유한요소해석에 의한 선상가열 변형의 시뮬레이션 (Simulation of Line Heating Process by Finite Element Analysis)

  • 생산현장의 판굽힘가공 자동화를 위한 기초연구로서 강판의 선상가열 변형을 역학적 측면에서 고찰하고 3차원 비선형 과도 열탄소성 유한요소해석을 통한 수치 시뮬레이션을 시도하였다. 가스토치에 의해 가열되는 평판의 비정상 열전달 문제를 해석하며 온도분포의 시간이력을 계산하였고 이를 바탕으로 평판의 과도 열변형과정을 해석하였으며 그 결과를 상세히 고찰하였다.

  • In this study, a general strength concrete member is produced and its hydrothermal temperature is measured. It is intended to present the basic data for establishment of fire resistance performance assessment and review of safety against fire by comparing the data values of slab fire resistance experiment and the numerical analysis model. The value obtained by measuring the hydrothermal temperature of the concrete after heating the concrete designed to have general strength (30 Mpa) for 3 hours in accordance with the ISO 834 Heating Curve is compared with the value obtained from a thermal conduction analysis. As a result of the comparison, though there is a little difference, it is thought that fire behaviors can be predicted in the future if the movement of moisture and the added evaporation speed are taken into account.

  • In this paper, an iterative method to model the electromagnetic heating of electrically large lossy dielectrics is presented. Frequency domain finite element (FEM) solutions of the wave equation are determined for the lossy inhomogeneous dielectric as the material properties are change with temperature and time. The power absorbed from microwave losses is applied to a finite element time domain (FETD) calculation of the heat diffusion equation. Time steps appropriate for updating the piecewise material properties in the wave equation and the time stepping of the heat equation are presented. The effects of preheating and source frequency are investigated.

  • Structural components for aerospace, electronics and automobile industry are the main applications for magnesium alloys due to their lightweight and high specific strength. The adoption of magnesium alloys in sheet forming processes is still limited, due to their low formability at room temperature caused by the hexagonal crystal structure. In this paper, the authors aim to improve the formability of AZ31 magnesium alloy. For this, experiment and finite element analysis on used warm deep drawing process with a local heating and cooling technique were done. Both die and blank holder were heated at various warm temperature while the punch was kept at room temperature by cooling water.

  • In this paper, the magneto-thermal analysis of an induction heating jar is presented as an efficient design. The magnetic field inside the axisymmetric shaped cooker is analyzed using an axisymmetric FEM(Finite Element Method) and the effectual heat source is obtained by calculation of the induction current in the Jar. The temperature distribution can be calculated using the heat source and heat equation.

  • This machine is a high-vacuum exhaust sealing device which makes the inside of PDP element in high vacuum state, blows inactive gases into it and finally seals it. This machine consists of vacuuming parts, heating parts and exhausting parts. Applying the energy saving technology, this machine improves the temperature uniformity of vacuuming and heating parts.

  • In this study, the operation(heating) period of heat source(boiler) machineries in apartment building for periodic heat load analysis has been established by investigating their heat source machineries actural operation period, energy consumption, the capacity of heat source machineries, and their building element.
