본 연구는 한국 대학들의 산학협력 역량의 공간적 패턴을 분석하고, 산학협력 연계성이 높은 공간 범위를 파악하기 위한 군집분석을 수행하였다. 대학 설립유형별로는 거점국립대학의 산학협력 역량이 전반적으로 우세하며, 특히 기술이전·사업화 부문과 인프라 부문에서 사립대학이나 일반 국립대학보다 우위에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 산학협력 역량의 공간적 패턴은 시·도별 차이가 비교적 명확히 나타났다. 부문별 산학협력 역량에서, 인재양성 부문과 인프라 부문에 있어서는 지역 간 격차가 크지 않으나, 기술이전·사업화 부문과 창업 부문에 있어서는 지역 간 격차가 비교적 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 산학협력 패턴의 유사성과 공간적 근접성 측면에서 연계성이 높은 공간 범위를 파악하기 위해서 군집분석을 한 결과 15개 군집으로 나누어졌으며, 산학협력 전 부문이 강하게 나타나는 군집에서 거점국립대학이 속해 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 산학협력의 효과성 제고를 통해 지역혁신성장을 달성하기 위한 정책 방안으로 거점국립대학이 허브(hub) 역할을 하고 인근의 지역대학들이 스포크(spoke) 역할을 하는 허브 & 스포크(hub & spoke) 네트워크형 협업 체계의 구축을 제안한다.

본 연구는 효과적인 정보공유를 위한 방안으로서 생성의미종속성을 소개하고, 데이터의 생성의미에 대한 이해가 정보공유에 미치는 영향을 측정하는 정보공유비용모형을 제시한다. 정보공유비용모형은 복수의 사용자집단 또는 부서들 사이에서 데이터의 생성의미 차이로 인한 정보공유 오류비용을 측정한다. 정보공유 오류비용은 정보공유오류의 발생확률과 비용에 의하여 결정되는데, 오류 발생확률은 사용자집단들 사이의 생성의미 차이를 나타내는 정보공유 거리로 측정된다. 본 연구는 대표적인 정보공유아키텍처인 부서별 데이터관리구조, 허브형 구조, 계층형 구조, 독립형 구조를 대상으로 정보공유비용을 측정함으로써 정보공유구조가 정보공유에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 정보공유비용의 관점에서 허브형이 가장 우수한 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 데이터의 생성의미에 대한 표준화가 이루어지지 않을 경우, 허브형 정보공유구조는 부서별 데이터관리구조와 같은 특성을 보였다. 그리고 모든 정보공유구조가 독립형 구조보다 낮은 정보공유비용을 보임으로써 비록 표준화가 이루어지지 않아도 데이터를 공유하는 것이 공유하지 않는 경우보다 우수한 것으로 분석되었다.

세계보건기구(WHO)가 3월 11일 코로나19에 대해 팬데믹(Pandemic)을 선언한 이후 현재 ('20.05.29 기준) 214개 국가에서 580만명이 넘는 확진자가 발생했으며, 사망자는 약 36만명에 이른다. 코로나 19의 세계적 유행은 수 많은 국가와 도시의 봉쇄를 야기했고 강력한 사회적 거리 두기는 보건, 교육, 정치, 종교, 경제 등 거의 모든 분야에 많은 영향을 주고있다. 우리나라는 코로나19에 대응하기위하여 다양한 디지털 기술을 적극적으로 활용하고 있으며 이러한 대응은 국제적으로 성공적인 사례로 소개되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이중에서 코로나19 역학조사지원시스템의 개발 배경 및 과정과 함께 시스템의 기능을 소개하고 이 시스템이 아주 짧은 기간에 개발 및 실제 적용 될 수 있도록 결정적인 역할을 한 스마트시티 데이터허브 기술에 대해서 소개하고자 한다. 또한, 본 사례를 기반으로 도시에서 데이터허브 등과 같은 수평적 공통 플랫폼의 미래의 도시에서 역할과 중요성에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

실종자 수색은 많은 시간과 인력이 필요하다. 그 해결책의 일환으로 YOLO 기반 모델을 활용하여 실종자 수색 AI 시스템을 구현하였다. 객 객체 탐지 모델을 훈련하기 위해 AI-Hub에서 드론 이동체 인지 영상(도로 고정)을 수집하고 모델을 학습하였다. 또한, 훈련 데이터 세트와 상이한 환경에서의 성능을 평가하기 위해 산악 환경 데이터 세트를 추가 수집하였다. 실종자 수색 AI 시스템의 최적화를 위해 모델 크기 및 하이퍼파라미터에 따른 성능평가, 과대적합 우려에 대한 추가 성능평가를 시행하였다. 성능평가 결과 YOLOv5-L 모델이 우수한 성능을 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 데이터 증강 기법을 적용함에 따라 모델의 성능이 보다 향상되었다. 이후 웹 서비스에는 데이터 증강 기법을 적용한 YOLOv5-L 모델을 적용하여 실종자 수색의 효율성을 높였다.

