This study focuses on the adoption of Healthcare Information System (HIS) in India's healthcare services, which has led to an increased use of HIS software for managing patient information in hospitals. The study aims to evaluate the factors that influence hospital workers' satisfaction with HIS usage and its impact on their intention to continue in the use of HIS. Primary data was collected through a survey questionnaire from 265 hospital workers. A new framework was developed, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for analysis. Sensitivity analysis was also conducted on demographic data using an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) approach. The results indicated that all hypotheses were significant (p < 0.05). Effort expectancy was the most significant factor influencing hospital workers' satisfaction (p < 0.01). Sensitivity analysis showed that education (Model-A) and experience in use of HIS (Model-B) were the most important factors. The study contributes by proposing a new theoretical framework and extending the previous research on HIS usage satisfaction. Overall, the study highlights the importance of easiness and usefulness in predicting HIS usage satisfaction.

보건의료는 u-Healthcare를 통하여 병원중심에서 시민 중심으로 의료 환경변화를 촉진시키고 예방에서 진단, 치료, 사후 관리의 모든 과정을 균형적으로 발전시킬 것으로 전망된다. u-Healthcare 단말이 언제, 어디서나 무자각의 유비쿼터스 단말이 되기 위하여 다음과 같은 기술이 구현되는 것이 필요하다. 이동통신 및 무선 통신망과 연동기능으로 모바일 게이트웨이 구현, Bluetooth 무선 연동기능, 다양한 정보통신기기와의 접목기술, 정밀한 데이터 전송 기술 등이 필요하다 따라서 본 논문은 u-healthcare를 위한 모바일 기반의 시스템 구현에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.

The thrust in this paper is to discuss the dimensions of executive scanning process (ESP) that support continuous scanning activities by executives. Executive scanning is especially important for the healthcare organizations in these days since the environment they are faced with is extremely complex and dynamic. While much has been written about ESP, two important aspects have been underemphasized in the past. The first is a link to the strategic management process (SMP) or the issue of strategy-scanning alignment. The second is a feedback loop to verify the quality of information generated through scanning process. This paper discusses the improved ESP by adding these two features.

Recently, as stress has become a major threat to people's health, there is a growing interest in wearable stress management services for stress relief. In this paper, we developed a wearable device(Care-on) capable of extracting changeable human voice information at each site and a Healthcare App(S-Manager) that enables stress management in real time using the wearable device. It collects and analyzes variable real-time voice information for each part of the person's body. And It also provides the ability to monitor stress conditions in a mobile environment and provide feedback on the analysis results in step by step in the mobile environment. We tested the developed wearable devices and app in a mobile environment and analyzed the results to confirm their usefulness.

현재의 보건의료분야 정보시스템은 늘어나는 보건의료 수요 충족을 위해 다양한 시스템을 구축 운영하고 있으며, 그에 따른 정보화예산은 지속적으로 증가 추세에 있지만, 현재의 시스템은 다양한 시스템 간의 상호 연관성이 있음에도 연계가 이루어지지 않으며, 각 유관기관과의 정보연계를 위한 표준화 및 실시간 네트워크가 구성되어 있지 않아 현황자료 등 각종 자료의 실시간 제공이 미흡하다는 문제점이 제기 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 한계를 극복하기 위한 대안으로 JXTA 기반의 보건의료분야 통합정보시스템을 제안한다. JXTA는 오픈소스 기반의 P2P 플랫폼으로 운영체제와 네트워크 프로토콜, 그리고 개발언어에 독립적인 P2P 기술을 사용하는 분산 네트워크 컴퓨팅 환경을 구현하기 위한 것이다. 지금까지 네트워크 환경에서 자료의 저장과 관리를 위해 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 서버 집중형 구조는 사용자와 통신량이 증가하면서 데이터 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있으며 늘어나는 통신 서비스를 처리하기 위해 서버의 수를 늘리는 것보다 신속한 정보 연계와 비용 절감, 효율적인 자료 관리 차원에서 P2P 모델이 새로운 해결 방안으로 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 보건의료 데이터 및 서비스 통합을 위한 플랫폼으로써 JXTA를 기반으로 하는 보건의료분야 통합정보시스템을 설계하고 이를 구현함으로써, JXTA 기반이 새로운 통합정보시스템 구축의 적합한 모델임을 입증한다.

