This paper analyzed the influence of employment, human resource development, and labor practices on the corporate performance. Data were collected from the Korea Labor Institute's workplace panel survey(WPS) from 2017, and the analysis used 2,868 companies. This study employed operating profit as a corporate performance. Employment included open recruitment of new employees, evaluation of NCS job competency, and implementation of core human resources acquisition program. Human resource development consisted of incumbent training, job competency improvement evaluation, management program for low performer, emoloyee's career plan, and HRD using job analysis. Labor practices included guarantees for parental leave, guarantees for maternity leave, and support for childcare facilities. The analysis method used binominal logistic regression analysis for two groups of operating profit surplus and deficit companies. As a result of the analysis, it was possible to confirm the influence of employment, human resource development, and labor practices on performance. And the implications of employment, human resource development, and labor practices to improve corporate performance were discussed.

The divine life is constantly reconciled with one's human life to make one a holy person, or a humanistic diviner. This is the rationale of the 'God-Man,' those whose human lives become lives of God-men. This style of living enables divine nature to mingle with human nature as an explicit behavioral act, mode of character development, and lifestyle. Therefore, the expression "the Blending of God and man" is an interpretation of the relationship between God and man which focuses on their sacred connection. Engagement in this extends to the scope of the local church. The different divisions between Daesoon Jinrihoe and the local church appear on the basis of things such as history, culture, language, and religion, but both posit a theology of "Harmonious Union between Divine Beings and Human Beings" and "the Blending of God and man" according to a transcendent interpretation of God and man. Through dialogue, they can discover similarities and differences in this shared notion with both systems of theological thought.

Biomedical engineering is a discipline that diagnoses and treats human diseases using engineering techniques based on medical and biological understanding. Proper biomedical engineering education requires education on medical terminology, human anatomy, and human physiology, but students have a preconceived notion that these basic medical subjects are subjects to be memorized. In order to eliminate these students' preconceptions, various educational methods must be developed so that students can easily access basic medical subjects. In this paper, we present a method to increase learning effectiveness by introducing observation practice of a human anatomical model to the medical terminology subject. The half-body model of the human body is a form in which various organs are assembled and can be observed by disassembling them one by one. This observation exercise consisted of questions about the organs of the head, neck, chest, and abdomen, with students working in groups to find answers. After the practice, students evaluated that this practice motivated them to learn and made it easier to understand the lecture.

Objectives: Organizational culture has beer important in field of organizational behavior research for the past decade. Although there has been a growing interest in the organizational culture and organizational effectiveness, there is few research in health care field. This study was carried out to investigate the relationship of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness at general hospital. Methods: Data was collected by self-administrated questionares. Organizational cultures were measured by using Likert scale. A general hospital in Kyunggi-Do was selected and survey was conducted to 675 workers. Data was analyzed with computer package, PC-SPSS. Results: There were four types of organizational culture in this hospital consensual culture, developmental culture, hierarchical culture, rational culture. Many workers recognized their culture as rational culture and developmental culture. This finding showed that the hospital had both human related and task related climate. There were some differences in recognition of sub-organizational culture by occupational group, but perceived organizational culture was in accordance with sub-organizational culture in general. Multiple regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were conducted to find the relationship of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. As a result, developmental culture showed a strong relationship with organizational commitment and job-satisfaction. Conclusions: These results showed that types of organizational culture were significantly related to organizational effectiveness and understanding the existing culture is essential to develope their organizational effectiveness.
The purpose of this study is to examine a unique characteristic of the colors of the costumes in Korean basic culture in the aim of seeking the characteristics and the conceptual meanings of colors found in the majority’s culture. The scope of the basic culture was divided into folk belief, folk game and folk play. Within these limits, the colors of the dress, accessories, instruments were extracted by comparing with the naked eye in NCS Color System. For the analysis of hue and tone, the secondary dimensional analysis using NCS color system and the three-dimensional analysis using the software, COLOR 3D Version 2.0, were done. The result of this investigation is that the colors of the costume in the Korean basic culture are white, gray and black of achromatic color and yellow, yellowish red and purplish blue. This confirms that the colors based on Five-elements color are becoming the basis too basic culture. And Arche-pattern, which is a characteristic commonly found in the Korean traditional society, was shown as a characteristic of color. The colors of the costumes in Korean basic culture are uniquely adopted by the Korean civilians according to their religious and philosophical living standard. This study is meaningful in seeking a root for the formation of their unique color culture.
Purpose - Organizational individuals can gain profit from any trials and errors concerning the knowledge others have been able to accumulate. The culture also states the organizational behaviors by identifying the principal aims, and the way members handle personal relationships. This study aims that how corporate cultures can be connected with particular occupations. Research design, Data, and methodology - For the systematic review in prior literature dataset, the present author used the PRISMA which is a set of items that are evidence-based and utilized in reporting systematic reviews. It includes the reporting of meta-analyses. Result - The present author figured out that corporate culture is one of the most crucial factors that workers consider in deciding whether or not they want to be employed in an organization. Having an excellent corporate culture sets the company apart from the competition and increases the company's status to new positions of recruiting and business success Conclusion - The current research concluded that possessing an excellent corporate culture positions the company apart from the competition but boosts the company to new recruiting and business success levels. The two traits of an excellent corporate culture include the culture allowing every individual in the organization to succeed, and the culture works for every individual involved.
The objective of this study is to find out how strategic human resource management(SHRM) of a facility security firm affects its organizational culture and behaviors of its members. This study was executed in June 2010 with facility security officers(FSO) in four private security firms by using a judgment sampling technique. A total of 343 FSOs were used in final analysis. Coefficient of reliability(Cronbach's coefficient alpha) of the survey was 0.691. The conclusion was as follows: First, SHRM of facility security firms exert its influence on organizational culture. That is, promotion of education/training, compensation, making avid followers, and career development may facilitate settlement of hierarchical, development-oriented, agreement -based and rationality-oriented culture. Second, SHRM of security firms would affect organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB), i.e., the promotion of education/training, compensation, making avid followers, and career development would tend to enhance consideration for others and altruistic, participatory, conscientious and gentlemanly behaviors. On the other hand, if proper compensation is not made, above-mentioned behaviors would decrease. Third, organizational culture of security firms tends to affect OCB. That is, when hierarchical, development-oriented, agreement-based and rationality-oriented culture is settled, consideration for others, altruistic, participatory, conscientious and gentlemanly behaviors tends to be enhanced.

