이동 Quenching 자계시 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의한 초전도 박막에서의 온도분포해석 (The Computer Simulation of the Temperature Distribution on the Superconducting thin-film by Moving Quenching-Field)

  • The temperature distribution on the superconducting thin-film is analyzed as moving constant field is applied above upper critical field. The distribution of magnetic field is derived in the normal spot. Governing equation is obtained with the help of the equation of conservation of energy. The temperature distribution and the heat dissipation are obtained through computer simulation by the method of numerical analysis. Maximum temperature is occured in the most right side inside normal spot. The temperature is increased abruptly inside the normal spot, and decreased more gradually outside normal spot in the direction of moving field as velocity is increased. Increasing the velocity rather than increasing magnitude of the normal spot and the applied field makes maximum temperature larger. Heat dissipation is affected by the velocity rather than the magnitude of normal spot and the applied field.

점용접에 있어서 온도분포의 변화에 관한 연구 (A study on the transient temperature distribution for spot welds)

  • A calculating method of transient temperature distribution due to spot welding of thin plates is studied in this paper. Considering the contact stress between upper and lower plate and temperature-dependence of specific resistance and elastic limit of base metal, the model of calorific density of heat source was decided. Using 2-dimensional polar coordinates system, the governing equation of heat transfer was developed. The thermal cycles of various points were recorded using C-A thermocouples during spot welding procedure for mild steel plates of 1mm thickness, and those results were compared with the results of calculations presented in this paper.

  • 본 논문은 차동식스포트형열감지기 현장점검용 표준화기기 개발에 관한 연구이다. 현재 소방점검 시 차동식스포트형열감지기의 성능확인을 위해 사용되는 점검기기(4 Type)들을 실험대상으로 선정하여 문제점을 찾고, 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 차동식스포트형열감지기 형식승인 시 감도시험기준과 동일한 온도조건인 실온보다 $30^{\circ}C$ 높은 온도로 자동설정 할 수 있고 설정된 온도를 계속 유지할 수 있는 기능과 풍속 조건인 풍속 85cm/s를 유지할 수 있는 차동식스포트형열감지기 현장점검용 표준화기기의 회로를 설계하고 시제품을 제작하였다. 개발된 시제품의 성능확인 결과 차동식스포트형열감지기의 형식승인시험 시 감도시험조건과 동일한 성능이 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 이상과 같은 점을 고려하고, 인장시험을 통해 최대용접강도를 나타내는 최적용접조건을 구한 다음, 최적조건하에서 박강판을 1점 점용접한 재료의 너깃주위에 관찰되는 파괴거동을 광탄성 응력분포거동과 관련시켜 고찰하였다.

  • During fabrication of deck house block in passenger ships, the problem of unexpected large deformation and distortion frequently occurs. In this case, line and spot heating method were widely used to correct the distortion of thin plate structure. Spot heating was especially used for the case under 5mm thickness. Few papers are available on the working conditions of spot heating method but only little information on deformation control. In this study, evaluation was carried out on the temperature distribution of spot heating methods using FEA and practical experiments for various heating time. IIn FEA, heat input model was established using Tsuji's double Gaussian heat input mode (Tsuji, I., 1988). This model was verified by comparing with experimental data. Also radial shrinkage and angular distortion due to spot heating were determined and compared with experimental results. Thermo elasto-plastic analysis was performed using commercial FE code, MSC/MARC. Radial shrinkage and angular distortion were measured using 3D measuring apparatus. Based on these results, simplified analysis model for deformation by spot heating was established.

차동식 스포트형 열감지기의 인공 가속열화특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Rate of Rise Spot Type Heat Detector on the Artificially Accelerated Aging Characteristics)

  • 차동식 스포트형 공기 팽창식 열감지기를 인위적으로 높은 온도에서 가속열화시켜 경년변화되는 특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 이 연구는 현장에 설치된 감지기가 화재 또는 점검기기에 의한 고온의 열에 노출되었을 경우에 감지기의 동작에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 실험하였다. 실험결과 현장에서 5년 동안 사용되었던 2005년 B사 감지기는 $100^{\circ}C$의 온도에서 1시간 동안 노출되었을 경우에 감지기가 동작하지 않는 경우가 발생하였다. 이것은 감지기 감열실내의 팽창된 공기가 리크공 이외의 곳에서 리크 되었기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 감지기의 동작표시를 나타내는 LED는 온도가 $160^{\circ}C$까지 올라갔음에도 불구하고 모두 정상적으로 동작하였다. 따라서 동작표시 LED의 회로소자는 고장은 발생하지 않았음을 알 수 있었다.

