This study focused on the traits of variables related to parenthood, family strengths and perceptions of future parent's roles. The subjects were the 409 middle school students in Gwangju. Using structured questionnaire surveyed between 2007. 6. 20 and 2007. 6. 26. Data were analyzed with Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Std, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, T-test, Chi-Square, ANOVA, and Duncan's test using SPSS/PC WIN 14.0 program. The major findings were as follows: 1. When asked if you married, most students replied "yes", and childbirth plan replied "yes". The 78.2 percent of schoolgirls and 74.6 percent of schoolboys responded that responsibility of bringing up children was man and wife. The most important Parental meaning was 'fosterer'. The middle school students' family strengths scores were higher than median(3.00). Over all, the perceptions of future parent's roles were high. 2. Perceptions of future parent's roles showed partially significant difference according to the most important Parental meaning, responsibility of bringing up children, intimacy with parent, dual-income family, and family strengths.

This thesis is analysing localization of human resources recruitment in the overseas investment of the Korean firms. The main results of the analysis can be summarized as follows: first, Korean overseas local corporations have achieved localization for physical workers. But localization above middle manager level is very poor. Second, local corporations are managed by the employee from Korean parent company. Third, parent company mentioned language ability, work process ability of local business, responsibility, leadership as selection basis for the workers in overseas local corporations. Localization propel strategy of local corporation human resources recruiting : (1) human resources recruiting strategy is the strategy of outsider. simple global human resources recruiting strategy is the recruiting of person dispatched from headquarter rather than local human resources (2) human resources recruiting strategy is the strategy of multidomestication. multidomestication human resources recruiting strategy is the strategy to use in case of stabilization in local area.

우리는 흔히 인간은 자신의 행위를 선택하고 통제할 수 있는 자유의지를 지닌 존재이기 때문에 행위에 대해 그 책임을 물을 수 있다고 말한다. 인간의 행위는 자연현상처럼 단순한 움직임으로 파악될 수 없다. 행위에는 마음이 작용하여 매우 복잡한 내면의 과정을 거쳐 나타나기 때문이다. 인간의 행위는 인간의 내부와 외부로부터 다양한 영향을 받는다. 행위에 영향을 주는 다양한 내적 외적 요인들은 '자신의 자유의지로 선택하고 통제할 수 있는 영역', '통제가능한 영역으로 변환 될 수 있는 영역', '부분적으로 결정된 영역', 그리고 '선택이나 통제가 불가능한 완전히 결정된 영역'으로 나뉘어진다. 인간의 행위에 영향을 주는 내적 외적 요인들에는 자신의 자유의지로 선택되고 통제가능한 요인들이 있는 반면, 자신이 선택하거나 통제 할 수 없는 상당히 많은 요인들도 있다는 것에 우리는 주목해야 한다. 인간에게 자유의지가 있다는 사회통념에 의해, 자신이 선택하거나 통제할 수 없는 요인들로부터 영향을 받아 발생된 인간의 행위에 대한 책임까지도 행위자에게 지우게 하는 것은 매우 불합리하다. 스스로 선택할 수없는 유전요인이나 환경요인으로 인한 책임문제가 이에 해당한다. 이런 문제를 해결하기위해서는 정치력과 교육력이 요청된다. 좋지 못한 외적인 환경요인들로 인해 발생한 책임은 정치에 있다. 인간의 내면에 올바른 가치관을 형성시킴으로 좋지 않은 내적 유전요인을 극복할 수 있는 힘은 교육에 있다. 이런 점에서 정치와 교육은 인간행위에 대한 책임문제에서 자유로울 수 없다.

This study is a theoretical account of HRs requirements in educational institutions in light of the growing influence of digital technology on human rights. It intends to reveal prominent human and civilizational values encapsulated in modern human rights regulations. It dwells on educational and societal requirements for educational inclusion in the school and university curricula in light of changes that have taken place in HRs in the digital age. Relying on the descriptive documentary research design, the study concluded that HRs are inherently moral duties and fixed values. They include the importance of tolerance, freedom, peace, justice, science, work, and equality. Because education is arguably based on human and civilized values, educational foundations require intake of awareness, systematic integration and responsibility from all academic and community institutions, including family and media institutions. The article closes on a note of how technology has impacted human rights in the digital age. It provides implications and recommendations to pedagogies accordingly.

이 연구는 지리학에서 전개되어 온 도덕적 전환에 나타난 도덕 및 윤리적 측면을 중심으로 도덕 및 윤리, 지리, 교육 사이의 상호관련성을 검토한 것이다. 1970년대 이후 지리학은 차이의 세계에서 펼쳐지는 공간적 불평등과 인간의 복지와 같은 도덕적 쟁점에 대한 관심, 즉 사회적 적실성과 사회정의 실현을 강조하면서 도덕적 전환을 하게 된다. 이러한 도덕적 전환은 도덕지리라는 영역을 개척하게 되고, 최근 포스트모더니즘의 경향과 함께 차이의 세계를 살아가는 다양한 타자와 자연에 대한 비도덕적 지리를 고발하면서 인간과 환경에 대한 배려와 책임의 윤리를 강조한다. 도덕적으로 부주의하게 지리를 가르치지 않기 위해서는, 이제 지리교육에서도 도덕적 전환을 생각할 볼 시점이다. 지리교육이 보다 나은 세계를 만드는 데 기여하려 한다면, 배려와 책임의 윤리라는 측면에서 지리교육과정 및 수업에 대해 더욱 더 진지하게 도덕적으로 성찰할 필요가 있다.

