Purpose: This study is to propose the establishment and direction of a public health-medical cooperation system for rehabilitation medical services for people with physical and brain disabilities in Gangneung, Korea. Research design, data and methodology: The study focused on 30 individuals with these disabilities registered. Data was collected from December 20, 2021, to December 31, 2021, through structured surveys administered by researchers visiting disability-related facilities, utilizing convenience and random sampling methods. Descriptive statistics and cross-analysis were applied for analysis. Results: Specifically, among respondents with physical disabilities, a total of 20 needs were identified, with 'Visiting health services' (25.0%) and 'Oral health services' (20.0%) ranking highest. The survey results regarding visit-based rehabilitation services for disability support showed a high demand, emphasizing the necessity of service provision tailored to the needs of recipients, focusing on disability prevention, health management, and motor function recovery, rather than solely medical or therapeutic concepts. Conclusions: Gangwon National University Hospital, as the regional referral hospital in Gangwon, should collaborate with Gangwon Province Rehabilitation Hospital to provide prompt acute rehabilitation services. Moreover, cooperation and collaboration with Gangneung Asan Hospital, the tertiary hospital in the region, are essential to ensure continued acute and recovery phase rehabilitation therapy for a certain period in the Gangneung area.

In this paper, we study smart healthcare devices that enable active health care by building health care system with acquaintances or family members rather than single health care. The company develops health care services for families regardless of age and gender through intuitive UI design as a target for young users who serve elderly parents. Automated collection of health information and real-time feedback are available, and data can be aggregated and analyzed through repeaters. It can also utilize structured databases in the form of big data. The services offered can be used to prevent diseases and reduce medical expenses through health care, while automatic management can maximize users' convenience and increase demand. By reducing the development period of products that are based on this technology, reducing the development period of products and strengthening competitiveness, the company has the advantage of inducing generation-to-generation communication in an era when it is becoming a nuclear family.
In a broad sense, the definition of digital health care is an industrial area that manages personal health and diseases through the convergence of the health care industry and ICT. In a narrow sense, various medical technologies are used to manage medical services to improve patient health. This paper aims to provide design guidelines so that artificial intelligence technology can be applied stably and efficiently to more diverse digital health care fields in the future by introducing use cases of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques applied in the digital health care field. For this purpose, in this thesis, the medical field and the daily life field are divided and examined. The two regions have different data characteristics. By further subdividing the two areas, we looked at the use cases of artificial intelligence algorithms according to data characteristics and problem definitions and characteristics. Through this, we will increase our understanding of artificial intelligence technologies used in the digital health care field and examine the possibility of using various artificial intelligence technologies.
In rapid aging society, the disease prevention and management for healthy life of the elderly is very important. Regular physical activity is known to be a useful intervention for the physical and mental health of the elderly. There are u-Healthcare and serious game as the convergence of health care and IT technology, and the serious game which is added special purpose such as education, training, and treatment to the fun-one of the game element- can be suitable to provide a variety of contents that leads to physical activity in the elderly. The contents inducing physical activities are "Puffer(ATARI, USA)", "WiiFit(Nintendo, JAPAN)", "Age Invaders(MXR Lab, SINGAPORE)", "Xbox $360^{\circ}$+kinect(Microsoft, USA)", "Tangible bicycle game(Donsin Univ., KOREA)", and "3D Gateball game(Soongsil Univ., KOREA)", and these contents can help health care of the elderly. By increasing physical activity through the use of these contents, it will be able to promote physical fitness and body function required in daily life, disease prevention, and maintain health in the elderly.

The advancement of the advanced medical information service industry is being promoted by utilizing convergence technology. In digital healthcare, the development of intelligent information technology such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud is being promoted as a digital transformation of the traditional medical and healthcare industry. In addition, due to rapid development in the convergence of science and technology environment, various issues such as health, medical care, welfare, etc., have been gradually expanded due to social change. Therefore, in this study, first, the general meaning and current status of digital health care medical information is examined, and then, developmental tasks to activate digital health care medical information are analyzed and reviewed. This study included 63 hospitals for acute hemorrhagic stroke that the mortality rate per month was more than one during study period. Independent variables were time variables and hospital characteristics such as hospital type, district and bed number. Interrupted time series analysis was applied to analyze the data. Findings: In case of general hospitals, the in-hospital mortality rate per month for acute hemorrhagic stroke tends to be increased by 0.03% in overall study periods but decreased by 0.32% after the implementation of the policy. On the other hand, tertiary hospital changes are not statistically meaningful. Conclusion: This study provides evidences how the VIP was effective in improving quality of acute hemorrhagic stroke care.
