게놈 프로젝트 이후 급격하게 발전하고 있는 나노자성-바이오 의료 컨버젼스 기술은 신약 개발 프로세스, 임상 진단 등의 분야에 혁신적인 변화를 일으킬 것으로 주목을 받고 있다. 이 중에서 차세대 바이오 에세이 기술은 암, 임상 유전적 질병의 조기진단 및 현장진단(point-of-care)과 같은 유비쿼터스 진단(U-health care)시대에 부응하는 휴대화 자동화 고속화 저비용화 사용편의성뿐만 아니라 post-genome 시대의 요구에 맞는 대용량화 다중 감지화 요건을 충족하는 기술이다. 본 논고에서는 바이오 에세이용 자기센서 및 미세유체역학하에서 바이오 분자 이송용 온 칩 자석(on-chip magnet) 연구에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

정보통신 기술의 발전으로 인하여 헬스케어 서비스가 대중화되면서 환자의 바이오인포매틱스 저보를 활용한 다양한 서비스가 환자에게 제공되고 있다. 특히, 바이오인포매틱스 정보를 활용한 헬스케어 서비스는 다양한 의료서비스 트랜드로 변화하고 있다. 그러나, 환자의 바이오인포매틱스 정보를 이용한 헬스케어서비스는 질병의 복잡성과 새로운 질병(SARS, AIDS 등)의 등장으로 인하여 의료비용이 증가하고 있고 환자에게 건강 증진 서비스가 원활하게 제공되지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 저비용의 의료 서비스와 빠른 환자의 바이오인포매틱스 정보 접근을 위한 의료 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 환자의 바이오인포매틱스 정보를 빅 데이터화하여 환자가 언제/어디서나 자신의 질병 관리를 위해 가까운 병원이나 자택에서 의료서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 한다. 특히, 제안 모델의 의료서비스는 환자의 질병 정보를 손쉽게 분석하여 의료기관에게 전달함으로써 의료기관의 업무 부담을 줄이고 업무 효율성을 향상시키는 특징이 있다.

Activation Plan for International Health Care through the Resolution of Medical Disputes with Foreign Patients. The field of international health care is currently being expanded and developed into the new industrial field of medical tourism through the convergence of medicine - a public sector - and tourism - a private sector. This study examines problems with medical law regarding the prevention of medical disputes that may occur when attracting foreign patients and the resolution of these disputes. It also introduces the current most ideal resolution plan for medical disputes. Advanced measures for the prevention of medical disputes with foreign patients are as follows: First, when conducting international health care, the obligation to explain a medical treatment should be applied at higher standards for foreign patients. Second, all medical treatment procedures, including appointments, treatments, discharge, post-operation consultations, and follow-up treatments of foreign patients should be charted and recorded. A checklist regarding precautions for each procedure along with a response manual for problems should also be established. These regulations can prevent unexpected conflicts in advance when medical disputes occur. If a medical dispute with a foreign patient occurs despite thorough advance prevention, it can be resolved through reconciliation, mediation, and arbitration. The government and the medical field along with its related industries and authorities should put their efforts into developing these priori/posteriori measures for the activation of international medical health care. The laws and technological/human capabilities in medicine should also be improved in order to activate international medical health care.

최근 국내 이동통신 3사는 가정용 사물인터넷 서비스를 출시하면서 경쟁을 벌이고 있다. 대표적 출시된 서비스는 스마트홈 관련 서비스 분야이다. 그러나 이동통신 기반 사물인터넷 서비스는 초기 단계에 머물고 있으며, 지속적으로 다양한 서비스가 출시될 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 시점에 이미 출시된 서비스를 중심으로 사물인터넷 서비스에 대한 선호도 분석을 기획하게 되었다. 계층분석기법을 적용하기 위해 1단계 요인으로는 안전, 보안, 건강, 지능 그리고 가전으로 설계하였다. 또한 2단계 요인으로는 개념모델에서 제시된 18개 세부 서비스로 구성하였다. 분석결과 우선순위 1위는 헬스케어(23.2%)가 차지하였다. 이러한 결과는 소득 향상을 통해 건강에 대한 관심의 결과로 해석될 수 있겠다. 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에 입원한 노인 당뇨병 환자가 지각하는 간호사의 의사소통 유형, 건강정보이해능력, 자가간호행위의 정도를 알아보고, 자가간호행위에 미치는 요인을 파악하여 노인 당뇨병 환자의 질 높은 자가관리를 통한 효율적인 간호·간병통합서비스 제도 환경을 조성하는데 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구 결과 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에 입원한 노인 당뇨병 환자들의 자가간호행위 능력을 향상시켜 당뇨병으로부터의 조기회복을 도모하기 위해서 정보 제공적 의사소통 유형적 요소와 건강정보이해능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 간호중재를 개발해야 할 필요성이 있음을 밝혀내었다.