이 논문은 지속가능한 발전(또는 개발)에서 지속가능성 개념을 생태윤리적인 측면에서 지속가능성이 가지는 의미를 분석해보고, 생태윤리에서 지속가능성의 특징을 제시하고 있다. 생태적 지속가능성에 대한 논의에서 우선 지속성과 변화를 대립의 관계로 보는 것이 아니라 서로 중첩될 수 있는 관계로 보아야 하며, 생태적 지속성에서 '생태적'의 의미는 관계성으로 이해되어야 한다. 지속성이란 변화하는 어떤 것과 그것의 변화하지 않는 것과의 관계로 규정된다고 하겠다. 그리고 생태적 지속가능성이란 변화하는 생태계를 구성하는 존재(혹은 존재자들의 관계)와 그것의 변화하지 않는 생태계 존재 전체(내지 총체적 관계)의 관계라고 정의 내려져야 한다. 따라서 생태적 지속가능성에서는 인간과 생태계라는 두 축의 관점에서 상호의존성(network), 지속성(sustainablity), 책임성(responsibility)의 3 요소, 즉 인간과 자연의 상호의존, 생태적 관계의 지속, 그리고 이에 대한 인간의 책임이 중요하다. 그리고 생태적 지속가능성의 의미에서 존재와 존재관계의 지속, 변화하는 지속가능성, 존재의 비존재에 대한 우위, 생명들 간의 연대성에 의거한 상호의존성이 중시되어야 할 가치가 된다.

주거는 인간생활의 기본적인 욕구이며, 가족생활의 근간이 되며, 인간생활과 행동을 통제하는 구조적 특성을 가지고 있다. 주거의 구조적인 특성은 가족구조에 따라 가족의 생활주기와 가족 구성원의 관계, 아동발달 및 건강과 같은 가족생활에 다양한 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구는 주거빈곤을 최저주거기준 미달, 과도한 주거비 부담, 주거 불안정으로 정의하고, 이러한 주거빈곤 가구의 가족책임 부담, 가족관계 만족, 가족생활 만족에 미치는 영향경로를 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 3차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 분석방법은 구조방정식(SEM)을 사용하였고, 모델 적합도가 타당하게 나타났다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 주거빈곤은 가족책임 부담에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 가족갈등대처방법, 가족생활 및 가족관계 만족, 건강(주관적, 정신적, 신체적)에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 주거빈곤이 가족생활 및 가족관계에 미치는 간접효과는 건강을 매개한 효과보다는 가족 갈등대처방법을 통한 매개효과가 더 크게 나타났으나, 주거빈곤이 가족생활 및 가족관계에 미치는 영향은 직접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문의 목적은 생명공학 기술에 대한 찬성 또는 반대 의견에 대한 가치체계의 근간을 스노우(C. P. Snow)의 '두 문화' 문제 - 과학문화와 인문문화 - 개념을 모티브로, 목적론적 윤리설과 의무론적 윤리설, 전통우생학과 자유주의 우생학 등 가치선택의 다양한 갈래가 공존하고 있음을 논하는데 있다. 또한, 과학과 생명공학 기술에 대한 '잘못된 신화'- 과학의 객관성에 대한 신화, 과학과 과학자의 독립성과 자율성, 생명공학 기술의 세계기아 해결 - 를 지적함으로써 과학기술에 대한 적확한 판단을 모색하고 있다. 마지막으로, 생명공학 기술의 생산주체인 생명공학자에게 연구윤리와 사회적 책임은 물론 개방성, 도덕적 민감성과 상상력, 성찰과 품성의 윤리학을 요구하고 있다.

This paper described the effect of subjective approach in case of the human sensibility experiments. The procedure is proceeded subjectively. Human faces are selected as the image presentation media. Pleasant and unpleasant images are selected directly by examiner, And also the image presentation system, which is executed with a computer and has the square-type black box monitor equipment, is manufactured. Images are presented with the step-variation time interval technique. questionnaire test and EEG signal detection data are analyzed. The analysis parameters are a “frequency band integral value” and a “band differential variation ratio”. he results show the high sensibility and fast response. The fact that image presenting repetition alleviates is verified.

인간의 모든 행위가 그러하듯 VTS 관제 역시 관제사의 마음에서 시작된다. 관제의 시작이 되는 심리적 동기(마음)는 집단무의식, 공포, 책임감, 인간애로 대별되며 이들은 관제사를 각성시키고 관제 전반을 지배한다. 그 중 상위요소(책임감, 인간애)는 기반요소에 비해 보다 긍정적으로 관제 행위에 적용되므로 VTS 운영 목적인 해상교통안전 달성을 위한 효과적인 수단이 될 수 있다. 관제사가 이러한 덕성을 함양할 수 있도록 교육 과정의 개선이 필요하다.
