  • 고유가 시대를 맞아 에너지효율이 높은 고효율기기에 대한 관심이 점점 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 주요 전기기기에 대한 세계 주요 각 국의 효율기준 설정 방법을 비교하고자 한다. 미국, 유럽, 호주, 캐나다 둥 선진국의 효율기준 설정 방법과 현재 국내의 효율기준 설정방법을 비교 분석하여, 국내의 실정에 적합한 효율기준 설정을 위한 방향을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문은 대면적 자기부상 스태이지의 정밀급 위치제어를 위한 시스템 구성 및 제어 알고리즘에 대한 연구결과를 기술한다. 자기부상 스태이지는 16개의 동기모터에 의해 구동되며, 각 모터의 Moving 부분에 수직방향의 힘과 수평방향의 힘을 모두 발생할 수 있도록 Halbach 구조로 되어 있다. Matlab/Simulink 모델링을 수행하였으며, Simulation 결과를 보였다.

  • In this paper, the situation of energy efficiency standards for motors and diffusion states are analyzed and a new methodology is proposed using diffusion models and learning curves. The existing diffusion models could not explain affects from new appliances' penetration during the diffusion. But a mixed diffusion model with learning curves or learning ratio is studied to explain this penetration.

  • 우리나라와 같이 에너지자원이 없어 전량을 수입에 의존하여야 하는 나라에서는 에너지 소비절약이라고도 일컬어지는 고효율 기기의 보급에 많은 관심을 가져야 한다. 고효율기기의 사용은 전체적인 부하전력량을 줄여나가며, 한번 보급되면 계속 에너지를 감할 수 있고, 부하를 차단하여야 하는 불편도 적어지게 된다. 또한 기술개발로 인한 기기수출효과 및 다양한 효과가 있으므로 국가적으로는 커다란 이익이 될 수 있다. 따라서 고유가시대를 맞아 고효율 기기의 사용에 특히 많은 관심을 가져야 하며, 정부에서도 많은 관심을 가지고 있기도 하다. 본 논문에서는 전체 전력소비량의 20%이상을 차지하는 조명기기에서 고효율조명기기에 대해 확산 모형을 이용하여 보급상태를 분석해 보고자 한다.

  • Economy of world has grown rapidly. This growth has increased the ownership of household electrical appliances including room air conditioners. The number of users of air conditioners is predicted to grow dramatically in the future. This paper discusses the present status of residential appliance energy efficiency standards around the world. The study found that the energy efficiency standards for room all conditioners would mitigate a significant amount of emissions in Korea.

  • Lateral ballast resistance is one of track components that causes much effects in track buckling. Ballast work or tie renewal if is done the ballast original lateral resistance lose. Reduction of lateral ballast resistance may significantly reduce the stability of track. Lateral ballast resistance that is decreased by these work increases slowly according to the increase of train passing tonnage. We measured the ballast lateral resistance in Okchon station neighborhood in Seoul-Busan line to grasp fluctuation phenomenon of ballast resistance by ballast class-2 work. The rate of decrease of ballast lateral resistance shortly after ballast work and the rate of increase by increase of train passing tonnage were investigated.

  • The development of a basin-wide runoff analysis model is to analysis monthly and daily hydrologic runoff components including surface runoff, subsurface runoff, return flow, etc. at key operation station in the targeted basin. A short-term water demand forecasting technology will be developed taking into account the patterns of municipal, industrial and agricultural water uses. For the development and utilization of runoff analysis model, relevant basin information including historical precipitation and river water stage data, geophysical basin characteristics, and water intake and consumptions needs to be collected and stored into the hydrologic database of Integrated Real-time Water Information System. The well-known SSARR model was selected for the basis of continuous daily runoff model for forecasting short and long-term natural flows.

  • This paper deals with the problem of gust load alleviation in active control for the case that aeroelasticity takes place due to interaction between wing structure and aerodynamics on wing when aircraft meets gust during flight. Aeroservoelasticity model includes wing structure modeled in FEM, unsteady aerodynamics in minimum state approximate method, and models of actuator and sensors in state space. Based on this augmented model, digitally redesigned gust load alleviation system is designed in sampled-data control technique. From numerical simulation, this digital control system is effective to gust load on aircraft wing, which is shown in transient responses and PSD analysis to random gust inputs.
