생활주기(life cycle)에 따른 소비성향 및 주거관련 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Propensity to Consume and Housing Characteristics According to Life Cycle)

  • This study aims to identify the propensity to consume and housing characteristics according to life cycle as the main independent variable. It also tries to understand the consumption power and housing style of each cycle and analyze whether there are differences between each life cycle, ultimately aiming to match the propensity to consume and housing style with each cycle. For empirical analysis, on and off-line surveys of 488 people were collected and analyzed by cross analysis, factor analysis and analysis of variance. The prime research findings are as follows: First of all, factor analysis on propensity to consume showed four main sub-factors as rational consumption, conspicuous consumption, trend consumption, and status consumption. Secondly, current and preferred housing styles ranked from modern, natural, casual, classic and romantic, which proved that people are currently housed in preferred housing styles. Thirdly, in case of housing-related characteristics of life cycles, the size of the house increased as the levels progressed, and then decreased at level 6 when the children grew into adulthood. The majority of the population was paying a monthly rent, a few were leasing, and a very few owned their housing. 58% were living in apartments, but in levels 1-2, more were living in row houses and high-rise residential buildings, while in level 6 it was detached houses. Fourthly, the propensity to consume according to life cycle tended to shift from conspicuous and trend-based consumption to rational consumption as the cycles progressed. Fifthly, the preferred housing styles were modern and natural styles, regardless of life cycle. These study results can be applied to product development and marketing activities based on their accurate analysis of customers' needs, which can thus bring further customer satisfaction.

CONTAM을 이용한 직렬형태 구조의 제연성능 구현에 관한 연구 (Smoke Control Performance of a Serial Structure Using "CONTAM")

  • 최근 건축물은 대지 이용의 효율성을 높이기 위해 주상 복합화·고층화되는 추세이며, 이에 따른 화재의 발생빈도 및 잠재적인 위험요소도 증가하고 있다. 특히, 고층 공동주택의 경우 비상용승강기와 별도로 승용승강기 중 1대 이상을 피난용승강기로 설치하게 되어 특별피난계단 부속실, 비상용승강기 승강장 겸용의 경우 피난용승강기 승강장과 직렬형태의 구조가 되어 새로운 형태의 제연구역 이 발생한다. 따라서 비상용승강기 승강장과 피난용승강기 승강장의 직렬형태 구조에 대한 제연구역 선정의 제시가 필요하며, 새로운 형태에서 제연성능을 달성하는 것에 대한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 CONTAM을 이용하여 각 제연구역 형식(비상용승강기 승강장 단독제연, 피난용승강기 승강장 단독제연, 비상용승강기 승강장과 피난용승강기 승강장 동시제연 누설틈새 적용·미적용)의 방연풍속, 차압을 확인하고, 직렬형태 구조에 대해 제연성능을 확보하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 건물 내 필수적인 이동수단으로 사용되는 승강기는 비상상황 시, 탈출수단으로 이용될 경우 기대효과가 높기 때문에 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 서울특별시 초고층 건축물 가이드라인에서 층수는 지하 7층, 지상 53층, 바닥면적 $6,800m^2$ 연면적 $127,050m^2$, 용도는 문화 및 집회시설 판매시설 업무시설 숙박시설(호텔) 공동주택(아파트)의 건축물을 설계하면서 피난용승강기를 별도로 설치하기에는 효율적이지 못하다는 판단 하에 승용승강기의 설치기준에 따라 설계된 승강기를 피난용으로 사용하기로 결정하였으나 이에 대한 세부 설계지침내용이 아직까지 마련되어 있지 않아[1] 화재 시 공기주입, 스프링클러 가동, 스마트폰연동 탈출 가능한 클라우드 기반 피난유도 승강기시스템을 제안하였다.

보-슬래브 시스템 구조성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (The Experimental Study on Structural Performance of the Beam-Slab System)

  • 본 연구는 철골조 초고층 아파트에 있어서 주거부분의 충고를 낮추기 위한 새로운 보-슬래브 구조시스템 개발을 위하여 제안되어진 합성보에 대해서 역학적 성능 및 구조적인 검토를 실험적으로 고찰하여 그 타당성을 확인하고 구조설계의 지침을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이상과 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 제안된 아파트의 기준층 구조평면에 근거하여 본 연구의 대상이 되는 9.8m 스팬의 보를 대상으로 구조재료실험, 합성보의 균등 흼실험, 합성보의 중앙집중 재하실험, 휨 전단 가력실험, 그리고 전단 가력실험 등을 진행하였다. 실험결과로부터 상플랜지에 스터드 커넥터를 대한건축학회 강구조계산규준의 합성보 설계 규정에 따라 정상적으로 배치하고 슬래브의 상부 철근을 정상배근하면 충분한 구조적 성능을 발휘할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