다양한 탄화수소 연료를 이용한 열방출 섭동 연구 (A Study on Heat Release Fluctuation Using Various Hydrocarbon Fuels)

  • 연소불안정 능동제어를 위해서는 음향 발생기나 2차 연료 분사를 통해 압력 섭동이나 열방출 섭동에 변화를 주어야 한다. 2차 연료 분사의 위치 및 시점을 결정하기 위해서는 연소불안정 시 발생하는 열방출 섭동의 분포를 알아야 한다. 본 연구에서는 탄화수소 연료, 유입 속도, 당량비, 음향가진 조건을 변화시키며 위상에 따른 열방출 섭동의 분포를 실험적으로 측정하였다. 와류 발생에 따른 열방출 섭동은 $Damk{\ddot{o}}hler$ 수에 의해 크게 영향을 받는 것을 알 수 있었다. $Damk{\ddot{o}}hler$ 수가 대략 4 - 5 보다 큰 경우는 와류의 leading edge에서 hot spot이 trailing edge에서 cold spot이 발생하였다. 이와는 반대로 $Damk{\ddot{o}}hler$ 수가 3 보다 작은 경우는 반대의 경향이 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

적층판으로 제작된 고온초전도 한류기에 발생한 국부적 열폭주 점에 대한 열응력 해석 (Thermal Stress Due to a Hot - Spot on the Laminated Plate in High Temperature Superconducting Fault Current Limiter)

  • Analysis for the thermal stress distribution in the laminated plates containing a hot-spot(local heating region) is performed. It is assumed that the local heating region induces only mechanical stress by the thermal expansion but effect of the thermal conduction is neglected. The region is regarded equivalent to a homogeneous inclusion expanding in a laminated medium. As an example, Au/YBCO/Al$_2$O$_3$laminate which is often employed for High Temperature Superconducting Fault Current Limiter(HTS FCL) has been analyzed. Effects of heat input, thickness of each layer and the got spot size upon the stress distribution in the hot-spot have been investigated. For a constant heat generation into the hot-spot, as the thickness of the Al$_2$O$_3$substrate increases, the stress in the YBCO layer is peculiarly oscillated, and the curvature of laminate has a maximum at a certain thickness of the Al$_2$O$_3$.

  • For clarifying the mechanical phenomena of thermal elasto-plastic behavior on the multi-spot welded joints, this study has tried to carry out three-dimensional thermal elasto-plastic analysis on them. However, because the shape of multi-spot welded joints is not axi-symmetric, unlike the case of single-spot welded joint, the solution domain for simulation should be three-dimensional. Therefore, in this paper, from the results analyzed using the developed the three dimensional unstationary heat conduction and thermal elasto-plastic programs by an iso-parametric finite element method, mechanical characteristics and their production mechanism on single- and multispot welded joints were clarified. Moreover, effects of pitch length on temperature, welding residual stresses and plastic strain of multi-spot welded joints were evaluated, indicating that a pitch of 30mm was advantageous compared to a pitch of 15mm.

  • As the technique of resistance spot welding became more and more advanced the factors hitherto considered secondary become more and more important. Among these factors the distribution of heat and temperature during resistance spot welding is particularly important in conjunction with thermal stress, strain and residual stress, strain problems. The analytical investigations upon the transient temperature due to resistance spot welding were made for the carbon steel plate and aluminum alloy plate. The numerical values obtained by the analytical investigation are nearly identical with the temperature distribution which obtained by D.J. Sullivan and some other experimental data. It was thought therefore useful to estimate the heat effect upon the material such as a residual stress and strain, metalurgical change, change in physical properties and etc.
