  • 터널 내에서의 사고 유발 요소는 CCTV 카메라를 이용하여 검출하여 조기에 대응함으로써 차량의 정체뿐만 아니라 인적 물적 피해를 최소화하기 위하여 영상인식시스템이 도입되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 터널 내에서 여러 차량을 추적하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 Adaboost 알고리즘을 이용하여 차량을 검출하고 검출된 차량(객체)에 대하여 템플릿 매칭 기법을 이용하여 차량을 추적한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안하는 알고리즘이 여러 차량을 추적하는데 유용한 것을 확인 하였다.

  • 연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 통상적으로 사용되는 글라스 세라믹과 고분자를 침투시킨 지르코니아 소재로 제작된 코어와 레진 시멘트의 굴곡강도 및 결합강도를 비교하여 하이브리드 기술이 치과 재료의 물리적인 성질에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위함이다. 연구방법: 본 두 가지의 통상적으로 사용되는 세라믹소재[Vita PM9(GC) and I-JAM(ZC)] 와 다른 두 가지 하이브리드 세라믹 소재 [CELTRA Duo(ZRC) and Vita Enamic(RIZ)] 를 평가하였다. 각 그룹의 소재를 선택하여 결합강도와 굴곡강도, 그리고 scanning electron microscopy(SEM)을 이용하여 표면분석을 시행하였다. 도출된 결과 데이터는 일원분산분석(One-way ANOVA)을 통해 분석되었으며, 제1종 오류의 수준은 0.05로 하였다. 연구결과: RIZ 그룹에서 가장 높은 결합강도를 보였으며(p<0.05), ZC 그룹이 가장 낮은 결과를 보였다. 상대적으로 굴곡강도는 ZC 그룹이 가장 높은 수치를 나타내었으며, RIZ 그룹이 가장 취약했다. 연구결론: 하이브리드 기술로 제작된 소재(RIZ 그룹)는 우수한 레진 시멘트와의 결합강도를 보였지만, 그에 비해 굴곡강도는 상대적으로 통상적인 지르코니아 소재보다 비교적 취약한 결과를 보였다.

Purification of a Novel Anticancer Peptide from Enzymatic Hydrolysate of Mytilus coruscus

  • We applied enzymatic hydrolysis and tangential flow filtration (TFF) to purify a novel anticancer peptide from Mytilus coruscus (M. coruscus) and investigated its anticancer properties. To prepare the peptide, eight proteases were employed for enzymatic hydrolysis. Pepsin hydrolysates, which showed clearly superior cytotoxic activity on prostate cancer cells, were further purified using a flow filtration system using a TFF and consecutive chromatographic methods. Finally, a novel anticancer peptide was obtained, and the sequence was identified as Ala-Phe-Asn-Ile-His-Asn-Arg-Asn-Leu-Leu. The peptide from M. coruscus effectively induced cell death on prostate, breast and lung cancer cells but not on normal liver cells. This is the first report of an anticancer peptide derived from the hydrolysates of M. coruscus.

다수성 편친한성(片親限性) 봄누에 품종 "대풍잠" 육성 (Breeding of Daepoongjam, a Sex-limited Larval Marking and High Silk Yielding Silkworm Variety for Spring Rearing Season)

  • 다수성 품종으로 육성된 대풍잠은 새로운 봄누에 품종으로서 육성경위와 주요특성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 일본종계 원종 잠151은 도입 육성한 무늬 품종이며, 중국종계 원종 잠152는 교잡 육성한 강건다수성 한성무늬 누에품종이다. 2. 2005년 춘잠기 지역적응시험 결과는 대풍잠이 다수견, 다사량의 특성을 지닌 금옥 잠에 비해 전견중이 무거워 고치수량이 6% 증수되었다. 3. DNJ 함량은 대조 금옥잠 4.26 mg과 같은 수준인 4.22 mg으로 함량이 우수한 편이었고, 동충하초 생산력 검정에서 동충하초 생체중이 1개당 1.61 g으로 대조 1.41 g 보다 14% 무거워 다수성 특성을 나타냈다. 4. 조사성적에서는, 견사장은 1,536 m로 대조대비 지수로 8%가 떨어지나, 섬도가 굵고 견사량이 많아 1만두 생사량이 5.24 kg/만두로 대조 대비 지수로 4% 높아 다사량의 특성을 나타내었다. 5. 잠종생산능력에 있어서는 일본종계 원종 잠151의 나방당 산란수는 564개로 대조와 비슷하였다. 중국종계 원종 잠152의 산란수는 588개로 일반장려품종의 원종에 비해 산란성이 우수하였다.

