단조프레스기의 유압유 누유영역 영상 감지 시스템 (Image Detection System for Leakage Regions of Hydraulic Fluid in Faring Press Machine)

  • 단조프레스기의 유압실에서 배관의 연결부위의 손강으로 인한 누유는 인명피해와 기계 파손의 위험성이 있어 이를 조기에 발견하여 예방하는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 원격지에서 회전형 카메라를 이용하여 유압유의 누유여부를 자동 인식하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현한 시스템은 라벨링 과정에서 객체영역을 나타내는 경계사각형을 구하고 경계사각형의 높이와 폭에 대한 비율, 누유형상의 원형도를 이용하여, 올바른 누유영역을 추출하였다. 또한 잡음제거와 영상의 이동과 회전에 대한 보정을 전처리 과정으로 수행한다. 실험을 통하여 제안한 시스템이 여러 가지 조명 환경에서도 누유영역을 정확하게 찾아내는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 단조프레스기의 유압실에서 배관의 연결부위의 손상으로 인한 누유는 인명피해와 기계 파손의 위험성이 있어 이를 조기에 발견하여 예방하는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 원격지에서 회전형 카메라를 이용하여 유압유의 누유여부를 자동 인식하는 시스템을 구현 하였다. 구현한 시스템은 레이블링 과정에서 후보누유영역을 나타내는 최소경계사각형(MBR)을 구하고 MBR의 넓이와 높이 및 MBR의 면적과 후보 누유 영역의 면적비를 이용하여, 올바른 누유영역을 추출하였다. 실험을 통하여 제안한 시스템이 여러 가지 조명 환경에서도 누유영역을 정확하게 찾아내는 것을 확인하였다.

  • This paper presents the internal oil leakage detection problem for a hydraulic double-rod cylinder. We represent the dynamics of the hydraulic cylinder as a convex combination of linear equations. To detect oil leakage, we propose a model-based fault detection observer design scheme. The observer is designed to be robust against disturbance. Sufficient design conditions are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is provided to verify the proposed techniques.

  • Recently, greenhouse effect by $CO_2$ gas emitted by use of fossil fuel causes earth environmental problem. As a countermeasure of the global warming. micro hydropower under 100kW becomes the focus of attention for its clean and renewable energy sources. Newly developed micro positive displacement hydraulic turbine shows high efficiency and good applicability for the micro hydropoewer. The purpose of this study is to clarify the influence of leakage loss and effective head on the performance of the positive displacement hydraulic turbine for the further improvement of the turbine performance. The results show that the turbine. with a smaller side clearance. has much higher efficiency than that with bigger side clearance and it can sustain the high efficiency under the wider range of operation conditions. The turbine torque is proportional to the effective head and independent of the flow rate. The leakage is also dependent on the effective head but nearly independent of the flow rate.

피해규모를 고려한 용수공급시스템 누수복구 우선순위 선정 (Determination of a priority for leakage restoration considering the scale of damage in for water distribution systems)

  • 누수는 용수공급시스템 내에서 발생할 수 있는 대표적인 비정상상황 중 하나이다. 누수는 관로가 매설된 이후부터 잠재적으로 발생할 수 있으며 발생 직후부터 즉시 경제적 및 수리학적 피해를 입을 수 있기 때문에 이를 적시에 감지하고 탐지하는 것이 중요하다. 하지만 시스템이 지하에 매설되어 있어 이를 빠르게 인지하는 것은 쉽지 않으며 인지한다 하여도 복구하기 위해서는 상대적으로 많은 가용자산이 요구된다. 따라서 다중 누수가 발생할 시 누수규모 및 위치에 따라 복구 우선순위에 대한 우선순위를 선정해야 할 필요성이 있으며 최적의 복구전략이 도출되어 이를 수행할 시 시스템의 탄력성 측면에 있어 유리함을 가질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 프로그램 기반 모의 누수를 발생시켜 비정상상황 시나리오를 구축하였으며 이에 따라 딥러닝 기반 모델로 누수탐사를 수행하였다. 탐사 결과로 얻어지는 누수위치와 누수량은 이 후 누수복구 우선순위를 위한 요소로써 활용되며 타 요소와 함께 최적의 누수복구 시나리오를 도출하였다.

