Effects of gamma irradiation onf the activity and the properties(amino acid compositions, in vitro digestibility and SDS-PAGE pattern) of proteolytic enzymes were investigated. The proteolytic activity of soluble human serine protease, enzyme in kiwi and pineapple decreased 10% and 30~65% by 5 kGy and 30 kGy, respectively. In dried pancreatin and lysozyme, the proteolytic and antimicrobial activities decreased 6~14% and 10~20% by 5kGy and 40kGy, respectively. The analysis of above 10kGy-irradiated soluble human serine protease by SDS-PAGE revealed radiolysis of the enzyme into protein or peptides of lower molecular weights. The irradiation of skim milk, hammastein casein, and lysozyme up to 40kGy had no deleterious effect on either the in vitro digestibility or amino acid compositions.

홈네트워크 서비스는 가정내의 모든 가전기기가 유무선 네트워크로 연결되어 언제 어디서나 원격교육, 홈오토메이션, 원격 검침, 다양한 엔터테인먼트 등의 컨텐츠를 제공 받을 수 있는 서비스로 진화하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 홈네트워크의 문제점을 해결하고 사용자에게 보다 효율적으로 쾌적한 홈네트워크 환경을 구성 및 유지하기 위한 방안으로, 외부에서 이동통신 단말기로 댁내 설치된 지능형 홈게이트웨이를 접속하게 되고, 이동통신 단말기 디스플레이 창에는 사용자 접근권한을 확인하기 위해 로그인 페이지가 활성화 되며, 사용자는 자신의 로그인 정보를 통해 인증 절차를 진행하게 된다. 정상적인 인증 절차를 수행하면, 지능형 홈게이트웨이는 사용자와의 네트워크 연결만을 유지하는 기능을 하고, 사용자는 지능형 홈네트워크 시스템으로 접근하게 되는 RFID를 이용한 지능형 홈네트워크 시스템을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 국내 대학도서관의 온라인 참고서가 구축현황과 참고서가 접근을 위한 접근점 및 온라인 참고정보원의 유형을 분석해 보고자 하였다.서울.경기지역 소재41개 대학도서관을 조사대상으로 홈페이지의 직접 접속을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 41개 관 중 30개 관에 참고서가가 구축되어 있었으며, 참고정보원에 접근하기 위한 홈페이지상의 메뉴로는 "이용자서비스", "전자정보원", "참고정보원"의 순이었다. 제공되고 있는 참고정보원의 유형은 도서관별로 다양하였으며, "명부/명감", "사전", "통계", "백과사전"의 순으로 밝혀졌다. 국내 대학도서관의 온라인 참고서가 구축 및 활성화를 위하여 선정을 위한 평가기준의 설정 및 적용, 접근의 용이성, 주제별 접근방법, 참고정보원의 계속적인 갱신 및 추가 등을 제언하였다.

The theory of household arts and practical acts are two traditional mainstream topics of official South Korean secondary home economics education. The clothing and textile education within the Secondary School Home Economics Textbook (1948) is various and practical. The first year textbook discusses the symbolism and maintenance of uniforms that provides information on the characteristics of cotton. Clothing and textiles are covered in 26 pages out of the 76 page book. The second year textbook includes the theory of color and form, along with the characteristics of flax and silk. Clothing and textile education is covered in 33 pages out of the 97 second year textbook. The third year textbook deals with the characteristics of wool, manufactured fibers, cross weaving, removing stains, clothing arrangements, and equipment; 5 chapters (56 pages out of 137) are spent on clothing and textiles. The fourth year textbook introduces the history of clothing, laundry principles, dyeing, bedclothes, and bed accessories; 4 chapters (63 pages out of 125 pages) are spent on clothing and textiles. The Secondary School Home Economics Textbook (1948) is highly extensive and profound in depth. It is comparable with modern college or specialized high school level clothing and textile education in terms of clothing materials, clothing maintenance, color theories, and dyeing.

학교현장에서 학부모들은 학교교육에 많은 관심을 가지고 있으면서도 시간적 공간적인 이유라든가 경제적인 이유, 학교에 대한 거리감으로 인해 학교 교육활동에 참여하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 초등학교에서 학부모의 학교교육 참여를 통해 학생과 교사, 학부모와의 연계성을 증대시키고 나아가 학교와 학급을 중심으로 교사와 학부모와의 바람직한 관계 형성은 물론 공교육에 대한 질적 향상을 가져올 수 있도록 각 학교에 기 구축된 학교홈페이지를 기반으로 한 교육정보 인프라를 활용하여 학부모와 학교, 교사와의 커뮤니케이션 채널을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 유기적인 시스템인 e-Home시스템에 대하여 연구하였다.

This study explores the critical reflection process experienced by home economics preservice teachers during practicum. Data were collected in a critical analysis of class, practicum review, and journals written by sixteen preservice teachers. Text material were composed of 188 transcripts on A4 paper and 36 page of mini-notes. The collected data were analyzed by a thematic coding method in qualitative research and proceeded in the order of three steps of transference, coding, and subject discovery. The emerging themes were: 1) Observing class 2) Practicing class 3) Growth of class practice 4) Reflecting class. First, the observing class was an exploration process through the viewing of daily classes that involved the process of recognizing the classroom situation and various classroom contexts. Second, the practicing class was to strengthen the consideration of the class to form a relationship that could lead to learning in educational situations. Third, the growth of class practice was intended to recognize the orientation of the subject matter with pedagogical content knowledge. Four, the reflecting class was the process of experiencing practice with a continuous understanding of the class, class reflection, and changing the perspective from the current status. There is a part where critical reflection is difficult to be promoted deeply during 4 weeks; however, there was a possibility of a reflection practice that could promote achievement through the experience of a practicing class.

