디지털저작물의 지속적 공유와 온라인 유료서비스 이용의 영향요인 (Factors that Affect the Continuous Sharing of Digital Products and the Use of Online Services)

  • The objective of this paper is to gain a better understanding of factors influencing digital piracy and the use of paid services on the web. A model identifying and describing various factors which affect decision$\sim$makers' attitude toward sharing digital products and online behavioral intentions is constructed based on established theories of human behavior. The relationship between the continuous intention of sharing the products and the intention to use online services is also discussed. Findings show that a independent relationship exists between illegal and legal behaviors, which means stopping piracy by individuals can not lead to their buying of the products. Also while the attitude toward piracy was significantly related to the continuous intention of piracy behaviors, did not necessarily lead to the use intention of online services. The data also show that beliefs concerning consequences of digital piracy were significant enough to alter one's behavioral attitude. There was a significant relationship between perceived consequences and the intention to pirate digital products or to use paid services. The results also show that while the effect of economical and ethical factors were ascertained, that of social and legal factors have not been found. Self$\sim$efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between the attitude toward piracy and both intentions of online behavior. The implications of the findings to research and practice are discussed.

  • 참고서비스는 도서관 업무의 중심이다. 정보통신 기술의 발달과 정보의 양적 팽창으로 인해 이용자 중심의 중요성은 과거에 비해 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 논문은 디지털 시대에 양질의 참고서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 모델을 제안하려고 한다. 이를 위해 디지털 참고서비스의 개념과 유형을 조사하였으며, 현재 디지털 참고서비스를 운영하고 있는 주요 대학교와 'Aska' 서비스를 운영하고 있는 해외 주요 사이트의 특성 등을 조사하였다. 끝으로 이러한 조사 자료에 근거하여 도서관의 인적 및 물적 자원 공유형 디지털 참고서비스 모델을 제안하였다.

  • 본 논문은 옥외 전광판, DID, 지상파 다채널방송 등 뉴-미디어에 적합한 콘텐츠 가공 및 제공을 위한 기상정보 서비스 프레임워크 개발연구이다. 미디어 이용에 대한 분석과 인지과학의 내용을 도입하여 기상정보의 인지률을 높이는 컨텐츠 제작 방법을 제시하고, 뉴-미디어에 대하여 기상정보서비스의 계층적 프레임워크를 설계 한다. 다양한 뉴-미디어에대한서비스를 프레임워크로 통합함으로써 중복된 서비스 투자를 방지하고 기술적으로도 한 단계 발전할 수 있는 계기를 마련한다.

모바일 카드 결제서비스 수용 의도의 결정 요인 (Predicting intention to adopt mobile card payment service)

  • The use of mobile payment services has recently increased in South Korea. Mobile payments allow consumers to purchase items digitally, using a mobile card in an app affiliated with a payment service. This study explores the predictors of intention to adopt mobile payment services. The study employed an A(affective)-B(behavioral)-C(cognitive) model with two antecedent variables: cognitive (perceived usefulness, perceived risk, perceived ease of use, and perceived herding behavior) and affective (satisfaction with the status quo, innovation resistance) responses. An online survey of 405 non-users of mobile payment services aged 20 to 49 years was conducted. The study used SPSS 23.0 for descriptive analysis and Amos 23.0 for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The results are as follows. First, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, and perceived herding behavior significantly influenced innovation resistance. Second, perceived herding behavior significantly influenced subjective norms. Third, innovation resistance and subjective norms significantly influenced the intention to adopt mobile payment services. The findings suggest that the A-B-C model can be useful in understanding consumers' adoption and resistance behaviors and that cognitive and affective responses are important antecedent variables affecting the decision to adopt mobile payment services.