Evaluation of Biomolecular Interactions of Sulfated Polysaccharide Isolated from Grateloupia filicina on Blood Coagulation Factors

  • An edible marine red alga, Grateloupia filicina, collected from Jeju Island of Korea was hydrolyzed by cheap food-grade carbohydrases (Viscozyme, Celuclast, AMC, Termamyl, and Ultraflo) to investigate its anticoagulant activity. Among the tested enzymatic extracts of G. filicina, a Termamyl extract showed the highest anticoagulant activity. Anion-exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose and gel-permeation chromatography on Sepharose-4B were used to purify the active polysaccharide from the crude polysaccharide fraction of G. filicina. The purified sulfated polysaccharide (0.42 sulfate/total sugar) showed ${\sim}1,357kDa$ molecular mass and was comprised mainly of galactose(98%) and 1-2% of glucose. The sample showed potential anticoagulant activity on activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) thrombin time (TT) assays. The purified G. filicina anticoagulant (GFA) inhibited the coagulation factor X (92%), factor II (82%), and factor VII (68%) of the coagulation cascade, and the molecular interaction (protein-polysaccharide) was highly enhanced in the presence of ATIII (antithrombin III). The dissociation constant of polysaccharide towards serine proteins decreased in the order of FXa (58.9 nM) >FIIa (74.6 nM) >FVII (109.3 nM). The low/less cytotoxicity of the polysaccharide benefits its use in the pharmaceutical industry; however, further studies that would help us to elucidate the mechanism of its activity are needed.

뽕나무 식재거리 및 원가지길이가 오디 수량과 생육에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Spacing and Main Branch Length on the Productivity of Mulberry Fruits and Growth of Mulberry)

  • 오디 생산을 위한 재배법 개발을 위하여 원줄기 길이 1m로 하여 원가지를 3~5개 정도로 유지하는 중간만들기 수형으로 유지하였다. 이 때 뽕나무 재배에 적합한 식재거리는 2${\times}$1 m(500주/10a)로 하는 것이 2${\times}$1.5 m(333주/10a)에 비하여 주당수량은 약간 적으나 식재 주수가 많아 단위면적당 수량은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 원가지 길이를 30, 50, 70 및 90 cm로 한 경우 90 cm 처리구에서 오디의 수량이 가장 많았다. 원가지 길이별 주당 가지수는 원가지 길이가 길수록 가지수가 많았으며, 10a당 가지량 및 엽량은 일정한 경향을 보이지 않았다. 식재 거리별 주당 가지수는 식재거리가 넓을수록 가지수가 많았고, 10a당 가지량 및 엽량은 일정한 경향을 보이지 않았다.

행위자 기반 모형을 활용한 효율적 검진센터 서비스배분 및 공간조정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective Health Examination Center Distribution and Space Coordination using Agent based Model)

  • Purpose: The important things in space plan of a screening center are improving the spatial awareness by space systemization and minimizing the examination time for customers, and reducing the required time of screening work and maximizing the capacity for the screening center. Therefore, we tried to solve the problem of improving spatial awareness and reducing the examination time by using the pedestrian based discrete event simulation at the minimum cost. Methods: We have analyzed the drawbacks and the supplement points by comparing the floor plan at the time of opening and the current floor plan. Based on the analysis, we propose an improved plan which changes the location of the examination rooms and the number of services, and we also verify the improved plan based on simulation analyses. Results: 1) Through the analyses, we derived the drawbacks of the floor plan at the time of opening, and we realized that the current floor plan reflects the drawbacks. 2) The major reasons of the long examination time are the human traffic jam and the occurrence of queues due to unreasonable allocation of services. 3) Through the discrete event simulation analyses, it was possible to specify the place of the queues manually so as to use the given space fairly. 4) Using the discrete event simulation, it was possible to reduce the examination time and to improve the spatial awareness effectively at the minimum cost. Implications: Although the proposed simulation methodology in this paper is an analysis of the existing screening center, we expect that the proposed methodology will be used to develop a more efficient architectural design process by pre-applying the method to the course of designing a screening center and finding the suitability of the proposed method with the matched number of services.

  • I referred to documents to study the origin and the progressing process of textiles. Cotton seeds were first imported from China by Mun, Ik Jem at the end of the era of Koryeo, and cotton had several different names such as mok-myen, cho-myen, gil-pae, baek-chep-za, tap-po, ban-ki-wha, dong-yep-po and so on. Since the era of the Three Kingdoms, people had heard of cloth of superior quality but it was not certain whether it was imported from China or made in our country. It seems that cotton was not made during that period, white silk, hemp cloth, and ramie fabric were produced. At that time, linen was called cotton by mistake. After importing cotton seeds from China, all the people began to plant them and made their clothes from them. At the beginning of the Yi Dynasty, the weaving technique was dependent on China. However, the government persuaded farmers to plant them. At that time cotton was used as a means of purchasing instead of money. Silkworms raising started during the era of the Three Kingdoms and it was widely spread at the beginning of the Yi Dynasty. In order to encourage sericulture' spinning and weaving instruments were installed in the royal palace and the queen with sher court maids demonstrated how to spin and weave. The activity was named "chin-jam-ye." Linen was the representative of all textiles and it was also very popular. The technique of weaving had already been highly developed at the era of Silla. During the era of the Three Kingdoms people used "bang-chu-cha" as a weaving instrument. They discovered several new hand machines in the period of the Yi Dynasty: they were instrument of removing seeds, spinning wheel, hemp cloth loom and so on, and we find the remains of them these days.

