초고층건물 마감공사의 발주방식 선정요소에 대한 연구 (Analysing Decision Factors of Delivery System for Finishing Work in High-Rise Building Construction)

  • 건축 프로젝트가 대형화 되어감에 따라 현장에서는 총체적인 관점에서 프로젝트를 관리할 수 있는 능력이 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 초고층건물공사는 그 규모로 인해 생산성 저하의 위험이 상존한다. 특히 관리대상 프로세스가 기타 공정에 비해 상대적으로 많은 마감공사는 생산성 유지 혹은 향상에 집중적인 관리가 요구된다. 즉, 골조공정의 생산성이 높더라도 마감공사의 생산성이 낮은 경우 전체 프로젝트의 생산성은 현저히 낮아지기 때문이다. 본 연구는 문헌고찰 및 인터뷰 둥을 통해서 초고층 건축공사의 마감공사 발주방식 선정요소를 도출하였으며, 이 요소들은 초고층건물 마감 공사의 발주방식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 분석하기 위한 토대를 제공하고 있다.

  • The fire in Ulsan in 2020 was a 33-story residential and commercial complex with about 90 injuries and more than 10 billion won in property damage, and considering the recent increase in high-rise residential and commercial complexes, the risk of similar fires is high. As can be seen through the residential and commercial complex fire case in Ulsan, life-based fire safety standards need to be established to minimize casualties. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to draw improvements for the development of human safety standards for high-rise residential facilities in the future through comparison with the Korean Building Act, Firefighting-rellated Acts and the U.S. NFPA 101.

Overview of Performance-Based Seismic Design of Building Structures in China

  • The development history, the current situation and the future of the performance-based seismic design of building structures in China are presented in this paper. Firstly, the evolution of performance-based seismic design of building structures specified in the Chinese codes for seismic design of buildings of the edition 1974, 1978, 1989, 2001 and 2010 are introduced and compared. Secondly, in two parts, this paper details the provisions of performance-based seismic design in different Chinese codes. The first part is about the "Code for Seismic Design of Buildings" (GB50011) (edition 1989, 2001 and 2010) and "Technical Specification for Concrete Structures of Tall Building", which presents the concepts and methods of performance-based seismic design adopted in Chinese codes; The second part is about "Management Provisions for Seismic Design of Outof-codes High-rise Building Structures" and "Guidelines for Seismic Design of Out-of-codes High-rise Building Structures", which concludes the performance-based seismic design requirements for high-rise building structures over the relevant codes in China. Finally, according to those mentioned above, this paper pointed out the imperfections of current performance-based seismic design in China and proposed the possible direction for further improvement.

  • Recently buildings are constructed in larger and higher scales and becoming more complex. Every country in the world is competing to build high-rise buildings. Korea also has and is constructing high-rise buildings, like the 123story Jamsil Lotte Super Tower. However from small to large scale buildings and on construction sites there still are fire safety accidents that occur continuously. Therefore to improve fire safety plan, examining the actual fire safety management and understanding fire risk analysis Using Fire Modeling through Computer Simulation. Fire safety management plan related fire safety cases were collected an dan analyzed for the study. Also hazard analysis of High rise Buildings under fire compared with existing fire law sand regulations.

  • While researches related with construction automation have dramatically increased, a Robot-based Automatic Construction system (RCA system) has developed for high-rise buildings in Korea. At the aspect that wide adoption of the RCA system is dependent on economic efficiency comparing with a conventional method, feasibility study on the RCA system should be implemented. However, due to practical limitations, the RCA system has tested to a seven story building. Based on the test results, this study implements a cost/benefits analysis to a simulated forty story building in order to derive more reliable data on the RCA system's practicability.

  • The issue of sustainability has been prevailed not only in building industry but also all other industries. It has been raised that the concept of sustainability should take into account for the design of multi-use high-rise apartments. In this study, the present situation and trends of the multi-use high-rise apartment construction have been reviewed. The definition of sustainable design of high-rise apartment has been clarified so as to perceive the related design elements through the literature survey. Finally this study has derived the sustainable design elements of high-rise apartment unit plans through the comparative analysis of sustainable design guidelines, environmentally friendly building accreditation systems and literature survey in and abroad.

  • Construction industry has become higher, larger and more complicated. It has been analyzed that the process planning in the construction site has been made by the site engineer experience mostly and some were made based on historical data. However, such plans have been investigated that require numerous revisions during construction which means that the plans made through such methods are not reliable. Numerous studies in this field have been conducted trying to solve such problems developing methodologies to overcome such limitations. It has been analyzed that many studies have focused on suggesting prediction models only that cannot be used for both actual planning prior to construction and process monitoring during construction. Therefore, this study suggests a methodology that effectively manages construction productivity by applying simulation methodology combined with bayesian approach focusing on the high-rise curtain wall operations.

초고강도 철근이음의 경제성 평가모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Economic Evaluation Model of Splice of Reinforcement Bar(SD500))

  • Recently, the high-rise apartment housings have become a prototype of the urban residential dwelling in Korea and the numbers of one have steadily been increasing. According to this trend, the strength of the construction materials is also fortified to assure the stability and durability of the buildings. Specially, Re-bar of SD500 type is largely used at the construction sites of high-rise building. This study analyzes the current usage of SD500 high-strength re-bar at domestic construction sites. Through the result of this analysis, we develop Economic Evaluation Model that measure economic efficiency of lap splice and coupler splice, which are most commonly used in connection SD500. The evaluation method was applied to construction sites in Seoul in December 2006, and the result revealed that coupler splice is relatively superior in terms of cost efficiency when the re-bar diameter is longer and the concrete strength is lower.

  • Recently, Incidence of natural disasters are growing gradually. The need for a monitoring system for maintaining the structural integrity of the high-rise buildings against extreme weather events such as typhoons, earthquakes is increasing gradually. One of the most important features in the tall building is to guarantee structural safety during the structure's life time. Structural monitoring technologies might be needed to manage structural safety and to protect human life.
