This study tried to examine the antecedents of antecedents of trust and customer response at the healthcare service. A total of 230 patient' data were used with a structural equation analysis. They were verified by covariance modeling, using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 5.0program. Trust is significantly affected by the three factors. Doctors' professionalism and effort of relationship continuity have a positive impact on trust simultaneously. Also, brand reputation have a positive impact on trust simultaneously. But, Trust is not significantly affected by tangibles. And, Trust has a not positive impact on the word of mouth(WOM). Satisfaction has a positive impact on the repurchase and WOM. Repurchase has a positive impact on the WOM.
This paper aims to share the course, performance and implications of Project-Based Learning (PBL) education in healthcare data science (HDS). The HDS team of the business group of Soonchunhyang University, which was selected for the health care field of 'University Innovation Project', considered that the health care IT-based education of the current university differs greatly from the rapidly changing health care 3.0 environment of the fourth industry, and emphasized the PBL practice-oriented specialization program as a learning model. The PBL focused on self-directed learning experiences, real analysis problems, and team-oriented classes. In other words, it was implemented with three specialized strategies: 'Field Inside Education', 'Fusion-type Track Education', and 'Training to strengthen resilience and change response'. This collaborative, practical learning experience, etc. resulted in significant results. The results were recognized as being rated A by the Korea Research Foundation and the comprehensive evaluation, and the results were significantly elevated through the analysis of the student survey and the results index.

In the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases such as allergies, S100A8 acts as an important molecule and T lymphocytes are essential cytokine-releasing cells. In this study, we investigated the effect of S100A8 on release of cytokines, specifically MCP-1, IL-6, and IL-8 in T cells, and its associated signaling mechanism. S100A8 increased secretion of MCP-1, IL-6, and IL-8 in a time- and dose-dependent manner. Elevated secretion of MCP-1, IL-6, and IL-8 due to S100A8 was inhibited by the TLR4 inhibitor TLR4i, the PI3K inhibitor LY294002, the $PKC{\delta}$ inhibitor rottlerin, the ERK inhibitor PD98059, the p38 MAPK inhibitor SB202190, the JNK inhibitor SP600125, and the NF-${\kappa}B$ inhibitor BAY-11-7085. S100A8 induced phosphorylation of ERK, p38 MAPK, and JNK in a time-dependent manner, and activation was suppressed by TLR4i, LY294002, and rottlerin. S100A8 induced NF-${\kappa}B$ activation by $I{\kappa}-B{\alpha}$ degradation, and NF-${\kappa}B$ activity was suppressed by PD98059, SB202190, and SP600125. These results indicate that S100A8 induces cytokine release via TLR4. Study of PI3K, $PKC{\delta}$, MAPKs, and NF-${\kappa}B$ will contribute to elucidation of the S100A8-invovled mechanism.
Recently, the tendency in the education system is toward the convergent curriculum to developing people of interdisciplinary abilities. This study was conducted to develop a clinical competence assessment program that assists health department students' clinical practice and to examine its learning effects. Study samples were composed 94 graduating student nurses who were from nursing dept of on M city. This study employed a one-group pre-post test design. knowledge, clinical competence and professional images were significantly higher in post test group. That was enhanced by clinical competence assessment program than that of the pretest group (p<.001). The results indicate that it will help students in clinical adaptability of the department of healthcare-Affiliated. Further study will be needed to identify the effect of a clinical competence and communication skills.

Ingredients of soy and fermented soy products have been widely utilized as food supplements for health-enhancing properties. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of fermented soymilk (FSM) and soymilk (SM) on free fatty acid-induced lipogenesis in the hepatocellular steatosis model. HepG2 cells were incubated with palmitic acid (PA) for 24 h to induce lipogenesis and accumulation of intracellular lipid contents. The PA-treated cells were co-incubated with FSM, SM, genistein, and estrogen, respectively. Lipid accumulation in the PA-treated HpG2 cells was significantly decreased by co-incubation with FSM. Treatment of HepG2 cells with PA combined with genistein or estrogen significantly increased the expression of SREBP-1. However, FSM co-incubation significantly attenuated SREBP-1 expression in the PA-treated HepG2 cells; in addition, expression of NRF-2 and phosphorylation of ERK were significantly increased in the PA and FSM co-incubated cells. PA-induced ROS production was significantly reduced by FSM and SM. Our results suggested that the bioactive components of FSM could protect hepatocytes against the lipid accumulation and ROS production induced by free fatty acids. These effects may be mediated by the inhibition of SREBP-1 and the activation of NRF-2 via the ERK pathway in HepG2 cells.

