대학생들의 집의 의미에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Meaning of Home of the University Student)

  • Not only is home a place, but also it has psychological and social meaning. Then the meaning of home is different according to geographical location or group. Therefore, under this background, the purpose of this study was to analyze the meaning of home of the university students. The data was collected through the students ' essay about "the meaning of housing for me". The samples are 158 in total. The research method which was performed in order to recognize the meaning of home was a content analysis . As the results of study, the meaning of home are 10 in total. First order is a home as a refuge, second order is a home as a space with a family, and third order is a home as a base of activity.

대학생의 라이프스타일과 유비쿼터스 주거 기능 선호 - 광주광역시 대학생을 대상으로 - (University Students's Life Styles and Preferences for Ubiquitous Residential Functions)

  • This paper documents research carried on the University students who are potential residents of the city to find out their preference for the ubiquitous residential functions, and categorize based on the life style to find out difference of their preference on ubiquitous residential functions. A survey was conducted on 324 university students in Gwangju city. The students were selected through purposive sampling and quota sampling by self-administered questionnaire sheets. The analysis analyzing methods using SPSS/PC 12.0 are frequency, percentage, factor analysis, cluster analysis, $x^2$(chaisquare)-test and one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance). For the survey, lifestyle types were categorized as: These are classified based on the analysis of facts regarding characteristics of student's lifestyles that are divided into nine types of facts and then make the four types through the cluster analysis as below. Energetic life type, Inactive life type, Family-oriented life type, Thrifty and Personality-oriented life type. The residential function of Ubiquitous is classified as Safety, Convenience, Comfortableness, Information, Health, Leisure and the residential space is divided into bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom. Considering the preference aspects for Ubiquitous residential function, among the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, University student seek for safety from the living room, Convenience from the kitchen and Comfortableness from the living room, bedroom and kitchen. For Information, bedroom is most preferred among the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. For Health and Leisure, bedroom is preferred between bedroom and living room. In terms of the difference about the preferences for ubiquitous functions based on the four types of lifestyles; The Thrift-oriented type is commonly preferred to the Inactive type among the bedroom, living room and kitchen. The Family-oriented and the Thrift-oriented type were preferred to the Energetic and Inactive types in the bathroom. Also, in the entire residential space, the Ubiquitous functions is most preferred by the Thrifty and Personality-oriented life type.

<고령자-대학생>의 홈셰어 운영에 관한 분석 - 서울시 4개 자치구를 중심으로 - (Anaysis on Management about the Intergenerational Homeshare by Senior-Young Student - Focusing on 4 Districts in Seoul, Korea -)

  • The Homeshare program, which was introduced in 2012, has been implemented with the purpose of reduction of housing costs for young students and economic support for the senior to prevent isolation and help themselves. Nonetheless, the program has not being activated and the research about it has not progressed well. Therefore, this study as a basic research of the program aims to analyze and evaluate the program in progress in district offices to push it forward. This study was undertaken on documentary research and interviews, which analyzed advanced researches and open materials from the websites of district offices. The interviews were conducted in 4 gu-district offices (Nowon-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Seodaemun-gu, and Seongdong-gu) and did interviews with officials in charge on July in 2015. The result of this study is as follows. First, the Homeshare is being activated around the university town, which has advantage of housing welfare aspects for young students and social welfare aspects for the senior. Second, the support structures of the Homeshare can be categorized as the gu-districts offices, local resources and different structures funded by the Seoul City. Third, the process of the Homeshare takes 5 steps consisted of advertisement, reception/counseling, matching, contract, follow-up management. Fourth, the matching makes it a rule to match the same gender considering safety. In the case of the participation of the official in charge, it has a advantage of solving problems that can occur when the matching, which can lead to smooth progress. Fifth, joint consultation is divided into the contract among participants and the contract between participants and the gu-district office. Sixth, the follow-up management takes rather passive approaches such as calls once or twice a month and visits when necessary. For the activation of the Homeshare, it is required to improve it through the various methods such as regular visits, satisfaction researches and so on. This study resulted from investigating and analyzing the Homeshare operation system between generations will be considered to be a reference to the underlying management.

