processes can act as a factor threatening the basic rights of the public and individuals by the informations themselves or through big data analysis. In particular, as the smart platform as a core function that forms the ecosystem of a smart city is naturally and continuously expanded, it faces a huge security burden in data processing and network operation. In this paper, platform components as core functions of smart city and appropriate security threats and countermeasures are studied.

High-rise building is taking a place as one of building types from apartment housings to commercial buildings. With taking in account of stability and durability, strength of used materials is increasing gradually in these high-rise buildings. According to this, frequency in use of SD500 re-bar is increasing gradually in high-rise buildings. However the study of SD500 re-bar is insufficient because SD500 re-bar started to be used for domestic buildings lately. Specially because there is no guide or study to refer to, people get into difficulties when to decide the method of re-bar connection in construction using SD500 re-bar. Accordingly in this study, it suggests the method of estimating the economical efficiency on SD500 re-bar connection, and conducts benefit/ cost analysis on lapped splice and coupler splice by applying AHP theory, and then presents its result. After to analyze re-bar diameter of D25, 29, and 32, finally we attained the result that the coupler splice is advantageous in all parts of benefit/ cost more than the lapped splice.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the glamour image in contemporary women's fashion since 1990. The method of study is to analyze the documentary and fashion magazines about the glamour images. Most of all, glamour has been composed by connection of hollywood film industry and fashion. Glamourous body image showed sensual, threatening and vague body. Formative characteristics in fashion showed a tight silhouette, neglige, lace look, dress showing neck and shoulder, fur coat, stiletto, diamond, gold, big and thick jewelry, satin, velvet, lace, mink and fox fur, etc. Internal meaning was a fantasy, ideal, wealth, fame, hyper-feminity, vagueness, vulgarity, sexuality, mystery, professional, fatalness, aggressiveness and evil. Since 1990, the glamour images in fashion were as follows; First, the glamour with hyper-feminity showed a classical femme-fatal image as fearful existence with a power more than allure. Second, the glamour with vulgarity showed an exaggerated, cheap and popular kitsch image, which have intense colors, lavish surfaces and excessive sexual signs. Third, the glamour with classical sensuality showed a hi-glamour image of hollywood actresses being active from 1930 to 1950, which was expressed glittery dress, stole, diamond, fur wrap, hill, luxury dress. Fourth, the glamour with sexual perversion showed an erotic, vague and sexual drag image, and fetish costume. Fetishistic elements were rubber, PVC, stiletto, thick and high boots and corset and particularly, they were a main method of expression of glamour image. Fifth, the glamour with future image showed a mechanical and mysterious image and it was a conscious style by metallic, plastic and sleeky fabric. In conclusion, glamour fashion image is an ideal beauty type of women and will exist as a meaningful aesthetic sign in women's fashion.

Recently, with the rapid development of eXtended Reality(XR) technology, the development and use of education and training systems using XR technology is increasing significantly. In particular, in areas that involve great risks and high costs such as military training and counter-terrorism training, the use of XR based simulators is preferred because they can improve training performance, reduce training costs, and minimize the risk of safety issues that may occur in actual training, by creating a training environment similar to actual training. In this paper, we propose a plan to build and evaluate an XR based hyper-realistic counter-terrorism education, training, and evaluation system to improve the ROK police's ability to respond to terrorist situations using the 5G and AR based Integrated Command and Control Platform previously developed by the Korea Military Academy. The proposed system is designed to improve counter-terrorism capabilities with virtual training for individual and team units based on hyper-realistic content and training scenarios. Futhermore, it can also be used as a on-site command and control post in connection with a simulation training site and an actual operation site.
