  • This paper deals with development of high torque and high accurate stepping motor and control system which is adopted heavy equipment engine speed control. In the process of development, only pure domestic technics is involved, all the parts are supplied in domestic industries, and successfully accomplished to mass production. In order to confirm product liability, circumferential test,such as vibration test impact test,thermal test,and field test are thoroughly fulfilled.

  • Since CAD is advertised 1980s, all across industries have been changed through engineering, manufacturing and inspection. Also marine industry has adopted not only CAD but also various IT systems to make productivity higher. This paper includes research and development to improve traditional draft reading by using IT system, it has focused to build draft database for new vessels, to improve robustness measuring weather condition and to reduce accident possibility.

  • This paper describes the prediction of location of PD signals in GIS using the difference in the measured time between first and second wave arrival by the external-type PD sensors. It is well accepted that the electromagnetic wave in GIS propagates at the velocity of $3{\times}10^8$m/s. Consequently, we could identify the location of PD with high accuracy. The experience at the fields and the problems for the judgment are also discussed in detail.

  • In this paper, we present IGBT VVVF inverters as a 1C1M propulsion system for electric car. These inverters are composed of high power IGBT's and controlled by compact control units. The control unit performs full digital control by using 32bit DSP and microcontroller. By using CAN-bus, high speed network is constructed within four control units. The stack is simplified and optimized by using plate bus and IGBT driver units of hybrid-type.

  • The main purpose of this study is to design and develop the information display device for power conditioning system of photovoltaic power generation system. The function of this device is to display the information, communicate with PCS controller and store the special information. The developed device is tested to verify the performance and experimental results show the excellent performance. An actual running test is being carried out to verify the reliability of the device including PCS by applying it to 10kW level photovoltaic power generation system established in Ulsan College.

  • 농형 유도전동기의 센서리스 벡터제어시 기존의 약계자 알고리즘은 오토튜닝 오차에 의해 자속기준값이 크게 계산되어질 때 역기전력과, 전압제한값에 의해 최대전류를 출력할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 약계자 영역에서 토크분 전류제어 오차를 이용하여 자속 기준값을 보상함으로써 전류부족에 의한 속도강하를 방지하는 알고리즘을 소개하였고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 타당성을 검증하였다.
