신경퇴화 및 지적장애 예방에 관한 고지능검사도구 이용의 실효성 연구 (The Efficiency of Intelligence Quotient Test at Prevention of Mental Retardation and Dementia)

  • To develop the Korean-Version-Improvement program for ordinary people, we investigate how Korean-High-Intelligent people use their cognitive function, intellectual capacity and Intelligent Quotient test. Using Mensa iq test, we classify intelligent examination tool into various components; visual, geometrical component and cognitive interpretation component. Also we organized each component, got database of intelligent subjects sample, classified itemized availability. Based on these things, we prove efficiency of intelligent examination tool. We found out that high intelligent people showed high Intelligent Index using visual cognitive stimulation with cognitive function when subjects were exposed to certain situation; solving the problem. This intelligent examination tool is low price and safe and easily carrying out with personal computer. If we develop intelligence quotient examination customized with mental retardation populations, a variety of subjects will improve their cognition with efficiency and inexpensively.

고령자와 비고령자의 성격과 교통안전 연관성 연구 (A Correlation Model of Traffic Safety and Personality in Elderly and Non-Elderly People)

  • 본 연구에서는 고령자와 비고령자의 성격과 교통안전 연관성을 분석하기 위한 목적으로 요인분석을 통해 고령자와 비고령자의 다양한 성격의 잠재요인을 도출하고 이를 요인회귀모형을 적용하여 성격과 교통안전의 연관모델을 구축하였다. 분석결과, 비고령자는 긍정적이고 활발하며 업무에 대한 자각이 높고 타인에 대한 배려가 부족할수록 교통여건의 만족도뿐만 아니라 과속경향이 높고 교통사고에 노출될 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 고령자는 업무성취에 대한 자각(완벽성, 효율성)이 높을수록 다시 말해 상대적으로 고등교육을 받은 고령자일수록 교통여건에 대한 만족도와 과속경향이 감소되며 사회활동이 많아질수록 교통사고에 노출되는 가능성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 교통안전을 증진시키기 위한 도로이용자 맞춤형 교통안전 교육 및 정책 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 산업 사회가 급속도로 발전함에 따라 전 세계적으로 전쟁, 테러, 강력 범죄가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 위험 요소들은 인명 피해 및 자원에 대한 파괴로 이어지는 주된 원인이 된다. 최근 강력 범죄의 잦은 발생으로 사회적 불안감이 조장되고 있으며 이러한 이유로 더 나은 안전, 보안 시스템 분야를 점검하는 계기가 되었다. 보안 시스템의 대표적인 장비라고 할 수 있는 CCTV카메라 시스템은 각 지역 자체적으로 공공장소 등과 같이 유동인구가 많은 지역에 확대 설치될 계획이다. 이것은 감시의 목적뿐만 아니라 보안 기술의 중요성에 대한 인식이 점차 높아짐에 따라 최소 인력으로 최대한의 감시 효과를 가질 수 있는 지능형 영상 보안 기술의 확대 보급을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 지능형 감시 카메라의 동향 및 시나리오에 대해서 살펴본다.

  • Recently, the height of building is more high and the number of moving people is increasing in the building. So we want to be necessary more effective vertical moving tool. Most of high intelligent building can satisfy tills need using many elevators. Many elevators system should need to distribute and distribute many elevator effectively. This paper effectively use many elevators to reduce customer' waiting time and propose the model of mathematical group control system.

계층화분석법을 이용한 저소득층 u-서비스 적용 우선순위에 관한 연구 (The Study on U-Service Priority for Low-Income People Using AHP)

  • 도시기반시설에 첨단 정보통신기술을 융합하여 도시의 경쟁력과 삶의 질 향상을 추구하는 유비쿼터스도시는 구축과 운영에 있어 막대한 비용이 필요한 반면에 정보화 사회에서의 정보격차를 경험하고 있는 저소득층이 사용자로서의 다양한 혜택을 누릴 수 있는 실질적 u-서비스를 발굴하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해 본 연구는 기존에 제안된 u-서비스 중 저소득층에게 적합한 항목을 선별한 후 계층화분석법(AHP)을 이용하여 법 제도적여건, 기술구현성, 범용성을 기준으로 각각에 대한 중요도와 쌍대비교를 통해 우선순위를 도출하였다. 그 결과 저소득층에게 제공되어야 할 u-서비스로 치매노인 미아방지, 가로(街路)안전대응, 취업고용 정보지원 서비스 등의 순으로 우선순위가 도출됨에 따라, 저소득층을 위한 실질적인 u-서비스의 구축 방향을 제시하였다고 생각한다.

  • In today's online social structure, people with electronic devices or network have been closely related to whether any of the activities, work, school, etc., is related to electronic devices, intelligent robot, and network control. The best mobility and the first rich media of these products as smart phones, smart phones rise rapidly in recent years, high speed processing performance and high free way to install software, deeply loved by many business people. However, not only for smart phone business aspects of the use, but also can engage in education of the teachers or the students are learning a great help. This study construct OCR-assisted learning software written by the JAVA made, and the installation is provided by the Android mobile phone users.

  • Face manipulation tools represented by Deepfake have threatened the security of people's biological identity information. Particularly, manipulation tools with deep learning technology have brought great challenges to Deepfake detection. There are many solutions for Deepfake detection based on traditional machine learning and advanced deep learning. However, those solutions of detectors almost have problems of poor performance when evaluated on different quality datasets. In this paper, for the sake of making high-quality Deepfake datasets, we provide a preprocessing method based on the image pixel matrix feature to eliminate similar images and the residual channel attention network (RCAN) to resize the scale of images. Significantly, we also describe a Deepfake detector named Cascaded-Hop which is based on the PixelHop++ system and the successive subspace learning (SSL) model. By feeding the preprocessed datasets, Cascaded-Hop achieves a good classification result on different manipulation types and multiple quality datasets. According to the experiment on FaceForensics++ and Celeb-DF, the AUC (area under curve) results of our proposed methods are comparable to the state-of-the-art models.

  • A subsea oil production system must be safely operated for 20-30 years after being installed. Because of the severe conditions of the subsea environment, such as extreme high pressure, low visibility, the possibility of unexpected impact by any object, and corrosion by seawater, subsea oil production systems should be monitored by subsea data logger systems and remotely operated vehicles to check for abnormal vibration and leakage to prevent a catastrophic accident. Because of the severity of subsea environmental conditions and the dominance of a few companies in the market, many people have thought that it would be difficult to develop a subsea data logger system. The primary objectives of the study described in this paper were to analyze existing subsea data logger systems to establish the requirements for a subsea data logger system, implement a prototype subsea data logger system, and conduct a test of the prototype subsea data logger system.

  • Cyber counseling, one of the most compatible type of consultation for the information society, enables people to reveal their mental agonies and private problems anonymously, since it does not require face-to-face interview between a counsellor and a client. However, there are few cyber counseling centers which provide high quality and trustworthy service, although the number of cyber counseling center has highly increased. Therefore, this paper is intended to enable an appropriate consultation for each client by analyzing client propensity using Bayesian variable selection. Bayesian variable selection is superior to stepwise regression analysis method in finding out a regression model. Stepwise regression analysis method, which has been generally used to analyze individual propensity in linear regression model, is not efficient since it is hard to select a proper model for its own defects. In this paper, based on the case database of current cyber counseling centers in the web, we will analyze clients' propensities using Bayesian variable selection to enable individually target counseling and to activate cyber counseling programs.