청소년이 인식하는 중학교 노년기 주생활 교육 실태와 교육 필요도 (Actual Condition & the Need of Education for Elderly Housing Education Perceived by Adolescents)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 노년기 주생활 교육 실태 및 교육 필요도를 파악하여 개정 가정 교육과정 주생활영역에서의 교과서 개발 연구와 교사의 교수 시 도움을 주고자 하였다. 연구결과, 중학교 때 배웠던 노년기 주생활 수업이 이론 위주이고 교육내용이 흥미롭지 않아 상당수가 불만족하므로 학습자들이 실습과 체험활동 등을 경험할 수 있는 교육내용과 다양한 수업방식이 필요하겠다. 청소년은 노년기 주생활 교육내용으로 노인을 배려한 공간계획 요소(안전성, 관리, 실내 환경), 노년 주거계획 전반, 노인복지 서비스를 필요로 하였고, 3세대 가족 주거와 노인전용주택의 필요도는 상대적으로 낮았다. 이러한 교육내용은 성별, 거주면적, 가정소득, 출신 중학교 학교형태, 현 주택 거주 년 수의 일부 관련 변인에 따라 차이가 있었다. 따라서 2007년 개정 교육과정의 교과서에서는 필요도가 높은 교육내용을 적절한 단원에 포함시키도록 한다. 현행 7차 교육과정의 노년기 주생활 교육내용은 교과서별로 편차가 크므로 교과서 집필 시는 노년기 주생활 교육내용이 골고루 포함될 수 있도록 고려한다. 아울러 교사의 교수 시는 특성 변인의 차이를 감안하여 교육내용을 구성할 필요가 있겠다. 개정 교육과정에서는 교수.학습방법으로 학생들의 체험적인 활동을 중시하고, 지역사회와 밀접한 관계를 가지도록 권장하므로 현재의 장애체험 교육활동의 범위를 확장시켜 노인체험활동을 포함할 수 있도록 교육내용을 구성한다면 노년기 주생활 교육의 효과가 더 커질 것이므로 이를 위한 프로그램 개발도 요망된다.

한일 수도권 교외 신도시 고령화 특성 비교 연구 - 분당신도시와 다마뉴타운을 중심으로 (A Comparative Study on Aging Characteristics in Metropolitan Area New Towns of Korea and Japan Specifically on Bundang and Tama New Town)

  • 본 연구는 한일 수도권 신도시 및 신도시 내 주요 단지의 인구 구조와 고령화율에 대한 시계열적 변화 과정을 살펴보고, 고령화율이 높은 단지의 주택공급 특성 비교를 통하여 신도시 고령화에 영향을 미친 요소들에 대한 한일간 차이를 밝히고자 하였다. 일본의 다마뉴타운 초기에 개발된 공동주택단지를 중심으로 급격한 고령화가 진행 중에 있으며 단지의 최초 입주시기와 비례하여 고령화율이 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이는 초기 이주가구 중 임대주택 거주자일수록 주택의 협소함 등으로 인해 자녀세대의 세대분리 시점이 빠르게 나타나 고령화의 한 원인으로 작용하였기 때문이다. 한편 한국 분당신도시의 경우 학령인구의 지속적인 유입으로 수도권 및 서울보다 낮은 고령화율 및 고령화 속도를 유지하고 있으나, 일부 대형주택을 중심으로 부동산 거래 침체로 인해 고령화의 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 2010년 시점부터 중동신도시를 제외한 나머지 4개 수도권 1기 신도시에서 인구가 감소하는 추세로 전환되었고, 다마뉴타운 초기개발지구와 같이 내 외부적인 요인에 의해 특정시점부터 급속하게 쇠퇴하는 경우가 발생할 수 있으므로 단지 거주자들의 인구구성 변화 및 고령화 진행속도를 지속적으로 모니터링 할 필요가 있다.

베이커리 제품에 대한 여대생의 이용현황에 관한 연구 (The Purchasing Practice of Bakery Product by Female University Student)

  • This study was designed to identify the purchasing practice on the bakery products by the female university students in Seoul and Kyunggi area. Total 262 questionnaires were used for the analysis among 285 responses. The results showed that 50.76% of the respondents bought the bakery products 1∼3 times a month mainly for supper or snacks. The most favored bakery products were bread, danguaja bbang, cake, pie and jori bbang, and there was a signigicant difference in the preference of bakery products by the type of dwelling (p<0.001). Students with non-food science major significantly preferred bakeries as light meals (p<0.01). Students with food science major liked bread, jori bbang, cake and pie, but the non-food science majors liked bread, sweat red-bean bread and sandwich (p<0.05). Depending upon the housing status and the major of the respondents, there was a signifcant difference in the purchase factor like nutrition, taste, size and sanitation of the store (p<0.05), while the purchasing frequency was not affected by those factors (p<0.05). As to the question if there is a room for improvement, different housing status influenced significantly the respondents in citing the factors like business hours and service, and the shape of product and service(p<0.05).