최근 인터넷의 발달과 모바일 기기에 대한 소비가 확충되면서 인터넷을 이용하여 기존의 기기들을 원격으로 제어하는 기술에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 웹 페이지를 만들어서 웹을 통하여 연결된 기기들을 제어하는 시스템을 제안코자 하였다. 그리고 모바일 기기를 이용한 웹 제어시스템은 홈네트워크, 텔레메틱스 둥 그 응용 분야가 넓기 때문에 앞으로 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 새로 개정된 제 7차 교육과정에 따른 교과서의 체제. 특성을 살펴보고 이를 제 6차 교과서와 비교해 봄으로써 일선 가정과 교사의 새 교과서에 대한 이해를 높이고 이를 교수 $\cdot$ 학습에 반영할 수 있도록 하며. 장기적으로는 차기 교과서 개발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구자료는 제 7차 교육과정에 의해 개발된 12종 교과서 가운데 8개 출판사의 중학교 기술 $\cdot$ 가정 교과서의 가정 영역을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 제 7차 교육과정이 직용되는 중학교 가정 교과서는 종전 교과서에 비해 외형적으로 뿐만 아니라 그 체제와 내용에 있어서 큰 변화와 발전이 있었다고 볼 수 있다. 교과서의 전체적 체제에서는 모든 연구 대상 교과서가 겉 표지, 면지, 속표지, 머리말 목차, 부록으로 구성되었으며. 목차, 부록, 면지를 제외한 각각의 쪽수가 모두 같고, 머리말의 내용 구성도 거의 비슷한 것으로 나타나 있다. 교과서의 단원별 체제는 전체적인 흐름은 유사하였으나 주제의 도입과 본문에서 집필자의 의도와 강조점이 잘 나타나 있었다. 교과서의 집필자 가운데 교육현장의 중 $\cdot$ 고교 교사 참여가 예전에 비해서는 증가한 점도 바람직한 것으로 생각된다. 7차 교육과정에 의한 교과서의 영역 구성의 특색은 1, 2, 3학년에 분산되지 않고, 영역별로 분리하여 한 학년에 집중되어 효율을 높인 점을 들 수 있다. 학생들이 실제로 시도해 볼 수 있는 자료인 활동 및 실험 $\cdot$실습 수는 6차에 비해 현저히 증가하였으나, 교과서별로 차이가 컸다.

Thioredoxin (Trx) is a redox protein possessing conserved sequence Cys-Gly-Pro-Cys in ail organisms. Trx acts as an electron donor of many proteins including thioredoxin peroxidase (TPx). Yeast Trx 2 has two redox active cysteine residues at positions 31 and 34. To investigate the redox activity of each cysteine, we generated mutants C31S, C34S, and C31S/C34S using site directed mutagenesis and examined the redox activity of Trx variants as an electron donor for yeast TPx enzymes. None of the three Cysmutated Trx proteins was active as a redox protein in the 5', 5'-dithiobis-(2-dinitrobenzoic acid) reduction under the condition of the presence of NADPH and thioredoxin reductase, and in the thioredoxin dependent peroxidase activity of yeast TPx II. C34S enhanced the glutamine synthetase protection activity of yeast TPx I, even though 100 times more protein was needed to exhibit the same activity to WT. The formation of a mixed disulfide intermediate between Trx and TPx II subunits was analyzed by SDS-PAGE. The mixed dieter form of TPx II was found only for C34S. These results suggest that Cys-31 more effectively acts as an electron donor for TPx enzymes.

The purposes of the study are to see as to how much of changes has occurred in the newly revised high school Home Economics Textbooks required by the 6th Curriculum and to seek future policy directions which can be improved even better, if any, for further revision. To implement this proposal, the study employs 6 different textbooks published in 1996 geared for the 6th Curriculum for data base. The components of the contents divides into two major parts. The first part faUs into a category of holistic analysis of the textbooks, which gives a general perspective of the changes in the textbook revised. It includes those areas of changes in the total number of pacover page, illustrations, table of contents, appendices, unit cover, introductory remarks, summary and evaluation, etc. It also covers the information on authors of textbook. The latter part consists of several specific areas of major changes occurred in the textbooks for the 6th Curriculum. It covers such areas of changes in the composition of category and its weigh laboratory experiences, and illustrations and tables. To conclude the study, there found followings key features : 1) The new textbooks have adopted more of varieties in physical appearances and contents per se as to the older ones. And yet, there still found a weakness in numbers of authors participated to a full reflection of contents variety. In addition, the background of authors reflected on an unrealistic idealism which lacks the on-site information provided by the school teachers. 2) The content area consists of 3 major areas of Human Development & Family Relationship. Food and Nutrition. Clothing and Textiles with ratio of 23.8%, 23.1%, and 21.9% respectively. 3) Human Development & Family Relationship area ranked first with 71 times in the numbers of laboratory activities for each content area. followed by Food and Nutrition with 56 and Family Resorces & Consumerism with 54.