Twenty-first century will be in the era of culture and art as postmodernims progresses, therefore, geography which is is traditionally concerned with regional study needs to deeply study the culture of region. Regional symbols are clue to identify regional culture which is environments of symbolic space. Especially the study of urban culture come to the needs of times with occurring global city, urban symbols make clear urban culture and urban identity. The aim of this paper is to analyze urban symbols, that is urban songs, urban birds, urban trees, urban flowers to study urban culture in korean cities, urban symbols make clear urban spatial environment which is natural and human, and then, urban symbols make clear urban identity. The analytical results of lyrics of urban songs in the 76 cities of korea include names of mountain, river, sea and place, the names of mountain and river make clear urban identies which is natural and human characteristics, it is environment of symbolic space which brings unity, one body. Especially it is environment of symbolic space which comprise fung-soo(風水) aspects, place names well represent symbolic space. The analytical results of symbolic things, that is urban birds, urban trees, urban flowers in the 78 cities of korea indicate they are gain and gain established, they are also our environments of symbolic space which is curtual settlings of our life, but they are imported not native species but foreign species which have not environment of symbolic space. The results of this paper implicate urban symols should review. because urban symbols fit to our natural and human environments of symbolic space.

This study introduces the new role of science museums. The practitioners from seven domestic science museums and four overseas ones participated in this study and responded the questionnaires. I identified what kind of science culture programs there are, if those programs were successful or not, and if unsuccessful, what kind of improvements can be made to be successful. The participating practitioners in science museums also developed an ideal and realistic community cooperation-based science culture programs and I explored the role of a new science museum for this purpose. In the case of current science culture programs, the most successful or not was the participation of visitors according to public relations, and the importance of public relations were mentioned as improvements. For a successful community cooperation-based science and culture program, active promotion, pre-operation team, dedicated personnel, open mind, and same purpose of other institutions, the will of both institutions, and economic support sponsors are important variables. In the case of the domestic science museums, the actual development and operation of the program showed that a successful community based program must have cooperation with other institutions in the same region, win-win connections, the dedicated human resources, and that each science museum's strengths were maximized. The science culture programs in the 21st century will enhance the innovative role of science museums making the use of local human and physical infrastructure, reflecting the needs of citizens, taking the initiative in the community, fostering cooperation-based professional human resources, and communicating smoothly with the government or local governments.

The purpose this study is to analyze how human resources in culture and arts education use the contents of Arts Academy training program in the field, and to suggest implications and improvements of the training for strengthening the competence of professional manpower. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted for the participants of the Arte Academy training program to investigate the actual application rate. As a result of the analysis, overall application of the training was high. However, the work-site application was divided into indirect and direct applications. Indirect application showed higher results than direct application. This shows that the training is effective in terms of strengthening the participants' personal competence, but they are somewhat lacking in applying the contents learned in the training directly in the field. Indirect application is a result of training and is a necessary part of strengthening competence. However, considering that culture and arts education is a consumer-oriented policy that enjoys culture and art, it needs to be strengthened more directly in the field, and the competence of the applicant should be applied to the field more smoothly. The Korea Arts & Culture Education Service needs to review and implement such a training that has a higher direct application than indirect application.