  • I. Introduction Bi(痺) means blocking. It can reach at the joints or muscles or whole body and make pains. Numbness and movement disorders. BiJeung can be devided into SilBi and HeoBi. In SilBi there are PungHanSeupBi, YeolBi and WanBi. In HeoBi, there are GiHyeolHeoBi, EumHeoBi and YangHeoBi. The common principle for the treatment of BiJeung is devision of the chronic stage and the acute stage. In the acute stage, BiJeung is usually cured easily but in the chronic stage, it is difficult. In the terminal stage, BiJeung can reach at the internal organs. BiJeung is one kind of symptoms making muscles, bones and jonts feel pain, numbness or edema. For example it can be gout or SLE etc. Many famous doctors studied medical science by their fathers or teachers. So the history of medical science is long. So I studied ${\ll}Bijeungjujip{\gg}$. II. Final Decision 1. BanSuMun(斑秀文) thought that BiJeung can be cured by blocking of blood stream. So he insisted that the important thing to cure BiJeung is to improve the blood stream. He usually used DangGuiSaYeokTang(當歸四逆湯), DangGuiJakYakSanHapORyeongSan, DoHong-SaMulTang(桃紅四物湯), SaMyoSanHapHeuiDongTang and HwangGiGyeJiOMulTang. 2. JangGeonBu(張健夫) focused on soothing muscles and improving blood seam. So he used many herbs like WiRyeongSeon(威靈仙), GangHwal(羌活), DokHwal(獨活), WooSeul(牛膝), etc. Especially he pasted wastes of the boiled herbs. 3. OSeongNong(吳聖農) introduced four rules to treat arthritis. So he usually used SeoGak-SanGaGam(犀角散加減), BoYanHwanOTang(補陽還五湯), ODuTang(烏頭湯), HwangGiGyeJiOMulTang. 4. GongJiSin thought disk hernia as one kind of BiJeung. And he said that Pung can hurt upper limbs and Seup can hurt lower limbs. He used to use GyeJiJakYakJiMoTang(桂枝芍藥知母湯). 5. LoJiJeong(路志正) introduced four principles to treat BiJeung. He used BangPungTang(防風湯), DaeJinGuTang) for PungBi(風痺), OPaeTang(烏貝湯) for HanBi(寒痺), YukGunJaTang(六君子湯) for SeupBi(濕痺) and SaMyoTang(四妙湯), SeonBiTang(宣痺湯), BaekHoGaGyeTang(白虎加桂湯) for YeolBi(熱痺). 6. GangChunHwa(姜春華) discussed herbs. He said SaengJiHwang(生地黃) is effective for PungSeupBi and WiRyungSun(威靈仙) is effective for the joints pain. He usually used SipJeonDaeBoTang(十全大補湯), DangGuiDaeBoTang(當歸大補湯), YoukGunJaTang(六君子湯) and YukMiJiHwanTang(六味地黃湯). 7. DongGeonHwa(董建華) said that the most important thing to treat BiJeung is how to use herbs. He usually used CheonO(川烏), MaHwang(麻黃) for HanBi, SeoGak(犀角) for YeolBi, BiHae) or JamSa(蠶沙) for SeupBi, SukJiHwang(熟地黃) or Vertebrae of Pigs for improving the function of kidney and liver, deer horn or DuChung(杜沖) for improving strength of body and HwangGi(黃?) or OGaPi(五加皮) for improving the function of heart. 8. YiSuSan(李壽山) devided BiJeung into two types(PungHanSeupBi, PungYeolSeupBi). And he used GyeJiJakYakJiMoTang(桂枝芍藥知母湯) for the treatment of gout. And he liked to use HwanGiGyeJiOMulTangHapSinGiHwan 枝五物湯合腎氣丸) for the treat ment of WanBi(頑痺). 9. AnDukHyeong(顔德馨) made YongMaJeongTongDan(龍馬定痛丹)-(MaJeonJa(馬錢子) 30g, JiJaChung 3g, JiRyong(地龍) 3g, JeonGal(全蝎) 3g, JuSa(朱砂) 0.3g) 10. JangBaekYou(張伯臾) devided BiJeung into YeolBi and HanBi. And he focused on improving blood stream. 11. JinMuO(陳茂梧) introduced anti-wind and dampness prescription(HoJangGeun(虎杖根) 15g, CheonChoGeun 15g, SangGiSaeng(桑寄生) 15g, JamSa(蠶絲) 15g, JeMaJeonJa(制馬錢子) 3g). 12. YiChongBo(李總甫) explained basic prescriptions to treat BiJeung. He used SinJeongChuBiEum(新定推痺陰) for HaengBi(行痺), SinJeongHwaBiSan(新定化痺散) for TongBi(痛痺), SinJeongGaeBiTang(新定開痺湯) for ChakBi(着痺), SinJeongCheongBiEum(新定淸痺飮) for SeupYeolBi(濕熱痺), SinRyeokTang(腎瀝湯) for PoBi(胞痺), ORyeongSan for BuBi(腑痺), OBiTang(五痺湯) for JangBi(臟痺), SinChakTang(腎着湯) for SingChakByeong(腎着病). 13. HwangJeonGeuk(黃傳克) used SaMu1SaDeungHapJe(四物四藤合制) for the treatment of a acute arthritis, PalJinHpPalDeungTang(八珍合八藤湯) or BuGyeJiHwangTangHapTaDeungTang(附桂地黃湯合四藤湯) for the chronic stage and ByeolGapJeungAekTongRakEum(鱉甲增液通絡飮) for EumHeo(陰虛) 14. GaYeo(柯與參) used HwalRakJiTongTang(活絡止痛湯) for shoulder ache, SoJongJinTongHwalRakTank(消腫鎭痛活絡湯) for YeolBi(熱痺), LiGwanJeolTang(利關節湯) for ChakBi(着痺), SinBiTang(腎痺湯) for SinBi(腎痺) and SamGyoBoSinHwan(三膠補腎丸) for back ache. 15. JangGilJin(蔣길塵) liked to use hot-character herbs and insects. And he used SeoGeunLipAnTang(舒筋立安湯) as basic prescription. 16. RyuJangGeol(留章杰) used GuMiGangHwalTang(九味羌活湯) and BangPungTang(防風湯) at the acute stage, ODuTang(烏頭湯) or GyeJiJakYakJiMoTang(桂枝芍藥知母湯) for HanBi of internal organs, YangHwaHaeEungTang(陽和解凝湯) for HanBi, DokHwalGiSaengTang(獨活寄生湯), EuiYiInTang(薏苡仁湯) for SeupBi, YukGunJaTang(六君子湯) for GiHeoBi(氣虛痺) and SeongYouTang(聖兪湯) for HyeolHeoBi(血虛痺). 17. YangYuHak(楊有鶴) liked to use SoGyeongHwalHyelTang(疏經活血湯) and he would rather use DoIn(桃仁), HongHwa(紅花), DangGui(當歸), CheonGung(川芎) than insects. 18. SaHongDo(史鴻濤) made RyuPungSeupTang(類風濕湯)-((HwangGi 200g, JinGu 20g, BangGi(防己) 15g, HongHwa(紅花) 15g, DoIn(桃仁) 15g, CheongPungDeung(靑風藤) 20g, JiRyong(地龍) 15g, GyeJi(桂枝) 15g, WoSeul(牛膝) 15g, CheonSanGap(穿山甲) 15g, BaekJi(白芷) 15g, BaekSeonPi(白鮮皮) 15g, GamCho(甘草) 15g).

