관제시스템 구축을 위한 Fuzzy-AHP 위험 순위 평가 모델 개발 (Development on Fuzzy-AHP Ranking Risk Assessment Model for the monitoring systems)

  • The objective of this study is to develop an evaluation model for the National highway risky areas. Thus, for the purposes of doing this, National highway risky area evaluated targeting to provide determination ranking and suggesting rival-superiority factors as well as under-inferiority factors in ten National highway risky areas. This study developed for modules of risky areas evaluation, using fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process for evaluation model of National highway risky area in transport environment. The preceding studies assess risk analysis through analysis of causal relationships by National highway safety sector not only handles rating scale development suitable for assessment area by referring to accident frequency model but also geometric structures model. As result of this study, this model of Fuzzy Ahp Risk Analysis (FARA) apply for programmable design in real time processing through easily derive strategy for improvement activities to provide a decision-making effectively. Furthermore, this study contributes frame for improvements of National highway construction for renovation's priority strategy as well as future's policy schemes.

한국형 2차선도로 모의실험 프로그램(TWOPAS)의 개발 (Development of Two-lane, Two-way Highway Simulation Program(TWOPAS) for Korean Condition)

  • The two-lane, two-way highway simulation program(TWOPAS) is evaluated for Korean Highway Capacity Manual Study. TWOPAS program input variables, especially related vehicle performance, traffic flow relationship, car-following model and passing logic are examined and modified through the analysis results of our two-lane, two-way highway traffic characteristics. Simulation outputs with and without modification are compared with the field data. The results show that improved TWOPAS program(TWOPAS KI) is well suitable for simulating our two-lane, two-way highway condition.

  • 세계적 기후변화 대응 관련하여, 도로분야에서는 국토교통부의 국가 R&D인 '탄소중립형 도로 기술개발' 연구단 과제가 수행되었고, 최근에는 지속가능한 발전이 다시 논의되고 있다. 연구단에서는 녹색도로 인증제 (안), 탄소저감형의 친환경 도로를 만들기 위한 녹색도로 설계와 시공 기술 개발, 도로에서의 탄소배출량을 산정하고 관리하기 위한 녹색도로기술 투자평가 시스템(G-TIES) 등이 개발되었다. 앞으로는 이들 기술의 적용 확대와 함께, 그 내용의 범위를 보다 확대한 지속가능의 개념을 고려하여 지속가능도로 시스템을 구축해 나가야 하며, 본 논문에서는 그 방안을 제안하였다.

  • 건설교통부에서는 기존의 도로현황을 더욱 빠르고 정확하게 파악하기 위해 도로관리통합시스템에서 전국의 일반국도에 대해 위치정보를 가진 디지털 영상을 제공하는 방안을 추진 중에 있다. 이를 위해 한국건설기술연구원에서는 도로를 주행하면서 일정거리간격으로 2매의 고해상도의 칼라 CCD영상을 취득할 수 있는 도로영상취득차량을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 특히 영상취득 S/W와 동기화장치 개발에 대해 기술하였으며 실험을 통해 차량의 궤적 정확도, 영상취득 S/W, 동기화 장치의 성능을 검토한 결과 도로관리통합시스템에서 필요한 도로영상을 취득하는데 적합한 것으로 판단된다.

통합채산제하의 신규 고속도로 개통으로 인한 통행료수입 변동지표 개발 (Development of Revenue Change Index by New Highway Opening Under the Unified Revenue System)

  • 신규 고속도로가 개통될 때는 통상 신규 노선은 기존의 노선과 연계 또는 경합의 관계를 가지게 된다. 이러한 네트워크의 변화는 신규노선 주변의 다른 노선에서도 통행량 변화를 가져올 수 있으며, 이로인한 통행료 수입의 변화도 아울러 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 통합채산제하에서의 신규 고속도로로 인해 발생하는 통행료 수입 변동에 대하여 고찰하고, 신규 사업이 재정 또는 민자사업으로 추진되었을 때 통행료 수입 변동이 공공기관이나 고속도로 민간사업자에게 의미하는 바를 제시하였다. 또한 통행료 수입 변동의 크기를 개별 사업 평가 및 다수 사업 간 평가에 반영할 수 있도록 지표화 하고자 하였다. 논문의 한계와 향후 연구과제에 대해서도 언급하였다.

서해안고속도로가 충남 서해안 지역에 미친 파급효과 및 주민인지 (The Regional Ripple Effects and Residents' Perceptions of the West Coast Highway on West Coast Regions of Chung-nam Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the regional ripple effects and residents' perceptions of the West Coast Highway on four regions of Chung-nam province. The data was collected through questionnaire interviews with 400 residents in four regions of the west coast area. After data cleaning, the statistical methods used were confirmative factor and cluster analysis with 309 sampled from four regions of Dangjin, Boryong, Seosan and Taean. The results of this study were as follows. First, it is classified, according to the residents' perceptions against the opening of the West Coast Highway, into four groups. Group A is the people who haven't lived there long and mainly consists of relatively young (30's-40's) males, while Group B is the people with lower incomes and middle-aged males (40's) who have lived there for 11 to 20 years. Group C is mainly the people who are middle-aged housewives in their 40's and who haven't lived there long and with a relatively higher income. Group D is the people who lived for less than five years and had lower incomes than other groups. The results show that their perceptions against the influence of regional development differ demographically from each other. In conclusion, it was determined that most of them were concerned that it, coupled with the construction of the West Coast Highway, would damage the surrounding countryside but believed it would contribute to the growth of the region's economy. Whereas groups A and B seem to acknowledge the necessity of regional development and environmental protection, groups B and D appear to be more content with the tourism development derived from the West Coast Highway and are paying more attention to such plans than other two groups.

  • As a result of industrial advancement and land development, a number of highway slopes have been gradually formed and numerous problems related to their stability have been frequently caused. Generally, major factors for rock slope stability are lithology, slope inclination, slope height, degree of weathering, precipitation, condition of groundwater and so onl. Many complex factors are mostly involved in the collapse of rock slopes. In this study, a database for 94 collapsed Jungang highway slopes were set up using GIS program through literature search, site investigation, geological map and Korea tectonic province map. The analyses for the collapsed factor including sort of rock(by origin), tectonic province, highway direction, slope gradient and direction, degree of weathering, slope height were carried.