의료산업분야에서도 헬스케어 공급망관리는 서비스품질 개선과 운영비용 절감을 위한 핵심도구로 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 특히 대형병원의 경우 서비스품질 제고와 병행하여 지속적으로 증가하기만 하는 헬스케어비용을 줄이기 위해 노력하는 현 상황에서 공급망 부문의 성과제고는 전략적으로 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문은 공급망관리를 통해 대형병원의 성과제고에 기여할 수 있는 병원운영상의 전략적 이슈에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 기존 연구논문 및 관련 자료분석을 통해 대형병원의 헬스케어 공급망관리의 기본 틀을 제시하고 운영 과정상의 정보 가시성과 공유 그리고 표준화 등이 핵심 요소임을 논리적으로 제시하였다. 또한 실제적인 공급망 운영을 위해 효율적인 계획수립과 운영프로세스, 각종 기자재의 추적가능성 극대화를 위한 RFID 활용, 의약품과 각종 소모품재고 절감을 위한 크로스 도킹시스템의 도입도 제안하였으며, 본 연구에서 논의한 공급망관리 운영기법에 대한 시사점도 제시하였다.

본 논문은 현대인이 받는 각종 스트레스와 압박 및 내적 갈등으로 인해 발생되는 분노의 관리를 위해 정신건강 관리용 모바일 헬스케어 앱을 개발한다. 분노의 작동 기전과 신체 질병과의 관계성에 대한 내용을 다루고 이를 효율적으로 관리, 해결하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 앱 컨텐츠를 개발하고 웹앱(Web App)으로 구현하였다. 앱을 사용하는 사용자에게 분노관리와 관련된 유용한 정보를 제공하고 사용하기 편리하도록 메뉴를 구성하였다. 구현된 앱은 분노와 관련된 정보, 신체 건강과의 연관성에 대한 정보, A형 성격이나 적대감 테스트, 스트레스 경향 테스트, 정신 생산성 진단 테스트(KMPI), 일지 쓰기, 분노 관리, 상담 등의 기능을 제공한다.

Blockchain is at the center of attention recently and it is expected to have a huge impact on healthcare industry including dentistry as well. Blockchain is a fundamental technology behind Bitcoin and itis all about decentralization, security, reliability, and transparency. These characteristics of the technology empower it to disrupt the current healthcare industry in innumerable practices such as supply chain management in pharmaceuticals to prevent the counterfeited medicine, clinical trials to guarantee transparency, healthcare information exchanges or personal health record systems to ensure data integrity and interoperability, etc. It will surely revolutionize the way the current healthcare system works; from provider-oriented to patient-centered. Hence, it is time to seriously consider how we could be a part of this blockchain revolution in dentistry.

최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술 분야 중 사용자의 정보 속성이 매우 민감한 u-헬스케어가 의료분야에서 각광을 받고 있다. u-헬스케어는 개인 건강/의료 정보를 포함한 극히 개인적인 정보를 다루고 있기 때문에 보안 및 프라이버시 측면에서 다양한 취약점 존재 및 위협에 노출되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 환자가 소유하고 있는 휴대장치(PDAs나 휴대용 컴퓨터)를 제 3자가 불법적으로 악용하여 환자의 정보를 훼손하는 것을 예방하기 위한 RFID 기반의 환자정보 보호 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜은 사전에 관리 서버에 등록된 병원(의사, 간호사, 약국 등)의 권한 정보에 따라 환자의 개인정보에 접근할 수 있도록 병원(의사, 간호사, 약국 등)의 권한을 계층적으로 분리하여 병원이 최소한의 업무를 수행하도록 한다. 특히, 게이트웨이 역할하는 관리 서버는 접근 허가가 승인된 환자 정보 이외에 허가받지 않은 정보에 대해서 제 3자가 쉽게 접근하지 못하도록 주기적으로 접근 허용 키를 생성하여 환자의 인증 및 관리의 효율성을 향상시키고 있다.

According to Myers (1984) and Myers and Majluf(1984), there exists a financial hierarchy from internal to external financing, from long-tenn debt to equity, due to information costs. The purpose of this study is to assess the profit-making corporation of healthcare institutions. Data was collected from 130 hospital presidents and financial managers. We analysed the frequency and one way ANOVA by SPSS Windows 14.0K. The major findings of the study were as follows: We found that the priorities which a healthcare institutions financing were internal financial, other allowance, a credit loan, a security loan, and a lease through this study. The priorities which a healthcare institutions raised the capital differed as to the number of beds and revenues. The priorities were no difference from ownership, location and an annual business.