본 연구는 중환자실 전담간호사 역할에 대한 중환자실 의료인의 중요도와 만족도를 파악하기 위하여 시행되었다. 일개 기관의 4개 단위 내·외과계 중환자실 소속 의사, 간호사 총 138명을 대상으로 2021년 5월 3일부터 29일까지 설문을 시행하였다. 수집한 자료는 기술통계, t-test, Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 중환자실 전담간호사의 역할에 대한 중요도는 5점 만점에 의사 4.18점, 간호사 3.95점, 만족도는 5점 만점에 의사 4.39점, 간호사 3.85점으로 중요도(t=2.33, p=.024)와 만족도(t=5.43, p<.001)가 두 군에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 두 직종 모두 전문간호실무, 전문직 활동, 조정협동, 교육상담, 연구 순으로 중요도와 만족도 순위가 일치하였다. 집중개선 영역으로는 의사는 실무 표준 및 가이드라인 개발, 전문가 역할 모델과 자기 개발과 환자/가족 교육으로 나타났고, 간호사는 의료진 교육으로 평가하였다. 중환자실 전담간호사 역할에 대하여 전문성을 강화하고, 개선이 필요한 부분의 역량을 증진시키는 전략이 필요하다고 생각된다.

본 연구에서는 COVID-19시대에 비대면 서비스가 확대되고 있는 상황에서 마비말장애의 재활을 위한 디지털 치료제 기반의 커뮤니티케어 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 병원, 언어치료기관, 사회복지기관에서 근무하는 전문가들을 대상으로 질적연구를 수행하였고, 연구 결과 3개의 주제와 9개의 하위주제, 18개의 의미단위가 도출되었다. 분석결과에 근거한 디지털 치료제 기반의 커뮤니티케어 모델은 원격진단, 원격치료, 재활훈련 프로그램 제공, 동료지원가들의 지지, 임상적 지원, 의사소통 지원, 심리사회적 중재, 케어플랜 서비스 등 9가지 유형으로구성되었다. 본 연구는 디지털 치료제를 활용한 보건-복지 연계서비스를 위한 기초자료와 다학제간 협력에 기반한 공유케어 계획 수립의 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The ultimate purpose of this study is to analyze this survey to understand the overall contents of college career guidance and psychological counseling, and to utilize it to improve the quality of learning and provide career guidance. Research design, data and methodology: The research period and survey subject are approximately one month from 2020.12.01(Tue) to 2021.01.03(Sun). Convenience sampling was conducted using a structured questionnaire composed of a 5-point Likert scale and 5 open-ended questions. As the analysis method, descriptive statistics such as reliability analysis and frequency analysis of Cronbach's α coefficient of internal consistency were mainly used. Data Analysis Statistical program was analyzed using SPSS 25 version. Results: The item with the highest score is that the counseling and counseling-related non-specialized programs offered by the Student Counseling Center are helpful for school life (3.56 points). Conversely, the lowest question is that seminars accompanied by priests are helpful for study (3.38 points). Conclusions: The average score of 5 questions in the career guidance and psychological counseling areas is 3.38 out of 5.

Purpose: This study analyzed the general status and conditions of the kimchi industry in Korea. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the information of a desirable kimchi market by analyzing the distribution, price, market, and consumers of kimchi based on the current status and status of the kimchi industry in Korea. Research design, data and methodology: This study basically conducted research design and analysis based on theoretical consideration and kimchi market data. Results: The conclusion of the study is that in order to globalize kimchi, it is expected that a strategy to target overseas markets with relatively low competition through a low-salt diet and premium strategy along with the image of Western health is expected. Conclusions: In Korea, small and medium-sized companies can target the B2B (Business-to-Business) market first and then target department stores or convenience stores at a stable time in the future to expand sales channels and profitability through premium or low-cost policies. Another strategy is to target overseas markets as soon as the company stabilizes through B2B. Therefore, in the kimchi industry, it is necessary to establish a sales/marketing strategy according to what position and position of one's own company in the kimchi industry.

본 연구는 경제활동자의 구강 건강과 자살 생각과의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 우리나라 국민건강영양조사의 자료를 바탕으로 연구하여 경제활동자의 자살 예방과 구강건강 증진을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 자료분석은 복합표본 빈도분석, 복합표본교차분석, 복합표본 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통계프로그램 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0으로 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 구강 건강과 자살 생각과의 관련성은 저작 불편 있는 경우 2.49배로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 따라서 경제활동자들의 자살생각을 감소시킬수 있는 요인으로 구강건강관리가 필요함을 알 수 있다.