  • The emergence of social network services, is changing the foundation of human relationship formation and method of communication of individuals through sharing of free information. Social network service is a service to support or facilitate an on-line extension of off-line network among people by helping them to share personal profile. History of social network services very short. But users of the various layers is increasing rapidly and ripple effect social as a result is very large. The focus of existing research was mainly devoted to motivation of use and acceptance of social network services. Currently the use of SNS was maturing. Thus, in-depth research on the use pattern of SNS users is needed. The purpose of this study is that, for Facebook in social network services, to analyze the changes in the initial stage of use, medium-term, usage patterns at the current time. Results of the study by analyzing the characteristics of the change in the pattern of usage of user of Facebook, it can be used as basic materials for SNS researchers and service provider.

A study on improvement of elderly welfare service focusing on the user of AI and the IoT

  • The aging of the population has a fundamental impact on the national economy, including decline in productive population, atrophy of available funds, slowdown of technological innovation, slowdown of economic growth, and decrease in vitality of society as a whole. Increase of elderly population would lead to increase in elderly welfare consumers, which would also lead to increase the demand for elderly welfare services. However, due to the continuation of the low birth rate, there is a great shortage of human resources who can handle this. In such a situation, the main goal of the elderly welfare system in the future should aim to actively try to design effective policies, prepare systems, and implement services for the problems of the aged society, and to find ways to expand the finances, manpower, methods, and facilities necessary for the welfare of the elderly. Elderly welfare services in Korea have been changed and developed in accordance with socioeconomic changes such as industrialization and urbanization. This study examines the changes in elderly welfare services in Korea by the flow of times and presents a method which utilizes artificial intelligence and Internet of Things in services for the elderly welfare consumers to improve both quality and efficiency.

Improving Web Service Recommendation using Clustering with K-NN and SVD Algorithms

  • In the advent of the twenty-first century, human beings began to closely interact with technology. Today, technology is developing, and as a result, the world wide web (www) has a very important place on the Internet and the significant task is fulfilled by Web services. A lot of Web services are available on the Internet and, therefore, it is difficult to find matching Web services among the available Web services. The recommendation systems can help in fixing this problem. In this paper, our observation was based on the recommended method such as the collaborative filtering (CF) technique which faces some failure from the data sparsity and the cold-start problems. To overcome these problems, we first applied an ontology-based clustering and then the k-nearest neighbor (KNN) algorithm for each separate cluster group that effectively increased the data density using the past user interests. Then, user ratings were predicted based on the model-based approach, such as singular value decomposition (SVD) and the predictions used for the recommendation. The evaluation results showed that our proposed approach has a less prediction error rate with high accuracy after analyzing the existing recommendation methods.

  • In the near future, robots will be used for the personal use. To provide useful services to humans, it will be necessary for robots to understand human intentions. Consequently, the development of emotional interfaces for robots is an important expansion of human-robot interactions. We designed and developed an intelligent emotional interface for the robot, and applied the interfaces to our humanoid robot, AMIET.   • To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. This paper deals with an intelligent agent approach to incorporate customer's sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in on-line shopping mall. In this paper the focus of interest is on-line recommendation service algorithm for development of Human Sensibility based web agent system. The recommendation agent system composed of seven services including specialized algorithm. The on-line recommendation service algorithm use human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. Customizing the system's behavior requires the parallel execution of several tasks during the interaction (e.g., identifying the customer's emotional preference and dynamically generating the pages of the store catalog). Most of the present shopping malls go through the catalog of goods, but the future shopping malls will have the form of intelligent shopping malls by applying the on-line recommendation service algorithm.

  • In recent years, with the advent of e-Commerce the need for personalized services and one-to-one marketing has been emphasized. To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. In this paper, we provide an intelligent agent approach to incorporate human sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in cyber shopping mall. Our system exploits human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. Customizing the system`s behavior requires the parallel execution of several tasks during the interaction (e. g., identifying the customer`s emotional preference and dynamically generating the pages of the store catalog). The recommendation agent system composed of five modules including specialized agents carries on these tasks. By presenting goods that are consistent with user interests as well as user sensibility, the accuracy and satisfaction of the recommendation service may be improved.
