Global economic recession, global market reduction, and the deteriorating economic recession are forcing the industry to reconsider the business plan and strategy related to supply chain regardless of the size of the companies. During the economic recession caused by financial anxiety, development of international collaborative producer is the key theme for a manufacturing industry to get over the situation. Especially, development of high-skilled people who are capable of handling global manufacturing management is the key factor in China which shifted from a world factory to a world market. In this background, we started the international project of global manufacturing education and training for Chinese company managers from 2009. In this paper, based on the research conducted by the universities and companies in China, a design of global manufacturing education and training is proposed. This presented design is based on the theory of Japanese production strategy and investigation of actual conditions for Chinese companies and the research methodology of business management practice with efficiency and productive for international level management organization. The effectiveness of the education design is evaluated by applying the international education and training project of Aoyama Gakuin Human Innovation Consulting Inc. and Vigor Management Technology Association.

In recent years, some experts have shown that urban competitiveness is more important than national competitiveness. They have also argued that innovation will make cities more competitive. The purpose of this paper is to create Korean urban competitiveness index, and to also highlight strategic aspects for enhancement of urban competitiveness of metropolitan cities based on innovation in Korea. First, we will present various factors and indicators of urban competitiveness based on three components for innovation: formation of cluster, human capital, creative economy. Available literature and statistical analyses will be used. Second, scores of urban competitiveness will be developed based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Evaluation of scores with weights will be used for this purpose. The resulting weights are 0.3672 for the formation of cluster, 0.3318 for human capital, and 0.3010 for creative economy, respectively. Finally, we present urban competitiveness using the standardized T-score. The most competitive city based on innovation is Daejeon(1st), followed by Gwangju(2nd) and Daegu(3rd). Three least competitive cities are Incheon (6th), Busan(5th) and Ulsan(4th).

The purpose of this study is to analyze representation of characters of AOS online-game in order to find out the meanings of ontological game characters. This study selects characters of on-line game to analyze representations of game characters by Pierre L$\acute{e}$vy's ontological theory. The characters which represented in on-line games reproduced by costume play in off-line world reflect human desire and construct human existence. Online game character is an existing substance, which could expand human experiences by crossing virtual game world and reality in digital era.

Purpose: This study was done to provide fundamental ontological understanding of caring and inquiring into the possibility of a caring practice in nursing based on existential phenomenology. Methods: According to Heidegger's existential phenomenology, caring has been interpreted as a fundamental ontological basis for caring practice in nursing. Further, based on Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology, the meaning of the lived experience of illness and the way of caring practice have been described from the aspect of the existential involvement in the embodied life world. Results: Heidegger's phenomenology provided ontological thinking about caring, which is understood in a basic way as the possibility of human existence and dwelling in oneself in the confrontation of the illness experience. Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology offered a meaning of human existence according to bodily intention and situated freedom in the life world. This perspective of embodiment enables nurses to understand bodily experiences of patients and recovery of their bodily capacity in responding to the situation in caring practice. Conclusion: Existential phenomenology gives insight into fundamental reflection for caring attitude and practice in nursing. Existential phenomenological nursing research can provide descriptions and meaning of the lived experience of illness and a way of coping with the crisis of human existence in caring practice.

The purpose of this study is to set a relationship between intentional system and spatial orientation, and with space model in the human world to orient yourself is to present the basic spatial concepts. This is composed of parts of intentional system and spatial orientation on the research. Through the study of intentional system which is based on the orientation with Daniel Dennett's, it suggests the space-model that composed with aspects of intentionality and spatial elements. With space-model and judgement of spatial types, it makes relationship confirm between them. Through this process, following the results of this study were derived. First, intentional stance of space is the key for building knowledge and memories about space, and for identifying external environment images which are experienced in the senses of human. Second, changing the meaning from space to place makes horizons of space broader and creates a new sense of space with put the intentional orientation into the space. Third, this study can make confirm what the aspect of the space-schema-elements for orientation in space, serves as the presentation elements. This study leaps an old-view of the architectural customs about spatial orientation, and creates an opportunity to refine the newer concept of space. This concept of space is a basic essential for 'site-selection' and 'spot-catching' as an intentional system for spatial orientation and to establish a relationship with human beings in the world of his own orientation to the concept of space.

In this paper, in order to explicate how mathematics education can contribute to humanity education, I enquired in which position mathematics occupy in Froebel's For this, I examined Froebel's theory of humanity education, his theory of mathematics education, and the applicational problem of his thoughts to nowaday education. Froebel's educational theory is based on the concept of the Divine Unity which is relevant to the notion of 'The Absolute' of Fichte, Schelling, Hegel. He claims that from inanimate objects to human being, all is subject to the eternal law, which is presided by God. So the world itself is the representation of this law of the Divine Unity and education consists in leading man to conscious and free representation of it. The revealing process of the inner law of the Divine Unity can be attained through the awareness of the divinity which resides in the self. And this process of self-consciousness is dialectical movement of the two opposites, i.e. 'inner' and 'outer' Froebel suggests that mathematics is the mediator between the inner and outer world, i.e. he suggests that since both human being and nature are the representations of the Divine Unity, mathematics is both the pure human spirits and the law of nature. Having such a role, mathematics becomes the main discipline in education. Though there are some criticism on Froebel's educational thoughts on mathematics discussed in this paper, it can provide a typical answer to the question about how mathematics education contributes to humanity education.

In order to expand the market of the domestic space information industry, which is currently saturated, overseas expansion is essential, but the prospects are limited. Therefore, an effective strategy of overseas expansion is needed. Given the current state of such spatial information industry, V-World is expected to play a very important role. In the world market for space information, in order to ensure the export competitiveness of the domestic space information industry, in the present study, research and development was carried out on the V-World-based packaged goods model as one possible method. First of all, to analyze the current situation and characteristics of the spatial information industry, to grasp V-World as a commodity and derive the relationship between foreign demand and V-World, the sales destinations and methods were defined. To formulate the basic strategy of the fusion-composite package export utilizing V-World on the basis of the basic concept of the product, the necessary components were designed. In response to this fusion-composite package product mix, the overseas promotion of spatial information-related companies it to be expected.

Kim Hang(金恒: Il-Boo 1826-1898) presented that in the end of 19 century The Book of Correct Changes(正易) alternated I-Ching(周易) in Korea. He predicted that the New world would be realized soon. In other words, the Former-Heaven(先天) would be changed in to the After-Heaven(後天). The New world means the highest well-being society and harmonized world. He named the New world as the Yuli world(琉璃世上). The Book of Correct Changes contained the idea of reformation of society with great cosmic changes and taught us to cultivate and train our mind for transformation of human beings. The New world will be come true, and there the struggling will be ceased. The New world will be accompanied by the transformation of human beings. Each person has to persevere changing him(her)-Selfin his(her) efforts to be a holy man. All people will achieve the high spirit. Kim Hang taught us to renew ourself and made the new world where every person will live with Truth and have an equal right and treat others without discrimination.

This paper reviews how to access the ergonomic information through internet-the world-wide computer networks. Recently, with the growth of hypertext type Internet-the WWW (World-Wide Web), it becomes much easier to access to the Internet and we can retrieve information very effeciently. In order to search the ergonomic information, this paper also reviews the famous Web search engines like Lycos, Web Crawler, and meta-indices like YAHOO. Also, useful Web-sites of ergonomics/human factors such as ErgoWeb are summarised.