청주 구도심내 주택유형별 분포 및 규모특성에 관한 연구 (Distribution Patterns and Habitable Floor Area by House Types in Traditional Urban Area of Cheong ju)

  • The new apartments has been rapidly built through the outskirts of Cheong-ju city since the latter half of 1980's. So, the population decreased in Seong-an dong and Jung-ang dong which are located in traditional urban area of Cheong-ju. Also, residential areas became obsolete and residential buildings happened to be vacant and empty. For urban rehabilitation, the city authorities will construct the high-rise complex housings with stores in the traditional urban area. We have doubts about whether the rapid change of new housing construction is right or not. Therefore, It is necessary to give a correct diagnosis of the present state from urban atrophy, keeping this area sustainable with traditionality and locality. This study is to examine and analysis in detail distribution patterns and habitable floor area by house types in Seong-an dong and Jung-ang dong which are located in traditional urban area of Cheong-ju. The result are as follows; the residential buildings as the 2,680 houses(including detached and apartment houses) and the 804 shop houses are distributed with 3,484(67%) of the whole 5,183 buildings and form 28percent of the whole floor areas. A distribution and area ratio of houses to shop houses is irrespectively about 76 : 24percent. The average floor area is represented with $66m^2$/household and $28.5m^2$/person. It shows that a hollowing out of urban area has caused the surplus of residential buildings and floor areas.

생애구술을 통해 본 중국 할빈 지역 조선족의 주거의 의미 : 주거유형 경험과 경로접근을 중심으로 (Meaning of Housing through Oral Life History of Korean Chineses in Harbin, China : Focused on experiences of housing structure type and pathway approach)

  • This research was designed to explore the meaning of housing among Korean Chinese in Harbin, China. In particular, the meaning of housing was examined by using the pathway approach. Utilizing qualitative research methods, this study administered the in-depth interview on the oral history of an individual life, and the 5 elderly persons in their 60s and 70s participated in the individualized interviews that were conducted from May 28 to 31 in 2010. The main findings of meaning of housing were as follows; 1. Similarly to the meaning of housing in 1970s and 1980s in Korea, house was viewed as both a shelter for family members and relatives and a place for their comfort. 2. Prior to multi-story residences, Harbin had only 3 different forms of single-story houses available; Chinese style with Kang and soil room(地室), Korean style with 'Ondol', and Russian style with open floor and Pechka, The promotion at work enabled participants to move to multi-story residences, their moving time varied from 1970 to 1991, and the residential moving determined their current housing status. 3. Multi-story residences were available around 1970s, floor-heating system was introduced from 1990s, and high-rise apartments were built from 1998. Korean Chinese(朝鮮族) weren't satisfied with the spatial composition of individual units embedded into the Chinese culture, especially, entrance, kitchen, bathroom and veranda. 4. Based on assimilation through socialism, adaptation to socialist society and capitalist acculturation, the lifestyles of the interviewees were categorized into five types - capitalist-proactive(Ms. KS), socialist-pragmatic(Ms. J), socialist-inducive(Ms. KY), family centered-conservative(Ms. L), and socialist-adaptive(Ms. P). This study implies that housing-related services for Korean Chinese are necessarily provided so as to embrace their life style and cultural identity in housing design, and further studies need to be explored.

아파트 실의 발코니 확장으로 인한 실의 장단변비 변화와 거주자의 선호도 조사 (The Analysis of User Preference of the Room W/D Ratio Changed by Merging Balcony to Room)

