간호대학생의 성인지 감수성과 거부민감성의 융합적 관계 (The Convergence Relationship between Rejection Sensitivity and Gender Sensitivity of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 성인지 감수성과 거부민감성간의 관계를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 2022년 8월 26일부터 9월 4일까지 I지역 간호대학에 재학중인 180명을 대상으로 설문조사 실시한 후 SPSS 24.0 Program을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 성인지 감수성은 성 정체성에 대한 개방성과 성역할에 대한 개방성의 점수가 높았고 거부민감성의 하위요인 중 과잉반응이 높게 나타났다. 간호대학생의 성인지 감수성은 여학생, 23세 이하, 종교가 없을 때, 성차별 경험이 있을 때, 가족, 친척 또는 친구 중 성소수자인 사람이 있을 때 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 또한, 거부민감성은 여학생일 때만 통계적으로 유의하게 점수가 높았다. 마지막으로 성인지 감수성의 하위요인 중 자기성찰과 거부민감성간 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 간호대학생을 대상으로 성인지 감수성의 자기성찰을 제고하기 위해 거부민감성의 교육이나 프로그램을 포함하는 것이 필요하다.

장애인 거주시설 물리치료사의 직무 만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향과 융합적 이직 요인 (The Convergence Factors of Turnover and Effect of Job Satisfaction of Physical Therapist in Residential Facility for the Disabled on Job Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사들의 직무 만족이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향과 이직요인을 알아보았다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사 122명을 대상으로 직무 만족도(23문항)와 조직 몰입도(11문항)를 알아보았고 이직 요인 9문항, 일반적인 특성 7문항으로 구성된 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 조사였다. 연구결과, 장애인 거주시설에 근무하고 있는 물리치료사의 직무 만족은 3.16, 조직 몰입도는 3.29로 중간 정도로 나타났다. 직무만족도 중 자부심, 상사 및 복지제도, 의사소통, 동료 요소가 정서적 몰입도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 장애인 거주시설에서 근무하는 물리치료사들은 상사와 동료와의 불협화음, 근무환경 열악, 급여문제, 과다한 업무를 이직 요인으로 지적하였다. 장애인 거주시설에 근무하는 물리치료사들의 조직 몰입을 높이기 위하여서는 그들의 업무에 대한 존중과 상사와 동료와의 관계 개선이 필요한 것으로 보인다.

전동차 선로 이음매 판의 파손 해석 (Damage Analysis of Train Rail Fishplate)

  • The subway is one of the most common and important means of transportation in modern society. In order to use the subway safely, tracks are necessary, but trains are prone to derailment and collisions. In order for the train to run safely on the track, the fishplate that connects the line connection is used. The damaged railway was a fishplate for connecting subway lines used for 11 years, and damage analysis and countermeasures were presented. Beach marks were observed on both fracture surfaces, and striations appeared at the range of crack propagation. The damaged part is Cr carbide, which has a higher hardness than the base metal, and is judged to be embrittled and destroyed by fatigue. The SM50C fishplate was subjected to a cyclic stress of about 59% of the upper limit of tensile-compression fatigue limit, but inclusions were the cause of failure. In order to prevent fatigue failure of the SM50C steel fishplate, the occurrence of inclusions should be minimized and processed to have a homogeneous structure when manufacturing the fishplate. In addition, compressive residual stress is given through surface modification such as peening to control crack generation. It is necessary to minimize the change in shape that can become a stress concentration part along with accurate fastening of the bolt, and to design the stress distribution to be as uniform as possible.

A Study on Exploring the Academic Dropout of College Students(Centering Around D College)

  • This study analyzed the status and causes for the dropouts of college based on the survey conducted among 14,210 freshmen attending D College, other than the supernumerary special selection, from 2001 through 2005. A significant difference was shown in all items of general characteristics. The dropout rate of women, generally selected and general high school graduated were higher than for men, specially selected and special high school graduated, respectively. The most dropouts were due to Not Return(40.16%), followed by Unenrolled(32.98%), Voluntary Leave(26.05%) and Expelled(0.81%) in order. In the distribution of the central tendency values measured from the entire subjects. the high school records and the days of absence showed a positive skewness. while the college records showed a negative skewness with the data mostly around a higher grade. The standard deviation indicating that the dropouts got the scores higher than those of the continuing students demonstrated that there was relatively insignificant difference in scores between two groups.

Mesh 그룹화 방법을 이용한 EIT 정적 영상 복원의 고속화 (Fast EIT static image reconstruction using the recursive mesh grouping method)

  • For the practical applications of the EIT technology, it is essential to reconstruct sttic images iwth a higher spatial resolution in a reasonalble amount of processing time. Using the conventional EIT static image reconstruction algorithms, however, the processing time increases exponential with poor convergence characteristics as we try to get a higher spatial resolution. In order to overcome this problem, we developed a recursive mesh grouping method based on the Fuzzy-GA like algorithm. Computational simulation using the well-known improve dewton-raphson method with the proposed recursive mesh grouping algorithm shows a promising result that we can significantly reduce the processing time in the reconstruction of EIT static images of a higher spatial resolution.

  • In this paper, we solve the difference equation $x_{n+1}={\frac{x_nx_{n-2}}{ax_n-bx_{n-2}}}$, n = 0, 1, …, where a and b are positive real numbers and the initial values x-2, x-1 and x0 are real numbers. We also find invariant sets and discuss the global behavior of the solutions of aforementioned equation.

  • In this article, large amplitude bending behaviour of laminated composite flat panel under combined effect of moisture, temperature and mechanical loading is investigated. The laminated composite panel model has been developed mathematically by introducing the geometrical nonlinearity in Green-Lagrange sense in the framework of higher-order shear deformation theory. The present study includes the degraded composite material properties at elevated temperature and moisture concentration. In order to achieve any general case, all the nonlinear higher order terms have been included in the present formulation and the material property variations are introduced through the micromechanical model. The nonlinear governing equation is obtained using the variational principle and discretised using finite element steps. The convergence behaviour of the present numerical model has been checked. The present proposed model has been validated by comparing the responses with those available published results. Some new numerical examples have been solved to show the effect of various parameters on the bending behaviour of laminated composite flat panel under hygro-thermo-mechanical loading.

자동차 차체의 형상에 따른 공기 유동해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Air Flow Analysis due to the Shape of Automotive Body)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차 차체의 형상에 따른 차체 주위의 유동해석을 이용하여 공기 저항을 연구하였다. 입구평면에서 들어가는 공기 유동 속도가 70km/h과 100km/h인 2가지 경우이다. 승용차의 고속 주행 시(100km/h) 정속 주행(70km/h)보다 큰 항력이 나타나는 것을 알 수 있고 차체의 전방 단면적이 넓은 차가 단면적이 좁은 차보다 항력이 더 크게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 해석 결과를 이용하여 공기 저항을 줄일 수 있는 자동차 차체의 형상 설계를 효율적으로 할 수 있다고 사료된다.
