대순사상의 인간 본성론(本性論) 연구 (A Study on the Theory of Human Nature in Daesoon Thought)

  • 본 논문은 대순사상에서의 인간 본성에 대한 이해와 그 특징을 비롯하여 그 본성론이 대순진리회의 기본사업 및 3대 중요사업의 방향성과 어떻게 연관하고 있는가를 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 대순사상의 본성론을 이해하기 위해서 필자는 유학전통에서 나타난 여러 본성론을 유형(類型)별로 나누어 이를 분석하고 검토하였다. 이 유형적인 틀을 방법론적 기준으로 삼아 대순사상의 본성론을 살펴보았다. 대순사상에서는 인간 본성을 정직하고 진실한 양심(良心)으로 명확하게 규정하였다. 또한, 의(衣)·식(食)·색(色)의 추구라는 인간의 기본적인 생물학적 욕구도 본성으로 수용하는 태도를 보였다. 이는 도덕성과 생물학적 욕구를 아울러 본성으로 규정한 왕부지(王夫之)의 본성론과 일치하지는 않으나 상당히 유사하다고 평가할 수 있다. 대순사상의 본성론은 인간의 도덕성을 강조하면서도 생물학적 욕구가 인간 삶의 기본적인 요소라는 점을 충분히 수용하고 있었다. 또한, 초월적 절대자인 구천상제(九天上帝)의 명에 의해 본성이 내재화하는 것으로 인식할 수 있는 여지를 보임으로써 종교적인 성향을 강하게 내포하는 특징을 보였다. 대순진리회의 기본사업인 포덕·교화·수도에서는 이 정직하고 진실한 본성을 온전하게 회복하는 것을 하나의 목적으로 하고 있었다. 3대 중요사업 가운데 사회복지사업과 구호자선사업에서는 의·식·색의 추구라는 인간의 기본적인 욕구를 인정하고 수용하여 적절한 차원에서 이를 보장하는 방향으로 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • this study has dual purposes; one is to develope a new theoretical framework in consumer behavior area by applying the human ecological approach, and the other is to test the theory empirically area by applying the human ecological approach, and the other is to test the theory empirically by examining prepurchasing behavior of housing. Research methods adopted in this study are library search and survey research with self-administered questionnaires. The statistical methods used in the survey research are factor analysis, chi square test, and multivariate analysis with crosstablulations. According to the human ecological approach, ecological environments are important sources of consumer needs which , in turn, are satisfied by purchasing behavior in the market. Within this theoretical framework, consumers con improve the quality to life by perceving clearly what their needs are thereby making the most possible efficient purchasing decision making. The major findings of the empirical research on the basis of the theoretical framework are as follows; 1) Housing needs significantly vary with different ecological environment. 2) consumer information search behavior does not differ significantly by housing needs. 3) Housing needs turn out to be an intervening variable between ecological environments and consumer information search behavior. the results of this study show that the human ecological approach is useful in consumer behavior studies. The empirical result that consumer needs are not significantly satisfied by consumer behavior suggests a now direction in consumer education.

퍼지이론을 응용한 효율적 감성 수집과 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effective Method for Collecting and Analyzing Human Sensibility Applied Fuzzy Set Theory)

  • Product design and development is very important process in enterprise activities. Reducing development time and reflecting consumer's needs is required to product design and development for increasing benefit and decreasing cost. Human sensibility ergonomics is one of the important technology of R&D in product development. However, the subjective method of human sensibility ergonomics has several problems to analyze and to Quantify experimental data and objective method of human sensibility ergonomics is still in process on study. In this research, new analyzing method is proposed for the subjective human sensibility ergonomics applied with fuzzy set theory. What is the useful theory for controlling uncertain type of information like human mind? This approach is more effective method for analyzing consumer's needs for product design and development process. At collecting needs, certainty scale is added for adapting hedge of fuzzy function. Using a kind of union operator, synthesize each item to analyze identification of each item with fuzzy hamming distance. Identification of analysis is classified with the relational weight using Relationship Chart Method, and is drawn the relationship diagram for clustering each item. A case study with sample test is conducted and demonstrated with this suggested method for more effective way.

특허 키워드 분석을 활용한 기술인문융합 현황 분석 (Issues for Technology-Humanities Convergence : Patent Keyword Analysis)

  • As the limitation of the existing convergence is pointed out, technology-humanities convergence which highlights the enhancement of the quality of life of humans, is focused as a solution to facilitate sustainable technological innovation. Technology-humanities convergence has already occurred in various industries, of which a considerable number of successful cases can be noted. However, few efforts have been made to investigate technologyhumanities convergence as an independent academic field. Therefore, this paper aimed to identify the status of technology-humanities convergence. To do this, first, a definition of technology-humanities convergence was proposed. Second, based on Maslow's theory, the types of human needs and related key words were extracted. Third, patents related to human needs were collected from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (2000~2014). Fourth and last, the status of technology-humanities convergence was analyzed in terms of "convergence trends" and "convergence areas." This research is expected to promote more creative and human-centered performances of innovation as well as to support decision-making when the innovation strategy-as attempted by the quantitative analysis of technology-humanities convergence in the perspective of sustainable competitiveness-is established.