반복하중을 받는 모듈러 슬래브의 거동 및 단면2차모멘트 평가 (Evaluation of Structural Behavior and Moment of Inertia on Modular Slabs Subjected to Cyclic Loading)

  • 최근 교량의 노후화에 따른 유지관리 활동이 교통체증, 환경오염, 막대한 비용의 소모로 인하여 어려움을 겪으면서 조립식교량 공법을 이용하는 모듈러 교량 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 연구는 모듈러 교량과 관련된 연구의 일환으로 연결부를 가지는 1방향 모듈러 슬래브를 대상으로 반복하중 재하시 단면2차모멘트의 변화를 분석하고 콘크리트구조기준의 유효단면2차모멘트 식과 비교하였다. 반복하중 재하 실험을 위하여 일체형, 모듈러 실험체 각각 1개씩을 제작하였다. 실험결과, 모듈러 실험체는 일체형 실험체의 비슷한 휨 성능을 가지고 있었으나, 극한 변위는 20% 부족한 모습을 보였다. 반복하중 재하 실험에서는 모듈러 실험체는 일체형 실험체와는 상이한 처짐 거동을 보였고 단면2차모멘트의 변화가 상이하였다. 또한 콘크리트구조기준의 유효단면2차모멘트 계산식은 모듈러 슬래브의 단면2차모멘트를 적절히 반영하지 못하고 있음을 확인하였고, 실험값을 기반으로 하중과 균열모멘트의 비율을 새로운 값인 4.53을 구하였다.