정압베어링에서 입구압력 및 틈새간격 변화에 따른 누설량의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (Study on the Correlation of Leakage by the Variation of Inlet Pressure and Clearance in Hydrostatic Bearing)

  • This paper is the numerical study on the correlation of leakage by the variation of inlet pressure and clearance in hydrostatic bearing. The main goal of this study is to apply to the design of hydro system the results that the pocket pressure and the leakage rate according to the inlet pressure and the clearance between piston and cylinder tube. Because the hydrostatic bearing in hydraulic cylinder has the narrow rectangular channel between piston and cylinder tube, so to verify the numerical scheme, it has been compared with the experimental results of Brackbill and Kandlikar. The pressure data of numerical results inside narrow rectangular channel correlate was showed a good agreement with experimental results, thereby the numerical scheme was applied to the real model that is a hydraulic cylinder with the hydrostatic bearing. In conclusion, the pressure differences between inlet and pocket were shown within 3%. Leakage rates were showed rapidly increased pattern between about 4.5 and 6.7 times because the section area to calculate the leakage rates were proportioned to a square of diameter. The correlation equation was calculated among the inlet pressure, the clearance and the leakage rate by using the linear regression.

  • In this study, we developed full automation test system for pressure vessel. This pressure vessel containing oxygen, nitrogen and carbon is widely used in industrial field. The test items of pressure vessel are divided into three branches which is weight measurement, water-hydraulic, and leakage test. After leakage test is completed, cleaning and dry progress is carried out. And control system is consist of three controller which is PLC, monitoring system and database system. PLC is control all of system. Monitoring system measures weight, pressure, flow etc and display to all conditions. Database system stores tested data. we design system to control all test modules in communication by a second period with three control modules. Finally, we verified this system by field test.

  • In General, the hydraulic system of T-50 Advanced Trainer is applied to flight control system, wheel & Brake system and fuel system for aircraft operation. The hydraulic system is operation with pressure of 3000psi. and many mechanical parts which is operated by hydraulic system has been stressed in incomplete environment same as heat and friction. for example, Oil leakage had occurred in the shutoff valve of FFP used in a certain period of time. After study, The crack progressed by fatigue due to the irregular hydraulic pressure and vibration has been identified as the reason of oil leakage. This paper presents life cycle extension plans of FFP shutoff valve by configuration improvements of shutoff valve and FFP hydraulic motor.

사판식 피스톤 모터의 정압베어링 윤활특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Lubrication Characteristic of the Hydrostatic Bearing In Swash Plate Type Piston Motor)

  • The hydraulic piston using a hydrostatic bearing has been used widely due to its satisfying performance at very high pressurized circumstance and relative higher power density in comparison to conventional one. For high pressurization, enhanced efficiency and long durability of the hydraulic piston, the design of hydrostatic bearing is at issue, which is installed between piston shoe and swash plate. The performance of the hydrostatic bearing is influenced significantly by the assembly of the piston shoe consisting of circular land and recess. In this study, to estimate the performance of the hydrostatic bearing, the characteristics for lubrication of the assembly of the piston shoe were investigated by measuring a leakage rate of hydraulic fluid under an experimental condition, where a rotating velocity of the piston, hydraulic pressure and temperature of the hydraulic fluid were changed systematically. In addition, a film thickness of the hydraulic fluid on the piston shoe was measured and compared to theoretical one.

  • In-process diagnosis is essential to achieve predictive maintenance in industrial plants. An in- process diagnosis method was proposed for hydraulic servo systems, which was based upon leakage flow measurement. Leakage due to servovalve wear was analysed and modeled mathematically far computer simulation work. The key idea of diagnosis algorithm is that when monitoring signals, such as servovalve input and load displacement are in steady states, the return-line flow of hydraulic servo systems can be regarded as null-leakage of servovalve. Virtual experiments were performed to ensure effectiveness of the proposed diagnosis method.