Rotor system is a very important part which produces lift, thrust and control force in helicopter. Component of rotor system must endure various flight load for the required life. In helicopter rotor system, bearingless rotor system is the highest technology rotor system compare with articulated and hingeless rotor system. Baaringless rotor system is not include mechanical flap hinge, lag hinge and pitch bearing. Bearingless rotor component flexbeam which made by composite material has conduct hinge and bearing role instead of mechanical flap hinge, lag hinge and pitch bearing. These characteristics has less part number and lass weight than others. In this paper, conduct safe life analysis of bearingless composite component flexbeam and torque tube applying to utility helicopter load condition.

Nowadays, the bus system of a metropolitan area is improving very fast. According to the bus, commuter railways increase their competitive power. For this, trains get the mobility increasing, effective transferring system and unified information service. For the mobility increasing, commuting railway must be faster by flexible train diagram and facilities improvement. And finally, optimal commuter train, 'Liner' is needful. And for effective transferring system, it is necessary that railway station and transferring center of a city be merged. And it is needful that direct management bus by railway company and unification fare system on metropolitan region. Next, for information service system improving, the commuting railway station must be regional transportation hub at first. And it is needful that unified line map of trunk line transportation systems and regionally collective transportation system information book. Therefore, metropolitan commuting railways compete with trunk line bus and cooperate with feeder line bus, and can make optimal metropolitan public transportation systems.

The purposes of this paper are first, to develop and adapt auditing methodology of rural amenity resource investigation and second, to propose strategic planning of amenity web data base system. Relating with auditing methodology, we make the life cycle of rural amenity resource investigation based on value chain method. we make 8 stage of auditing process and 105 auditing items in details. We adapt these guidelines in real world and then improve developed methodology. Therefore we expect to promote the quality and accuracy of investigation project using these guidelines. Relating with blue print of strategic planning, we first analyse external environment about Competitors, Suppliers, New entrants, Buyers, Substitutes with 5 force model for amenity information system. We second make the blue print of strategic planning of amenity web data base system project. Then we propose the FIRST, BEST, MOST strategy of amenity web data base system and the web hub system.

Feathering spindle is one of the critical parts of the rotor system in the Smart Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(SUAV) that it was manufactured with special material, Maraging C300. During the initial ground and tie-down flight tests of the SUAV, surface of the feathering spindle contacting to the needle-roller bearings showed excessive wear and dent due to high vibrating loads transferred from the rotating blades. Gas nitriding process was applied to the bearing contact surface of the feathering spindle to increase surface hardness so as to improve the surface defects. This paper briefly presents the gas nitriding process adopted and the spindle quality improvements including wear and corrosion resistance.

통신대역폭 거래(Bandwidth Trading, BT)는 국제적으로 1 조 달러 이상의 잠재적 시장을 보유한 사업 분야로, 특히 통신사업자에게는 비용절감과 새로운 수익창출의 기회를 제공한다. 그러나 아직까지 BT 에 대한 체계적인 연구는 국내/외를 막론하고 초기단계에 있다. 본 논문은 먼저 차세대 All-IP 인프라 환경에서 통신대역폭이 상품화되는 경향을 살펴본다. 또한 BT 허브(exchange hub) 역할을 할 제 3자 기반의 BTS(BT System)을 제안한다. 마지막으로 제안된 BTS 환경에서 통신사업자의 수입을 극대화하는 BTE(BT Engine)을, Markov 의사결정모형을 적용하여 개발한다.

A theoretical study is presented for the end-point holding control of a one-link flexible arm, whose base is subjected to a lateral fluctuation. The arm is clamped on a rigid hub mounted directly on the shaft of d.c. servomoter. The tip position is measured by a gap sensor fixed in space isolated from the system vibration. The arm is controlled so as to make the end point stay precisely at its initial position even if the base is fluctuated.