대전.청주지역 의류유통산업 종사자들의 관련 교과목 필요도에 대한 인식 (Needs for the Educational Subjects of Practitioners in Apparel Distribution Industry in Taejon and Chongju)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the needs for the educational subjects of practitioners in apparel distribution industry and to examine the relationship between the needs and their socio-demographic variables. And it was intended to be used as basic data to develop the curriculum for continuing education in university. The subjects were consisted of 473 practitioners in apparel distribution industries in Taejon and Chongju. A questionnaire was used and classified into seven areas--basic area textile science, design, clothing construction, fashion marketing theory, fashion marketing practice and business management. Descriptive analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used for statistical analyses. The results of this study were as follows: First, the educational needs of subjects by practitioners were in the following order: 1)fashion marketing practice, 2)design, 3)fashion marketing theory, 4)business management, 5)clothing construction, 6)textile science, 7)basic area. Second, the educational needs of subjects by practitioners were also related to their socio-demographic variables like educational background, work area, type of market, total work experience, years in present job, and the role. It was implied that subject areas like fashion marketing and design with theory and practice we of most importance for practitioners in apparel distribution industry. Therefore, a university curriculum of continuing education for them should take into account of those factors mentioned above.

Determinants of Business Process Outsourcing in Human Resource Function

  • The management of organizational Human Resource is steadily shifting away from pure hierarchical to market mechanisms that involve external vendors. HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) has recently emerged as a significant administrative innovation in an organization's strategy. Our paper attempts to understand firm-specific factors influencing the scope of HR BPO needs. Study results show that IT maturity and firm size are influential factors on the scope of HR BPO needs. We hope that our attempt at empirically examining and predicting this emergent phenomenon will stimulate others to look at this important strategic challenge facing firms from a theoretical perspective. Such research initiatives will allow us not only to better understand this complex phenomenon, but also to drive useful management prescriptions grounded on theory-based research.

남북한 동류의식 형성을 위한 기독교교육적 과제 (A study of Christian education for the formation of 'Peer Consciousness' in North and South Korea)

  • 연구 목적 : 본 연구는 통일 후 남북한 동류의식 형성을 위한 기독교교육적 과제를 모색하기 위해 시작되었다. 지난 분단 시기 동안 남한과 북한은 정치·경제·사회·문화·교육 등 사회의 거의 모든 요소에서 이질화 되었다. 이질화 된 두 사회가 만나 통일의 과정에서 경험하게 될 다양한 사회 갈등을 고려할 때, 사회 통합의 문제는 더 이상 제도적 통합이나 경제적 통합의 하위 요소가 아니라 그 자체로 필수적 요소가 된다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 연구를 위해 인간의 욕구가 사회 갈등의 조건이라는 '인간 욕구 이론'을 바탕으로 사회 갈등의 형태를 분석했다. 사회의 갈등은 인간의 다양한 욕구가 충족되지 않은 것으로부터 기인하며 이는 결국 동류의식을 형성하고자 하는 정체성의 갈등으로 확장된다. 사회적 갈등이 정체성 갈등으로 수렴된 통일 독일의 사례에 비추어 통일 한국 시대의 갈등은 곧 정체성 갈등이 될 것이라고 예측했다. 결론 및 제언 : 통일 후 사회의 갈등을 봉합해야 할 기독교교육의 방향을 '기독교교육의 공공성'과 '하나님 나라' 개념에 대한 신학적 성찰로부터 도출하였다. 그리고 사회 통합의 구체적인 교육방안으로 시민과 제자로서의 이중 정체성에 대한 기독교교육을 통해 하나님 사랑과 이웃 사랑의 담론을 제시하는 동시에 신앙 공동체를 통한 재 사회화 교육의 필요성을 강조하였다.

감성 만족도의 정량화를 위한 퍼지 소속 함수 개발 (Development of Fuzzy Membership Function for Emotional Satisfaction Quantification)

  • Fuzzy theory provides an intelligence treatment model for judgement about information when it needs a solution or a decision making about vague problems. Therefore, fuzzy theory is used for appropriate evaluation and decision on obscure information as human's emotion in human factors, In previous study, fuzzy membership function is defined for judgement infOlmation as human's emotion then ultimate results are deducted through fuzzy inference model. This method uses general CWTent through literature review or max, min and average as representative statics value about considering variables. But, this method makes away with nonlinear's or inegular's factors of human sensibility. Accordingly, application of this method leads to considerable loss of information in the ultimate evaluation. For that reason, this method has a limitation in objective evaluation of human factors. So, this study focuses on development of fuzzy membership function, which evaluates human's emotion or feeling accurately and objectively. We used the regression analysis and reasoned a fuzzy membership function about the relation of the variables. Then we verified the adequacy with the reliability through the experiment after this.

Types of Lexicographical Information Needs and their Relevance for Information Science

  • In some situations, you need information in order to solve a problem that has occurred. In information science, user needs are often described through very specific examples rather than through a classification of situation types in which information needs occur. Furthermore, information science often describes general human needs, typically with a reference to Maslow's classification of needs (1954), instead of actual information needs. Lexicography has also focused on information needs, but has developed a more abstract classification of types of information needs, though (until more recent research into lexicographical functions) with a particular interest in linguistic uncertainties and the lack of knowledge and skills in relation to one or several languages. In this article, we suggest a classification of information needs in which a tripartition has been made according to the different types of situations: communicative needs, cognitive needs, and operative needs. This is a classification that is relevant and useful in general in our modern information society and therefore also relevant for information science, including lexicography.

  • Recent national policies National Competency Standards(NCS) to develop teaching-oriented education in the field of industry and learning is taking place. Plan to take advantage of the Internet and multimedia classes, information and communication technology (ICT) for ways to leverage the integration appearing in various forms. The purpose of this study is causal influence on the ARCS motivation theory can determine the basic psychology of human motivation factors and the desires of a typical human nature theory dealing with the psychological needs of interactivity and immersion is learning achievement and learning transfer and to validate the demonstration. By applying information and communication technology sector in the development of learning in information and communication equipment training program modules from a field study conducted at the NCS with a clear empirical and empirical research through the synchronization to the learner and to explore the possibility of generalization.