여대생의 생활 습관에 따른 국소한랭혈관 반응 (Finger temperature Response According to Daily Life of Female College Student)

  • The purpose of this study was to define the effects of the finger temperature response according to the daily life of college student. For this study, 31 healthy female college students were taken as a subject group. To define the effects of the finger temperature response, housing style, subjective thermal sensations during daily life in the house and domestic working time were surveyed. The finger temperature response items were measured. The results were as follows. Strong, normal and weak group members were divided according to their cold resistance index(RI) 3, 8, 20 people, repectively. Subjective thermal sensations during daily life in the house affects the cold resistance index(p<.01). The cold resistance index(RI) got higher as domestic working time was increased(p<.05, F-value=3.927). The percentage wearing protective gloves during domestic work in the weak group was higher than the normal or strong groups. Subjective sensations during daily life and domestic working time effected the local cold tolerance, living in a comfortable environment continuously can weaken one's cold tolerance.

일상 및 가정행사 공간을 통해 본 거실과 안방의 기능 -1992년과 2002년의 자녀성년기 가정의 비교를 중심으로- (The Function of the Living Room and Anbang through the Activities of Daily Living and Family Rituals)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the trend of the room where activities of daily living and family rituals(activities of non-daily living) were performed between 1992 and 2002. Research data was collected in 1992 and 2002 from households living in Seoul that have university student by using questionnaire surveys. Data was analyzed using the SPSS package program. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) Living room was a multi-function space for various activities: receiving guests, family communication, ironing, sewing and dining as well as a kitchen. Anbang(master bed room) is the place where the couple sleeps. Anbang's function has changed from a multi-function space to a private space. 2) Most of the families performed the majority of the family rituals in the living room and Anbang. In 1992, traditional events and birthday parties were performed in Anbang, but in 2002, the trend has changed. This would mean that with time the majority of the family rituals were held in the living room. 3) Space planning is required to meet the dwellers' use of living room and Anbang.

대학생들의 웰다잉에 대한 인식 태도 및 공간 계획요소 중요도 연구 (A Study on Importance Evaluation on Planning Factors of Well-dying Space and Recognition Attitude of Well-dying in College Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the overall recognition on attitudes of well-dying and evaluation the importance of planning factors of well-dying space in college students. This will serve as a basis to accumulate materials on the recognition of well-dying and well-dying spaces of various generations of South Korea. This study conducted a survey from October 4th to 8th, 2016 with 119 college students from U University and K University. As the contents of the survey, were comprised of general socio-demographic elements, subjective recognition and attitudes toward well-dying, and the importance of the planning factors of the physical, emotional, social and spiritual environments of the well-dying space. The main results are as follows. (1) The interest of university students on death education is high, and there was a preference for 'home' where they could be comfortable and be with loved ones as the space for dying. Also, in case of events of bereaving them after death, formal grieving ceremonies were undesired. The funeral was desired to be simple, serene, and not too sad. (2) In evaluation of the importance of physical, emotional, and spiritual environmental planning factors, physical environmental factors were considered to be the most important overall, and the recognition of importance of the planning factors of spiritual environment was low.

학습자 참여 분석적 루브릭(rubric) 개발 수업이 중학생의 학습동기에 미치는 영향 - 주생활 단원을 중심으로 - (Effect of Instruction for the Learner-Involved Development of Analytical Rubrics on the Learning Motivation of Middle School Students: Focusing on the unit of 'Housing')

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제7차 교육과정 중학교 3학년과 2007 개정 교육과정 중학교 주생활 관련 단원의 수행평가를 위해 학습자 참여 분석적 루브릭 개발 수업이 학습동기에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있다. 루브릭 개발 수업은 개별 수행과제로 연구보고서법을 활용하여 '내가 살고 싶은 집'의 루브릭을 개발하는 것으로, 루브릭을 개발하는 과정은 정의, 개발, 평가 단계를 거쳐 이루어졌다. 루브릭 개발 수업이 학습동기에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 중학교 3학년 한 학급씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 선정하여 독립변인은 루브릭 제시방식으로 종속변인은 학습동기로 하여 총 2차시에 걸쳐 실험이 이루어졌고 사잔 사후 동기검사를 실시하였다. '내가 살고 싶은 집'의 루브릭은 '주거공간의 기본 조건에 대한 개념의 정확성', '적용방법의 적합성', '보고서 제출 마감일 준수'의 3가지 평가항목에 따라 채점기준이 A, B, C 또는 A, B, C, D 척도로 채점기준을 기술하였다. 채점자 간 신뢰도는 모두 높게 나타났다. 루브릭의 개발수업이 학습동기에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 주의집중과 관련성에는 영향을 주지 않았으나 자신감과 만족감에는 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 개방형 질문의 내용분석 결과에서도 루브릭 개발 수업이 학생의 자신감과 만족감에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