  • Most residential buildings in Korea are preferred to have maximum interior spaces, rather than consider its original design, overall building performance, and any other aspects since early 1990's. Especially in high-rise apartment buildings, balcony has been merged to living room to get more interior spaces and this renovation trends have been producing deep and narrow shapes of living rooms that was not initially intended by architects. On the other hand, the same gross area of each unit does not necessarily mean same width and depth ratio of each residential unit. Generally, we can categorize it to the deep or wide unit based on its width and depth ratio. Under these circumstances, this study analyzes the room usage pattern changes based on the space width and depth ratio and the effect of expansion of room space to the balcony. This study also includes about 180 apartments plan case studies to find out the relationships among w/d ratio changes, furniture arrangement types, and room configurations. In this research, general apartment room w/d ratios are 0.97 ∼ 1.23; 0.7(south facing sitting room), 1.23(south facing bed room), and 0.95(north facing bedroom). But, after expanding room space to balcony w/d ratio increased as follows; sitting room become 1.31, general south facing bedroom become 1.23, and north facing bedroom become 1.45. In addition to user preference of w/d ratio, many people prefer rectangular room shape a little(w/d ratio is 0.9 or 1.2) than square style (w/d ratio is 1.0) or very deep room style (w/d ratio Is more over 1.5). Accordingly, expanding the room space to balcony may make unsatisfactory room w/d ratio. Expanding room space to balcony should be considered by existing room w/d ratio.

심리적 인지특성을 고려한 교량하부 녹화유형별 선호요인 분석 (Preference Factor Analysis of Greening Plan for Under Space of Elevated Rail Track Considering Cognitive Psychological Characteristics)

  • 본 논문은 경전철 건설로 인한 도심의 경관훼손 저감 및 쾌적한 가로경관을 위한 교량하부녹화방안을 제시하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 대상지는 대구광역시 도시철도 3호선이 건설되는 구간이며, 고층아파트 및 상업시설이 밀집된 지역을 사례지로선정하였다. 교량하부 녹화방식을 유형화한 뒤, 유형별 선호도의 차이와 시각적 이미지를 평가하고자 3차원 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 각 장면을 제작하였으며, 경관형용사를 이용하여 설문평가를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 화목열식유형의 선호도가 가장 높게 평가되었으며, 교량경관에 대한 선호도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 조화성인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교량하부의 효율적인 녹화계획을 위한 기반을 마련하는데 중요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

경량형강 지붕트러스 앵커부의 거동 (The Behavior of Anchor Connections of Cold-Formed Steel Roof Truss)

  • 최근에 스틸하우스나 고층아파트 지붕에 경량형강 지붕트러스의 사용이 증가하는 추세이다. 그러나 현재 지붕트러스와 하부구조의 앵커 접합부의 설계는 거의 경험에 의존하는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 냉간성형형강 지붕트러스 앵커 접합부의 구조적인 거동에 관한 실험적인 연구를 서술하였다. 트러스부재와 접합철물은 스크류로 접합하였으며, 하부구조의 구조재료에 따라 시공성 및 구조적인 성능이 우수한 단순한 형태의 접합철물을 사용하여 철근콘크리트구조인 경우 케미컬 앵커볼트 그리고 강구조인 경우는 용접 및 DX-Pin을 사용하여 하부구조와 연결하였다. 다양한 접합부 형태에 대한 인발실험을 수향하여 접합부의 강도 및 강성을 측정하였으며, 이를 AISI시방서(1996) AISC시방서(1989)규정에 근거한 설계강도와 비교하였다. 또한 스크류 연결부의 최대전단강도식을 제안하여 실험결과와 비교하였다.

에스컬레이터이용자 안전사고예방을 위한 안전관리 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Management Plan to Prevent Safety Accident Escalator User)

  • The number of elevators in Korea has surpassed 700,000 units in 2019, which is the 8th in the world by number of installed units and 3rd in the world by new units. The word 'lift' is a representative word, and the category includes elevators, escalators, dumb waiters, and moving walks. Those who live in the city will experience using elevators once or twice a day, and these elevators are becoming an indispensable means of transportation when using high-rise apartments or subways. However, such a convenient elevator also has a lot of risks that threaten the safety of the user and actually cause many accidents every year. In particular, escalators (including moving walks), which account for as little as 5% of all elevators, account for 70% of all elevator accidents. According to Heinrich's chain of thought theory, accidents are caused by a combination of factors, which are divided into five stages: Stage 1: Genetic Factors and Social Environment, Stage 2: Individual Defects, Stage 3: Unsafe behavior and Unsafe conditions, Stage 4: Accident, Stage 5: Injury. Heinrich said that three of these five phases, unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions, require safety management and efforts to prevent accidents. In escalator accidents, the analysis of accident cases that have occurred so far will be related to unsafe behaviors and unsafe conditions, and the effective management of these causes of accidents will enable safer and more convenient use of escalators. This study analyzed accident cases of elevator users, focusing on escalator accidents over the last 10 years (2010 ~ 2019), and safety management to prevent safety accidents of elevator users by analyzing the behavior of actual users and questionnaires of experts in related fields. The method was studied.