Der p 2, which is a major allergen of house dust mite, plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic disease. There is controversy regarding whether Der p 2 binds to Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), and its inflammatory effect has not yet been elucidated. In the current study, we examined the interaction of Der p 2 with TLR4 and the effect of Der p 2 on cytokine release in THP-1 cells and lymphocytes. Among house dust mite extracts, recombinant TLR4 protein interacted with Der p 2. The overall structure of Der p 2 is characteristic of the immunoglobulin superfamily and contains ten ${\beta}-strands$, forming a ${\beta}-cup$ fold with two anti-parallel ${\beta}-sheets$, and a short 310 helix. The two sheets can be separated, further allowing the formation of a large internal pocket, which is narrow and suitable for binding large flat molecules such as lipid-like molecules. Der p 2 caused increased secretion of IL-6, IL-8, and MCP-1, which are neutrophil survival factors, in human monocytic THP-1 cells in a time-dependent manner. Der p 2 also induces the release of cytokines in normal and allergic lymphocytes. Supernatant after treatment with Der p 2 inhibited neutrophil apoptosis. In coculture of lymphocytes with neutrophils, Der p 2 inhibited spontaneous apoptosis of allergic neutrophils. In summary, Der p 2 binds to TLR4 and induces an inflammatory response such as cytokine secretion in immune cells. These findings may enable elucidation of allergy pathogenesis by specific allergen of house dust mite.
Health is an essential element of human living and participation in society. Due to its significance, government tries to maintain the healthy life of tis people by providing health care and enhancement systems that focus on health welfare. Despite such efforts, there is still a loophole in the public system. The health problem in socially disadvantaged people, especially single mothers, becomes the cause of poverty, and the poverty again results in the poor health conditions. That is why the private sector became interested in this health issue. In this case study about the participants in the healthcare support programs for single mothers in the private sector, their experience and change related on participation in the programs were investigated in depth. As results, the following significance and quantitative performance in supporting the health right for single mothers were explored. Since single mothers could not have cared for their health because their duty for not only parenting but also family's living, th participants thought that they attained good fortunes and their own social networks. Moreover, their life attitude changed to active and their family relationship was also improved as they got out of ambiguous anxiety of health and attained self confidence.
Primary gastric lymphoma (PGL) is derived from mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) and it differs from nodal lymphoma in histologic features and biologic behavior. Recent studies have showed that Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori ) infection is closely related to the development of low grade gastric lymphoma, and eradication of the infection induces regression of the tumor. H. pylori infection is known to be important to the development of gastric MALT lymphoma. The aim of this study was to elucidate the histopathological behavior of PGL according to the concept of MALT and to compare the predictive value of tests frequently used for diagnosis of H. pylori. The histological features of gastric lymphoma arising from MALT are the replacement of glands by uniform dense infiltration of centrocyte-like cells in the lamina propria and lymphoidepithelial lesion. H. pylori-associated histologic changes of neutrophilic infiltration, lymphoid follicle or aggregates formation and intestinal metaplasia, and H. pylori immunoreactivity were analyzed. Detection of H. pylori in chronic active gastritis and peptic ulcer suggests a possible role of H. pylori in the pathogenesis. Giemsa, Toluidine blue and Long H&E stains were used in H. pylori detection. Histopathological examination of gastric biopsy specimens revealed lymphoepithelial lesions pathognomonic of MALT lymphoma, and immunohistochemical staining for CD20 was diffusely positive. CD3 was positive in reactive T cells. PAX-5 was negative except the follicle. Bcl-2, cytokeratin, Ki-67, and c-myc were positive. The findings may indicate a predictable transition of low grade to high grade, and c-myc may be used as a valuable marker before molecular pathology diagnosis.

Purpose: This study examines areal composition of ward applying to 4 bedroom in provincial medical center. Methods: The existing five-bed patient rooms, general type of multiple-bed rooms in Korea causes many problems for the amenity of patients. We should reconsider their inconvenience carefully and try to provide the right to keep their privacy and enjoy amenity. The number of patients of multi-bed rooms is very critical point to improve the environmental condition of the patient rooms. This study separate 5 bedroom group and 4 bedroom group. Net area from space program was surveyed and analyzed. Results: The result of this study can be summarized into two points. The first one is that Group-4(4 bedroom) ward has more 23% patient's area and -23% convenience area than Group-5(5 bedroom). The second one is that Group-4 has more single bedroom and Group-5 has more dayroom. Implications: Consideration Should be taken into account for the effective bedroom composition and allocation in ward. This Study hopefully may serve as a stepping stone for the standard design of space program in ward.
Purpose: This study examined the needs for asthma education programs as perceived by school-age children, parents, and teachers and investigated parents' and teachers' expectations for incorporating augmented reality (AR) in asthma education. Methods: This descriptive, cross-sectional study included 339 participants: 125 school-age children, 132 parents, and 82 teachers. Data were collected from children, parents, and teachers on the need for asthma education, the requirements for asthma education, and the expectations of parents and teachers for incorporating AR in asthma education. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, analysis of variance, and the Scheffé test. Results: Asthmatic children and their peers, parents, and teachers all felt there was a significant need for education about asthma, with education on how to deal with an asthma attack being needed the most. The incorporation of AR programs in asthma education was viewed positively by both parents and teachers. Conclusion: An AR children's asthma education program should be developed in which children with asthma and their peers, parents, and teachers can participate together. Furthermore, it is expected that children with asthma will independently undertake more effective disease management after attending an AR asthma education program.
