Purpose: This study aimed to present Blue Ocean strategies by deriving the strategic elements of a visiting nursing center and conducting a survey on the importance and satisfaction of care clients. Methods: First, a FGI was conducted targeting the head of the visiting nursing center to derive its strategic elements. Subsequently, importance and satisfaction surveys on the derived strategy elements were analyzed, an IPA matrix was derived, and an as-is ERRC Blue Ocean strategy was established. Kano's Three-Factor Theory was used to derive a competitive position matrix and establish a to-be ERRC Blue Ocean strategy. The Blue Ocean Strategy for Visiting Nursing Center Management is presented in this study. Results: Four as raise factors were derived from combining the results of the as-is, to-be ERRC strategy element analysis: retention of competent nurses, education in medication management, maintenance of high customer satisfaction, and prompt handling of customer complaints. Additionally, the customer's health condition evaluation was derived. Conclusion: Blue Ocean Strategies can be used to analyze, derive, and establish management strategies in various nursing-related entrepreneurship fields.
Purpose: This study focused on analysing costs per home health care nursing visit based on home health care nursing activities in medical institutes. Method: The data was collected in three stages. First, the cost elements of home health care nursing services were collected and 31 home care nurses participated. Second, the workload and caseload of home care nursing activities were measured by the Easley-Storfjell Instrument(1997). Third, the opinions on improving the home health care nursing reimbursement system were collected by a nation-wide mailing survey from a total of 125 home care agencies. Result: The cost of home health care nursing per visit was calculated as 50,626\. This was composed of a basic visiting fee of $35,090{\\}({\fallingdotseq}355$)$ and travel fee of $15,536{\\}({\fallingdotseq}15$)$. The major problems of the home care nursing payment system were the low level of the cost per visit, no distinction between first visit and revisits, and the limitations in health insurance coverage for home health care nursing services. Conclusion: This study's results will contribute as a baseline for establishing policies for improvement of the home health care nursing cost and for applying a community-based visiting nursing service cost.

Purpose: This study was conducted to survey children's health status and need of customized visiting health care services in one province. Methods: The participants in this study were 237 caregivers of infants and preschoolers. Data were collected at the participant's home or public health center. Results: Many of the children did not receive developmental screening tests or dental examinations. In the beneficiary group, the prenatal checkup rate and children's vaccination rate were lower, and caregivers had more health problems than the other groups. On the assessment of home safety, unsafe conditions were more frequently found in the beneficiary group. The caregivers in the beneficiary group showed lower child rearing confidence than the other groups, and wanted customized visiting health care services most in the areas of developmental screening, regular health check-up and counseling, nutritional supplementation, and oral health care. A group of 336 care helpers who engaged in home-visiting care service providing facilities in Daejeon City was selected as a research subject, and the data were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program using reliability, frequency, correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. The results for the final analysis revealed that the effect of socio-demographic features was not significant while, among characteristics of job performances, work priority, turnover experience, and career choice reasons turned out to have significant impacts on job satisfaction. In particular, interpersonal relationships except the one with guardians were found to be the most influential variables and the effects of those relationships on job satisfaction were significant.
