상업지역 내 초고층 주거건축의 주동배치방식에 따른 수평적 개방성 비교연구 - 대구지역 사례 중심으로 - (A Comparative Study on the Horizontal Openness of High-rise Residential Buildings in terms of Building Arrangement Type - Focused on the Cases in Daegu -)

  • Openness to outside is one of the most critical advantages for high-rise buildings. However, the effect of openness can be decreased if it is blocked by other high-rise buildings, especially built within the building complex of commercial district. The purpose of this study is to identify the horizontal openness of high-rise residential buildings by comparing 3 different cases of building arrangement type. A new method of evaluation has been introduced on the basis of distance to measure the openness including the matter of securing privacy. As a result of this study, comparative analysis was possible and relatively plentiful results of analysis could be drawn out. Through the process of analysis, this study set the evaluation indicators suitable to the analysis of openness of unit households. Thereby, the results of this study are expected to be used as useful basic data in planning high-rise mixed-use buildings.

  • This study is lately stand on the basis of the importance for global warming and environment and accept changes of the paradigm of the 21st century. also it is to start architecturial access that suggest to solutions about environment, energy and health problems in high-rise residential architecture that lately the importance for global warming and environment. Spacially since 1990, high-rise residential architecture has developed into increase rapidly, and nowdays, this has become one of the new residence type. but this have diverse problems. For this reason, this building faced neccessary to improve living space and obtain to eco-friendiness and sustainability. Therefore, this study is focused to environment-friendly architectural certification in Korea and other countries, aims to suggest planning and technical elements from this system. Through 11 cases of high-rise residential architecture certified sustainable certification system, this study drew out tendency and charateristics of main strategy elements. These analysis will express informations of current level and also suggest to direction for improvement in quality of high-rise residence.

  • The High-rise Residential Buildings are recently consuming a lot of energy because of the vertical height rise in case of supplying cold and hot water. It is required to a appropriate solution in occurring discomfortable use and unexpected conditions of High-rise Residential Buildings on account of the difference of water supply pressure on top and bottom floor, faucet outlet pressure rise. Thus, the purpose of this study is to research on practical use status of Cold and Hot Water Supply System through Question Survey in High-rise Residential Buildings and to analyze problems.

  • The environment pollution is very important problem. Even at the field of architecture, a study about method of saving energy and constructing environment friendly building will have performed with activity. But trends of Korea housing market are changed that the height of building become more higher and the level of comfort going up. Therefore, these requirements force to increase the energy usage for indoor environmental controls. Thus, the purpose of this study is to reduce the heating and cooling energy requirements of High-rise Residential Buildings by the analysis of Energy Performance. From now on, we search improvement plan for the most efficient Energy Saving at present High-rise Residential Buildings.

고층형 주거건물의 연돌효과에 의한 공기 및 오염물질 이동에 관한 연구 (A study on the contaminant dispersion by stack effect in high-rise residential building)

  • With the building is higher and higher, the stack effect is more and more remarkable. The stack effect accompanies many problems in high-rise building such as draft, troublesome in door opening, uncomfortable noise, contaminants dispersion, etc. In this study, the air movement and accompanied contaminants dispersion by stack effect in high-rise building, and diluting the contaminants concentration were analyzed. The analysis was performed for high-rise residential building in Seoul, Korea and the network simulation method was used. The results show that the indoor contaminants concentration and air movement caused by stack effect have interdependent relationship.

  • Seismic isolation technique has been applied mainly in low rise buildings and its seismic performance was satisfactory during Kobe Earthquake. However, in the case of medium and/or high-rise buildings, mid-story isolation could be more technically feasible than base isolation to reduce earthquake forces. In this paper, the seismic effectiveness of mid-story isolation in medium and/or high-rise shear building as well as low rise shear building was evaluated analytically. After verifying the effectiveness of mid-story isolation technique, this method also applied in residential-commercial building. It was found that mid-story isolation, that is isolation between upper residential area and lower commercial area, could reduce inter-story drift and floor shear forces comparing to the conventional fixed base.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초고층 주상복합건물의 품질관리를 통한 시공 분야의 효율성의 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 기존연구에서 시공관련 품질개선요소들이 정리되었으며 규격화된 설문서를 통하여 시공 분야에 있어서 개선요소를 대학원생을 포함한 건축 관련 대학교, 건설회사, 설계사무소등의 실무자들의 의견을 조합하였다. 설문조사 결과와 기존현장 기술자들의 품질관리 인식도를 비교하여 현장별 품질관리의 정량적, 정성적 성과척도를 파악하고 분석하였다.

주거용 건물의 유형에 따른 환경조절요구에 대한 분석 (An Analysis of Demand for Environmental Controls on Different Residential Building Types)

  • One of the most important functions of a building is to provide thermally comfortable indoor environmental conditions for the occupants. Therefore, a great deal of energy is consumed for heating and cooling to satisfy those thermal requirements. In order to provide thermal comfort with minimum heating and cooling energy consumption, optimal design of building affecting indoor climate is required. This study used the TRNSYS for modeling and simulation of the energy flows of residential building types, and examined the energy efficient measures to reduce the thermal loads. The residential building types are classified into the detached house, apartment house and high-rise residential complex. The results of the simulation show that the heating energy consumption in the detached house is especially high, whereas the cooling load is an important determinant in the apartment house and high-rise residential complex. The measures examined are the insulation thickness, various types of glazing, infiltration, natural and controlled ventilation, solar shading, orientation and etc. Comparative evaluations and sensitivity analyses revealed the effects of these variables and identified their energy efficient building design strategies.

  • In the modern city in which the high-density and complex land use is needed, high-rise residential-commercial buildings appeared as a scheme to arrange a metropolitan residence with multiple high-techs and to induce activation of the city with leading the settled population to flow into the city. And the need of the times is to actively apply the eco-friendly notion to the architecture. In this study, the works of Ken Yeang who is regarded as an eco-friendly architect to make high-rise residential-commercial buildings ecological should be focused on with analyses of eco-friendly characteristics in inside, intersection between inside and outside, and outside of his works. The result o the study would be the suggestion to design eco-friendly high-rise buildings which make the city rise in quality.

  • Previous research on super high rise buildings focused mostly on the use of public space from building plan perspective, survey of residents' satisfaction evaluation, construction technology and structural technology. But little research is done on the economic analysis of landmark factors. The purpose of this study is to find landmark factors that can be quantitatively measured, collect data on super high rise residential buildings in Seoul. Find the intrinsic values of the landmarks, and analyze how these values differ in areas with different densities, i.e. in 3 Gangnam-gus & Yeongdeungpo-gu and in other areas. It is expected that the results of this study can be used to set an appropriate price of super high rise building in consideration of its landmark value in different area
